@ShawInfo Good Morning Shaw, I'm not a happy customer, I spent a lot of time yesterday with two support staff, and they were not able to help me with my issue. I just switch to the new BlueCurve modem. NOT HAPPY
@ShawInfo return equipment to shaw is the worst experience ever. I've been sitting in sun ridge mall for over 30 minutes, with at least another 30 minutes to go, just so I can hand in a modem. Offer a better return of equipment possibility.
