@Shawhelp I’ve noticed you’ve been throttling My internet speeds since April/may. It’s so bad now. Takes at least 30 seconds but usually 1 minute to load a website of any kind. Unreal this is being done when we need to spend our time indoors.

@Shawhelp sent DM on an issue. It got resolved via my Shaw app chat as no one replied on Twitter. Now I sent another Question & no response. We switched to blue curve last week and yet the my Shaw app lists under My channels, the old non blue curve channels. When will it update?
