    @dmac_79 @RogersHelps I have generally good fortune with customer service reps everywhere. Polite persistence is sometimes the reason. Or just luck.

    @RogersHelps been having lots issues with our internet service here in Stouffville this past month. Continued outages almost everyday. I’ve called in a few times and granted I got a few days credit but this is completely unacceptable. Not a happy customer

    @Rogers, sent a collection ltr via Canada Post for my parents overdue home phone. I NEVER rec'd an invoice! Apparently invoices were changed to online from paper & sent to an unmonitored Rogers email without the POAs concurrence!!!

    Because there’s lots of good service @RogersHelps too: I got through to Rogers tech help on phone in 2 minutes. Agents were great. I needed (to pay for) a new PVR. The two reps at the King Street East store were smart, thorough, fast and friendly. One’s also a viewer. Thanks!

    Ive been having some crazy latency issues the past week @Rogers assures me everything is good. But every game I have is unplayable due to unreasonably high ping. Most videos I watch buffer for minutes at a time, why am I paying for your best internet package. SMFH

    @RogersHelps The outage is going on since 1 am my assumption the 5 g is making people sick and you have to reduce the frequency should have never been with Rogers your service sucks
