    I have no words to describe how frustrated I am with @Shawhelp. Multiple phone calls with ‘tech support’ that’s no help. They dont listen to what I’m saying. Im flabbergasted with how frustrating this whole thing has been

    @ShawInfo Lol. Fast in disconnecting and not working. Their call center is awful. Just by disconnecting the cable and connecting it back it's their solution. Gimme a break!

    @ShawInfo 4th time being disappointed by rude and unhelpful CSR on Shaws chat George S80T and Alia made changes to 2 different accounts without notification, one isnt mine . My problem wasn't even related to the issue, but 1min after my conversation i'm dropping 5-6 day feb 3-9
