Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, Iβm going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.

Vanessa (@Noosiekins) reported@Shawhelp We ended up setting up email forwarding, but I don't know if everything is forwarded. It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp I have to return the old modem & the new TV box that didn't work. The 1st technician sent me a FedEx label but there's no FedEx in my neighbourhood. The 2nd technician said he was going to send me a label for Canada Post/UPS, both of which are far more accessible but he never did

Don T Beakunt (@truebusterflash) reported@Shawhelp I messaged you days ago without a response. Your app also wonβt work so attempting to chat with tech support is not an option and now Iβve been on hold for 40min. Your sales calling to lock me in again is poor timing considering the current issues.

D (@superdaddoo) reportedPSA: Filed a CCTS complaint against @Rogers & Shaw (@ShawInfo) today. Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.
