    @Shawhelp What is up with your wifi? For the amount I pay each month I expect your wifi to be working. It’s pathetically slow and glitchy. I expect a discount on my next bill.

    @Shawhelp for like the 5th time since I've had your internet based TV a Stingray channel, Retro 506 Central City area of Surrey, is out of synch by about two seconds (video ahead of sound). I won't be giving my account or unplug/reset anything as it's never been "my" issue.

    @Shawhelp A quick google and appears many pages of threads on Shaw support forums of people having issues. Mine just worked longer than some it seems. Guess I’ll be looking at alternatives

    Hey @Shawhelp, I can't get the @Netflix app to work on my #BluecurveTV. It says entering 3rd party app but doesn't connect. Worked fine last night. Suggestions for a fix?

    @Shawhelp Hey folks, is there a reason that my internet connection would be 'pulsing' up and down as far as my connectivity level? It never completely dies, just lags to a stranglehold before coming back up.

    @cynthiiaaxo_ @Shawhelp Ya you can leave with Telus but the service isn’t great. I left Telus because the internet would cut out a lot tv barley ever worked. With Shaw everything has been working fine don’t get me started with @TELUSsupport agents.

    @Shawhelp I contacted you the other day saying my Shaw 600 was only going 200. Well seems fast (dot) com is the issue. I've tried 3 other speed tests and they all have me between 610 and 630 on multiple tests. Interesting.

    @Shawhelp Stupid question, but it postage paid for on the Canada Post labels? Also, do you want your Motorola DCT700 and DCX3400 back? The DCX3400 is a free rental for a Pace Summit.
