@RogersHelps a serious security breach occurred on my family members phone recently. Fraudster did a SIM swap - phone number ported to another company. No compensation from @rogers, no customer service . Seems they dont care

@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile carriets throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

@RogersHelps can you confirm if 18008289828 is your Cantonese/mandarin customer service line, because my mom got from them saying they’re from Rogers not sure if it’s scam or not because online it says the # is 18007877953 and when you phone both of them

Getting tired of @Rogers and @Apple @AppleSupport bouncing me back and forth for every iPhone or Apple Watch issue I’m having. Wish someone would just take responsibility already instead of laying the blame on each other! 😡 #customerservicefail #CustomerExperience

@RogersHelps @Rogers So what are the chances you'll refund partial money to costumers for this outage? I predict zero because you're a slimy company who doesn't give a **** about its customers. So you'll benefit financially from this mess you've put us all in. Shameful
