@RogersHelps Thank you I will. I actually don’t mind this slowed down 512kbps data speed but since it resets tomorrow and the max speed data expires tomorrow because my data resets tomorrow imma blow it all tomorrow. All 3GB of it. 😂. It shouldn’t be too hard since I’ve already used 17GB

@bijuleni @zamlos I've had the low speed option for years now and haven't had any issues tbh. I first had it with @FreedomMobile and now with the @Rogers infinite family plan. I also jump on wifi when traveling and usually buy a local SIM if I'm somewhere for more than 10 days.

  • mscott71
Mike Scott (@mscott71) reported from Toronto, Ontario

And after sitting at home for two hours waiting for r @RogersHelps technician I find out they’ve randomly cancelled the call for no apparent reason and there’s no way to get someone out today. Absolutely imcompetent customer service.

@RogersHelps Just take these sarcastic jabs and move on... It fixed itself, like most connectivity issues (many) I've had since I "switched" to Ignite.

@RogersHelps Rogers ignite is down at my parents home and we’ve been on hold for 30 minutes and counting for a “live agent”

  • brukneck
Brukneck aka Don (@brukneck) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers @RogersHelps and just like that 25+ years of loyalty gone - totally preventable ....Cable Internet and homephone on a competitors network now.

  • mscott71
Mike Scott (@mscott71) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Wait! I remember why I’m not a @RogersHelps customer! Because while the house was being built and I wanted them to run a cable line before the walls were closed so we didn’t have to drill holes in my new walls after they were finished, Rogers said they didn’t want my business!

  • saraurowitz
sara urowitz (@saraurowitz) reported from Aurora, Ontario

@koodo @RogersHelps Jessica, a kind and polite customer service rep from @RogersHelps has set up an appointment for me with @Rogers to talk about moving my 3 numbers from @koodo @TELUS. @koodo you have some customer service catch up to do!

  • doiron_renee
    Renee D (@doiron_renee) reported

@RogersHelps Crediting is a drop in the bucket for all the trouble you have caused today. What about not being able to use our debit cards all day? Not being able to get in contact with family? For all the people who could not contact 911? A few dollars will not cover all that

  • _AmyWinston
    Amy Winston (@_AmyWinston) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Over 24 hours later and still without access to anything - you have some explanations to make as to what went wrong and when and HOW you will fix things

  • stopthetelusph

@FictionalDiary @RogersHelps Will whining and venting bring back service faster?

  • stopthetelusph
    stoptheteluspricehike (@stopthetelusph) reported

@FictionalDiary @RogersHelps Rogers prioritized restoration so that Wireless customers will get their service back first. They worked hard all day yesterday to do this first. Service outage is one those things that happens and you have to accept it.

  • SandraFalcone
    Sandra Falcone 🇨🇦 (@SandraFalcone) reported

@RogersHelps @IshatReza You will need to credit customers with more than 1 day of lost service. Unless you want to experience many lost customers. Being in Qc, Vidéotron a more attractive option.

  • copleac
    Peacenik ☮️ (@copleac) reported

@Erenskill @AboutRogers @RogersHelps We pay $152 / month for TV, internet and landline phone. I can get on the internet using my cellphone as a hotspot, thanks to Koodoo and Telus. This outage is maddening. More than 24 hours later, still no service.
