    @Shawhelp I reported it and the gentleman I spoke to said it was all the streets I listed. He was putting in a support request. It just came back on. We are all good again!

    When I moved I switched from @ShawInfo to telus because I was under the impression that they had a good product and exceptional customer service. I am really beginning to regret the change. When I had internet down with shaw they were almost over reaching with how much

    @Shawhelp No internet for over 24 hrs, 3 Shaw vans showed up yesterday, did nothing but leave the neighborhood cable box open/exposed..tech support etc doesn't seem to know what is happening, technician visit was cancelled without notifying us, Help?
