    My @Shawhelp @RogersHelps cable boxes are not working. I don't think the internet is consistent either. Ever since the forced 'upgrade' from Shaw to Rogers hardware. I need a service tech on site to fix this problem. Loyal customer for over 20 years.

    @Shawhelp Well I guess your app guys heard everybody yelling at them. They just released another update - and this one works. But #getitrightthe1sttime and save yourself trouble.

    @Shawhelp today is the third day I have been trying to contact your technical support and it is heartbreaking. On one of those days I waited on the call for over 5 hours and no one answered. Can someone reach out to me please? Thank you.

    @Shawhelp Shaw email servers down? Webmail works but no email received on PC, Android, iPhone. Error saying server issues, password issues, etc.

    @Shawhelp Now I just spoke to a different agent who said that there is maintenance in the area. Why isn't that on the outage webpage?

    @Shawhelp Yes, but that’s not the point. The point is releasing an app that doesn’t support iOS 26.4.2 - and thereby angering EVERY customer who has an Apple device. Fix it ASAP, and ensure future updates work for everyone before releasing it.

    You just have to love the ****** @Shawhelp service. They give you chat service that doesn't work for Shaw. Then give you a number that doesn't have service. How are you suppose to contact these people.
