    @ShawInfo service is horrid. Outages 3x/day the past 10 days. Again now at 8:15 pm tonight

    @Shawhelp @Shawhelp you didn’t reply to my earlier reply. I got the info that there’s a limit of 3 people on group text from 2 separate support agents. Sending me a link to your web page with zero info about the limits is not helpful. What’s the limit? Is it 3?

    @BBQSauc42336590 @Shawhelp And don't switch to their Bluecurve. Terrible, they have removed guest wifi as well

    Extra frustrating that I can’t even blame this @CraveCanada outage on @Shawhelp, who is usually the culprit with their crappy service. This one seems to be all @BellMediaPR

    @Shawhelp I live in the Sundance community of Calgary. Telus is currently installing Fibre optic cable. Is Telus impacting the performance & reliability of my Shaw internet & Wi-fi service? OR perhaps I should change my service to Telus.

    Hey #YEG hivemind. I need to find a "home phone" service for when my father-in-law is with us. He doesn't use a mobile. Is there a flexible and cheap internet based way to get him a "handset" and number we can use? @Shawhelp want's $40 a month which seems high.
