@Rogers got a new plan at M2N1X9 and it gets disconnected 5-10 times a day . Even changed modem as advised by engineer but of no use . Something seriously wrong but no one able to rectify this , sad service

@RogersHelps We'll be watching something like CNN and the visual will start stuttering, then the audio will begin to cut out and then will just completely stop, but the video keeps going, happens with both tv's. I do believe we've got someone coming tomorrow or Tuesday to figure it out. 👌

@RogersHelps I’m x third party employ with Rogers, they removed the discount, and when I called to say ok stop my services I’m changing to bell they said stay and we will give you 30% both of the cx service agent lied to me my bell is getting higher and higher every month,

@RogersHelps I am a Rogers customer whose contract is up this month. NHL Live auto-renewed. blackout restrictions aren't so bad in an 82 game season but I live in Montreal and watch Canucks games. both MTL and OTT blacked out?!? I have to pay near full price to miss 18 games!?

@RogersHelps *UPDATE* The monitoring service has indeed caught something suspicious happening and they will be looking into it and fixing the issue this week. We will be ending stream early again today as we experienced another spike but am happy they have found the issue. 🙌🙌
