    So. As some know, there was an issue between @RogersHelps and I last year. Rogers press department did bugger all to help with @TheRegister and I. I can finally call a victory …. The cyber team have have not only met me at where I’m at, but went beyond to fix things.

    @Rogers No you don't. If you truly valued your customers, they wouldn't be paying these high rates for such mediocre service. You're losing my "gigabit" internet sergicr (which I have never seen get remotely near that speed), and three phone lines on Fido.

    @RogersHelps Lipimoni from Vancouver is not very good sorry to say. Some system issues on her end……super painful. Trying to add @TvCrave and @rogers website is not able so Rogers Live Chat. Something should take 5 minutes TOOK waaaayyyy too long. She’s gone again…..

    @RogersHelps Next night .. same thing happened .. this time after going thru previous night knew it WAS Rogers .. alarm panel still in normal mode . Then dsy after service tech came and replaced faulty Alarm Panel . So I’m all reality your defective Alarm Panel caused all this

    We got through today. We've been with @Rogers for 30+ years and somehow our account is "broken" and the person said all we can do is wait for the back team to fix it. Nope. We are switching. I wish there were more than two big telecoms in Canada.

    @RogersHelps The app on our Smart TV at the moment. We have had issues online as well. Been trying to watch Elimination Chamber all day. It doesn't load, we get error messages, you name it :(

    @Rogers Infinite is pure garbage! I am so tired of my service constantly going down and I having to go get my modem replaced, or box replaced after I have tired countless resets. What am I paying these ridiculous prices for...WHAT???

    @rogers bank @Mastercard has exactly the billing ease and customer service skill that you’d expect from a credit card company run by a cell phone company. At this point, it’s really just my fault for thinking anything different.

    @Rogers very bad customer support services, they are not at all ready to help, when I came for my bill amount, they are firm that this is legitimate charges though they are not, they are not at all ready to hear customers what they are saying, very disappointed😔
