Although when I went, no security, just two store staffers. I had to wait outside, answer a slew of questions, get my photo taken, and show my ID before I could even enter. All that just to return a router 🥴

People are WFH and kids can not connect to online school. What’s the situation and ETA to resolve. Unacceptable given people are dependent on you as an ISP.

Everything in our condo is connected to our @TekSavvyBuzz WiFi. Our TV, our work, my cell phone (b/c w/o using @Rogers WiFi calling, every call I make drops).

We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. Others are terrible.
