Kathryn Taylor (@katinedmonton) reportedWhat is wrong with @Rogers . My husband called twice, was on hold for 20 minutes then you hung up. Will the 3rd time be the charm. I hate that @ShawInfo became @Rogers , terrible service

Lynn Without an E (@Moon_River05) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers So let me understand, you work it that we cant sync a universal remote to your cable box, and ONLY your remote will work. You dont offer remotes at your stores but must be sent to us BY MAIL. You hijack our ability to watch the service you charge through the nose for until the horse and buggy shows up with your remote. @TELUSsupport what say you? Anything better and im yours
-
DTAmerikka (@Ferreira_nszuki) reported@RogersHelps does Rogers still have a retention department or do these Customer service reps take care of that?
-
Dan (@PotunaSalad) reported@RogersHelps From my experience, the Rogers Ambassador Team is totally useless. They botched my account and flat out lied to me and then made unauthorized changes to my account that even your customer care team can't seem to figure out! 19 year customer that's about to switch!
-
Howling at the Moon 🐺 (@Jane_Gillon) reported@Rogers I’m glad you understand but that doesn’t really help anything. I will be spending my time avoiding as many “smart” products as possible. There is a big difference between incentives and force. 95% of the people would never turn off the standby feature.
