  • MorganeOgerBC Morgane Oger (@MorganeOgerBC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile providers throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

  • sheilamoris Sheila Morissette (@sheilamoris) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Yes I am pretty sure that you would rather talk to me privately but I am so disappointed in @Rogers & lack of any customer service that I am ready to go very public about this incident

  • JefferySimpson Jeffery Simpson (@JefferySimpson) reported from White Rock, British Columbia

I worked in sales and CS for @Rogers for 10 years. It wasn’t my favourite job but I knew who I worked for, didn’t have to scam people and people understood what they were buying. Yes I sold phones to people I knew but I never had to pressure people into selling phones for me.

  • JennPWasHere Jenn Della (@JennPWasHere) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@RogersHelps I have a promotional deal. I’ll just cancel my current account, as I own the phone, and sign up for the promotion. It’s not hard but apparently it is for @Rogers

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TheCarpenter79 Jorge Barbosa (@TheCarpenter79) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Still no @fido service! What is happening here?

  • dskene D Skene (@dskene) reported

@RogersHelps @midlandphoto Some? I haven’t heard of a single person not having problems. Perhaps you can proactively AUTOMATICALLY credit people for two days worth of service so that your lines won’t be inundated with calls. That would be great customer service for this problem.

  • CalbertTim Tim Calbert (@CalbertTim) reported

@RogersHelps Can’t believe how badly you’ve messed up. No service all day. You realize the impact you caused. I’m glad I don’t have a contract and can switch providers tomorrow.

  • KarenAnne123 Karen Varzé (@KarenAnne123) reported

@RogersHelps Mine still is not working!!

  • ellybabesxo Elisee (@ellybabesxo) reported

@blazin_errl @matt0126matt @RogersHelps Are you on ignite though? Ignite spreads the bandwidth for internet across all your devices including your tv- which can never actually be turned off. There are only 2 hardwire ports and the modem resets itself about 4 or 5 times a day… I’ve had it for a year now and it’s horrid

  • macbase8 Loraine (@macbase8) reported

@CBCToronto Solid outage, nothing intermittent! No landline and unable to work and I’m sure there will be no credit from @Rogers

  • peggy_blair Peggy Blair (@peggy_blair) reported

@ZoomJer @RogersHelps My voicemail doesn't work properly either. I used to be able to reply directly to VM messages by hitting 8 and 1 and that doesn't work anymore.

  • Westmountgal Miss Iwmmob American Made (@Westmountgal) reported

@RogersHelps is it the Huawei equipment you installed? Check Loxcel and you will see all the Huawei equipment all over Canada that Rogers installed and now the outage? There is no excuse for poor risk management.

  • DirtRoadQueen__ Dirt Road Queen ♡ (@DirtRoadQueen__) reported

@Rogers is ******* useless. I love having no cell service or data

  • bartella_f Frank bartella (@bartella_f) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers @Rogers you have no issue sending me a text reminding me to pay a bill, but to send a text about the outage or an update is very difficult. Disappointing, the amount of money we pay you monthly and keep us in the dark.
