@Badshah_h @RogersHelps Agreed!! Some of us need our cell phone for work. My day is also thrown due to this! We are expected to pay high rates and on time regardless our situation but when **** hits the fan for them....they are more like oops it’s all fixed now sorry. 😡

@RogersHelps @phil_jacobson It is not intermittent and all 5 of our small company phones have been down since early this morning. Relying on wifi that is not with Rogers thankfully but what a mess and huge inconvenience. WHEN WILK IT BE RESTORED???

So @rogers, apparently unsatisfied with the $12.53 BILLION dollars in profit they made last year and the fact that Canadian cell service is among the most expensive in the world, is jacking their prices. My bill just went up with no warning. I guess they hoped I wouldn’t notice?

I have been without Internet service since Wed morning off and on now completely off since April 6. Previous to which always had a steady connection.

@Rogers Been a customer for over 20 years. Have seen my bill increase from $170.00 to now $225.00 in 1 yr. I was forced to switch from basic cable to Ignite bc new tech and now I don't even have basic channels like ABC, PBS, Fox, CBC. How are these not a part of basic package.
