    Dear @ShawInfo @Shawhelp, do you know those super cute animal screen savers you've got? Then followed by your ad's 🙄 can a customer go about submitting a photo to be part of your screen saver roll?? And less commercials? Askin a lot I know!! But really wanna submit pic!!

    another day with no internet from @Shawhelp @ShawInfo. Customer for 20 years and they can't be bothered to come for 10 days to fix it. Do you work from home? How well could you work with no internet for 10 days? Look for another provider so you don't get caught I did. #noservice

    @Shawhelp hello pls replace my wifi cable box the power plug fits loosely and keeps coming off powering down the unit and I’m losing my mind thanks
