@Shawhelp Man idk if it’s cause the router you’ve supplied is out dated or whatever but it drops connection out of nowhere pretty regularly and will not come back for hours. Pretty inconsistent service. Really thinking of switching to Telus. This happens far too often.

@Shawhelp I feel bad for your techs. That's no fun. Who broke the cables? Construction? Hope they pay for the damage. All of the damage! #Shawoutage #surrey #inquiringminds

@TELUSsupport @TELUS my network connection drops frequently on devices i am hardwire connected to, all while using fiber optic. Please help, this cannot happen again. @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp is there a particular reason why our Gateway router has gone down 7 times today in Sundance, Calgary? Including four times in the past hour.

  • JC938273738 Jason Chin (@JC938273738) reported

@DeanEdmonton @Shawhelp I was thinking the same. In fact wondering if Roger's acquired them already and decided to celebrate by shutting down all the lines as a way of saying "haha"

  • PopeSD36 Ms Pope (@PopeSD36) reported

We lost @Shawhelp in #surreybc this morning around midnight…we remain disconnected. On Canada Day we went 28 hours. 48 hours without service in less than 3 weeks. Both times crews are deployed to Fraser Highway where the SkyTrain construction is beginning.

  • sophie_everine Sophie (@sophie_everine) reported

@Shawhelp more than 17 hours without service. What is taking so long ?
