    @RogersHelps an employee at a Rogers store told me putting my phone in airplane mode can sometimes fix problems. Is this true? Why? She didn't know why, just gave me that tip. I was having trouble listening to music apps when she told me to do that.

    Hi @Rogers I have been trying to reach out to customer care support and kept on waiting and even if get to reach someone they will make you reach who is unreachable. literally ur Wifi service sucks nd can't even go 2 any meetings😑 time for change @Sumanthumesh25

    @RogersHelps Your ignite TV service in Whitby is still glitchy. Channels are slow to start, screen freezes and audio cuts out. Same thing if I try to watch ignite thru the internet on my iPad.
