    @Shawhelp is there an outage in Strathmore, AB for Rogers / Shaw internet service? What is the estimated time for a fix? Your outage map says no problems.

    @Shawhelp We really need wait times & callback from Rogers with Shaw support. We had this for > 10 years before it was stopped. Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟

    What is wrong with @Rogers . My husband called twice, was on hold for 20 minutes then you hung up. Will the 3rd time be the charm. I hate that @ShawInfo became @Rogers , terrible service
