    @staceykate1973 Bahahaha, hate that Google looks after their mail. Help was very ignorant when switch happened. Blamed me & Outlook when a whole lot of my emails just disappeared. Did my own research to solve. However @Shawhelp told me to not subscribe to so many channels if I wanted cheaper.

    @Shawhelp Do you guys have any update on the outage. Last update in the shared web site is 2 hrs before and it says under investigation.. can we have some updates on the progress?

    @Shawhelp My PVR (a couple years old) needs frequent rebooting: about once a week. Otherwise there is HUGE lag with the remote: up to 15 or more seconds before there is any response. As well, it frequently mutes sound when hitting Play after a Pause. TWO YEARS of this crap.

    @Kromski1 @ShawInfo We had the exact same problem with Telus. Buncha commies. Thankfully we were able to get the second best fiber package for only $20 more than we paid prior so not an all out lose. We’d use 20+ gigs of data off our cellular cause it was so crappy but haven’t had one problem since

    @Shawhelp I've been waiting on hold for FIVE HOURS for support and STILL no agent! Don't you think it's about time Shaw hires a SECOND AGENT? This is unacceptable considering Shaw is one of the few companies making money during the pandemic. HIRE MORE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

    @Shawhelp Kinda serious. My sister has classwork she has to submit by tonight. Scheduled maintenance stopped her from putting it in last night. Is there an ETA on this? The last update was 11 AM & the internet has been basically down for 12 hours now.

    @ChancesOnLove @ShawInfo They have a outage in my area, but it just seemed so fishy that couple days ago they were pushy for fiber andi said no and today my new modem stopped working lol

    @Shawhelp Can you at least tell us how long it will take to fix, people are suppose to be working from home. You support system couldn’t care any less to inform when will this sort out.
