@bijuleni @zamlos I've had the low speed option for years now and haven't had any issues tbh. I first had it with @FreedomMobile and now with the @Rogers infinite family plan. I also jump on wifi when traveling and usually buy a local SIM if I'm somewhere for more than 10 days.

  • brukneck Brukneck aka Don (@brukneck) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps @Rogers @Bell You would almost think this is a business strategy because it's nothing like the level of service we pushed while I was at Rogers. ..... disappointing to say the least.

  • mscott71 Mike Scott (@mscott71) reported from Toronto, Ontario

And after sitting at home for two hours waiting for r @RogersHelps technician I find out they’ve randomly cancelled the call for no apparent reason and there’s no way to get someone out today. Absolutely imcompetent customer service.

  • mscott71 Mike Scott (@mscott71) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Wait! I remember why I’m not a @RogersHelps customer! Because while the house was being built and I wanted them to run a cable line before the walls were closed so we didn’t have to drill holes in my new walls after they were finished, Rogers said they didn’t want my business!

@RogersHelps If you're going to just slap an image on the tweet to inform people about a MASSIVE outage, use alt text. Come on, this is basic social media how-to.

  • DonnieZest Donnie Zest (@DonnieZest) reported

@RealAndyLeeShow @RogersHelps Isn’t Fido a separate network? Like BlackBerry? It makes sense if the government took it down to gain access. Rodgers controls Interac

  • DavdGrcia David Garcia (@DavdGrcia) reported

@RogersHelps What are your thoughts guys about these guys offering words of support to Rogers lack of communication, transparency and, of course, service? Are these bots or what?

  • saman_mahdi Saman Mahdi (@saman_mahdi) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Do you think a couple dollars proactively credited to your customers' accounts makes up for the actual losses incurred as a result of the all day service disruption?

  • BlastoffWash Scotty Mac (@BlastoffWash) reported

This was a real eye opener on how Canada has forfeited it’s safety and communications to big media. No payments, 911, and 24 hour outage is practically criminal @Rogers

  • Patoruzu45 andres v galia (@Patoruzu45) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps We still do not have internet, July 9th 9 a.m. 24 hours after the problem. Please less apologies and promises, more competence.

  • ShivaFang Justin White (@ShivaFang) reported

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers Wasn't just internet and phone. The entire Interac system was down across Canada. People literally couldn't even buy food or other emergency necessities. People who aren't even Rogers customers. But that blame is on Interac for not having a redundancy.

@RogersBiz hi, still no internet connection as Lisgar L5N 7G9. Pls help😭

  • rainmaker0100 rainmaker1232 (@rainmaker0100) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers cto and svp kyle p, share common responsibilities for wireline outage. #RCA should focus on how money spent elsewhere contributed to outage. Their lack of wireline experience simply can not make #more-possible

  • Chiarina4Real Chiarina4Real (@Chiarina4Real) reported

@Chumplet @linwood_barclay @Rogers Service was restored for most customers not all.
