  Canadian telecoms is great because: @RogersHelps forces me to change digital cable for their ignite cable. Then they end up charging me for both services. Then I have to call and be on hold for 19 minutes and counting for the privilege of only being charged for 1 service.

  @RogersHelps absolutely terrible “service”. Last 3 days on hold for 3 hours each time just to get the call drop when being transferred for the 3rd time. No service provider should have this as their daily standard. People should find alternatives with a solid CS dept asap.

  @CanadasLeafs @Rogers i tried to cancel my rogers 3 years ago. they played tag with me for days on the phone. I'd wait 60-120 minuntes... spoeak to someone for 2 minutes and they would always say "this isn't my dept. let me transfer you". this went on for 4 days, over 24 hours total of wait time
