@Rogers not thankful this thanksgiving that I’m your customer. Absolutely zero service at our house and Rep says tomorrow for an appointment? Not acceptable.

Feel like in a developing country you’d get better service than if you lived in Toronto and had @rogers Ignite. #day8 lots of visits but nobody capable of fixing! Let’s open lots of tickets though $$$!!

Just wow. @RogersHelps call center is by far the WORST call centre experience I have ever had. Spoke with 5 different agents, each equally horrible. At least they are consistent. @Rogers #RogersCanada

If you ever consider @Rogers ignite, do your research. Cause when it’s down you have nothing - no tv, no internet, no phone. And after more than a week & multiple service techs showing up - still not working. Worst service EVER.

@Rogers it has been 3 hours since my internet went down completely and I spoke to your associate. As someone who works 9h a day from home this is completely unacceptable. At least give people why rely on you to make a living some damn updates on how long this is going to take.

About to go off on Rogers customer retention. So sick of these trash services @rogers provides. Factory resetting my internet once a week? No call back option in the year 2020? Instead I gotta wait on hold for 15-20 minutes? **** out of here.

@Rogers I’m really disappointed in the offer you have me for ignite of$185 a month the field agent is offering same package for $115 a month door to door to new customers. Well guess what I’m a new customer to @bell and they’re giving me an amazing offer. #rogers #bell

@pollyhfx46 @RogersHelps yeah stuff goes down which is why you build failsafes! it is extremely unlikely that every single failsafe is going to go down, especially if you build it correctly!
