CatastrophiConfusion (@canadianatlarge) reported@RogersHelps @savemilkweed HELP. We are two struggling seniors, who have a CONTRACT with Rogers Cable. For the love of God, stop adding $5 to our bill whenever TF you feel like it. JFC it's a CONTRACT. One we can barely afford as it is. That fraudulent $5 is a meal we have to do without. HELP
-
Pizzle (@Patrick52739310) reported@Rogers how long am I expected to wait on hold for a simple cancelation of service request? This rep has asked me 4 times if I want any other services. "NO". Holy ****, negative star review. 50 minutes and counting.
-
The Original PK (@paulkelly515) reported@RogersHelps been trying for a while to get through to ROGERS and the automatic phone service, after going through several steps, just tells me it’s too busy and cuts me off. Contact me if you can help.

-
Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported@RogersHelps @k_mclean More of the same “hey customer can you do more of our jobs for us.” Maybe instead ask all your AI tools to only contact customer who OPT in And share that list with other departments- FYI The entire Customer Retention group is a measure of your lack of quality & customer care
-
Michael (@michaelpagano71) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Switched over to Bell several years ago & have never looked back. Rogers comes by a couple times a year with their latest offers for me to switch back. I wouldn’t go back to them if they offered me their services for free As the saying goes…”the best ability is availability.”
-
Barbergs (@Barbergs) reported@RogersHelps where is everyone at Roger’s? Did everyone quit? I’ve spent 3 weeks on hold to advise of a move tmrw morning without getting a live person that I’m told I have to. Wtf rogers?

The Original PK (@paulkelly515) reported@RogersHelps Never got through and now it’s closed. Not a good system. How many times/nights should I expect to have to call before I get to speak to someone?
