Scam calls are getting out of hand. Over the past couple of days, I've had 5 calls for missing packages from DHL, CRA is sending someone to arrest me three times over and as of 5 minutes ago, my fourth covid emergency and I need to call back ASAP... Hey @TELUS and @Rogers , I bet

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Rogers I have a unknown charge in the bill and when i called customer service they don't have info on that charge and won't reverse the charge as well. I have never such a worst customer service.

And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

Only 50 down... On an medal 200 ft cell tower with rogers/telus etc on it with in 15 ft of direct line1/2

@RogersHelps is there service picture issues in mount pearl,nl? All our channels have a quiver like action in shows movement on screen. Some channel are worse than others and it is even in the tv menu scrolling

Nearly 24 hours since I went with @Rogers ZTE Rocket Hub and no drops! Ridiculous that in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, in 2021, I have to go with a cell based solution, at twice+ the price, just because Shaw is incapable of providing a reliable connection. #shitHoleCountries

@RogersBiz Switched back to the website and now there is a 'Chat Online' button beside the cancel button. But pressing on it only logs me out of my account and puts me on a sign in screen. On to attempt 18, and the chat online button is still there but nothing happens when pressed.
