@TekSavvyNetwork or @TELUS please get in touch as I’d like to switch over from @Shawhelp (9 yr customer). They have really let me down in the midst of a global pandemic. Something I won’t ever forget. Zero values on their part.

  • anon_anon6 . (@anon_anon6) reported

@Shawhelp I'm having the same problem. What's the fix for it, @Shawhelp?

  • thivierr Robert Thivierge (@thivierr) reported

@Shawhelp is there an outage on thunder Bay. Internet is going on and off over and over in last half hour

  • AureliaCotta Aurelia Cotta (@AureliaCotta) reported

@QuirkyGirl69 @Shawhelp @ShawInfo That’s bad, I mean, asking for that info and then asking for something only you would know makes sense, but a postal code isn’t that

  • patzaph It’s Pat! (@patzaph) reported

I feel like ever since the Rogers buyout announcement, our @ShawInfo hardware has just given up. Third time in a week I’ve had to reset the damn box for no good reason, and the remote just randomly unpaired from everything it was controlling.

  • greenthumbmama Barbara Neitzel (@greenthumbmama) reported

@Shawhelp been having an issue with internet cutting out since about 1:00AM

  • BCBladesman Jason (@BCBladesman) reported

@ShawInfo nicely done. Sell me on a better service and send me a modem with only 2 Ethernet ports and nothing else available. Your customer service continues to inspire me.

  • realfuturekings Future Kings (@realfuturekings) reported

@Shawhelp hey our connection in north van our has been terrible for a few days. Any issues? FaceTime calls keep dropping and signal is better with data on Rogers phone. What’s going on?

  • QuirkyGirl69 QuirkyGirl (@QuirkyGirl69) reported

You know what the most screwed up thing is? @Shawhelp @ShawInfo After me, giving my name, phone number & address they will NOT help you unless you give your Postal Code! I kid you not. How is that a security feature? Seriously. Anyone can Google a Postal Code. How insane.

  • Burgundavia Corey Burger (@Burgundavia) reported

Hey @Shawhelp @ShawInfo - you provided me a new modem & are now refusing to support it #fail
