-
angela stow (@AngelaStow27270) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Our call centres have been managed for decades this way. It was always a long hold on the phone for technical support. All the best on hold. It can be frustrating but help awaits...
-
Peter Carollo (@petercarollo63) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I just today switched from @Rogers after being a loyal customer for 15+ years. Their latest $5 increase scam was enough for me to move to a better carrier.
-
aimeeL (@love2read78) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I called the customers service for my local paper and it was answered in the Philippines. Every company that has actual humans answering calls, gets directed to a foreign country. Otherwise you get a computer.
-
Didem (@keskindidem) reportedI was told my service had to be cancelled because Rogers couldn’t provide service at my new address in Montreal @Rogers
-
Daniel Voisin (@nailedvision) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers There are several factors. Cost is a big one. The wages are far less elsewhere. As are the expectations of wages and benefits. And it's the work. How many people here would even be able to handle being yelled at by a customer? Or taking back to back calls for 8 hours solid?
-
TRiLL🇨🇦 (@mmaTR1LL) reported@Rogers very accutate statement. Ridiculous prices for a connection that has issues multiple times daily.
-
V_F_S (@TheFilmAnalyst1) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I had to pay for an RDS subscription that I didn't use for 8 months. 1st time, l hung up because I waited 30 mins & no one picked up. 2nd time, some idiot couldn't verify my credentials despite calling from the verified phone # on the account. 3rd time, finally lucked out.
-
magenta72 (@valleylily56) reported@Rogers now referring me to Rogers Store after 3 hrs of trying to connect with them online and by phone!!! Senior with mobility issue!!! This is unacceptable!!! @CRTCeng @MarkJCarney
-
Sweet Tooth (@sweet_tooth19) reported@JustMeJamie64 @mike_kozar @Rogers They outsourced all their call centers to be in Casablanca and also India. So much for them promoting 100% Canadian call centers. Back in the day, they used to answer the phone with “you’ve reached Jane in Moncton, how can I help you?” Notice how that is gone?
