    @RogersHelps @Rogers my @rogers #Ignite remote stopped working. Brand new batteries and still broken. It's been less than 2 years. With the amount you charge, can't we get remotes that last? How do I get it replaced? Can you send me a new one? Or is that another arm and leg price

    PSA @RogersBiz customers check your download and upload speeds by putting “Rogers speed test” in your browser. They are ripping you off. You aren’t getting the speed you pay for. Cancel and go to a real company. @RogersHelps is horrible too #internet #isp #rogerssucks

    @RogersHelps Not yet resolved.. after 2 frustrating hours, the tech support confirmed that the problem could be with modem, now waiting for a technician.. scheduled for Monday.. due to this issue , I can not login to work on Monday..
