And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

Scam calls are getting out of hand. Over the past couple of days, I've had 5 calls for missing packages from DHL, CRA is sending someone to arrest me three times over and as of 5 minutes ago, my fourth covid emergency and I need to call back ASAP... Hey @TELUS and @Rogers , I bet

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Rogers I have a unknown charge in the bill and when i called customer service they don't have info on that charge and won't reverse the charge as well. I have never such a worst customer service.

@BuNdOAVFC @RogersHelps Hey dude... Am switching to telus... Was getting 200-250mbps down on a Saturday night back in February or March ish.... Even better on Sunday nights like 400mbps now this.... Only 50 down... On an medal 200 ft cell tower with rogers/telus etc on it with in 15 ft of direct line1/2

Well @Rogers I’m at a day And a half with no internet tried calling waited over an hour to get on the phone with someone to set up a time today but not enough time slots to help a guy and his wife who work from everyday at home and rely heavily on internet. #notcool

I hate @Rogers. So they got this new remote control you can talk to..whoopy but the problem is it sucks batteries like crazy and even when the batteries aren't dead cause it uses so much power that you can't use your remote and get stuck not being able to use your TV. Annoying!

Day 24 with crappy @Rogers service. The issue is not from my home but... Wait.... Waiit for it.... UPLOAD SUCKS EVERYWHERE ON ROGERS!!! So if you pay for 15mbps upload and you live in NB, well sucks for ya cause @Rogers just don't care about streamers. See the usless reply below.
