Betty (@emtd44) reported@Shawhelp 2/2 couldn't fix the problem. My son in law came over and quickly saw on the shaw app where the pod device was and how to reconnect it. I realize this can happen but I didn't think it was an overly complicated problem.

On hold for 20 min as @Shawhelp tries to figure out how to own up to its own errors - ask any 2 yo how to do it: apologize, admit your mistake and FIX THEM😡
