    @Shawhelp when can Langley get their service back? This is really costing me $$$ as I work from home and had to use my phone data. It's been 30+ hours already. I hope we get some compensation.

    @Shawhelp So again Tech support is no support Now I can not set recordings Because of a signal issue I can set recordings.... by going to guide and doing it one episode at a time But not able to set series recordings Over it Take your equipment Let me out of my new contract You suck

    @Shawhelp I've been checking the page all day today and yesterday and have been super patient. This is worst than the Rogers outage.

    @Shawhelp It has now been over 40 hours since the #internet was down. This is not acceptable. We are living in year 2021. All the other areas in #langley have their internet back except for my neighbourhoods. @CTVVancouver @NEWS1130

    @ShawInfo ok so far I live in calgary I'm a new customer and I'm trying to set up my email and the number a shaw lady gave me at sunridge is completely god dam unless I'm seriously feel like I'm dealing with telus again and they were idiots!!!
