@Shawhelp why is your wifi always so spotty? Probably the worst wifi I've ever experienced. Do better. A bit of rain and it's out, it gets a bit colder than usual, it's down. How is it this bad?

@Shawhelp Hi the issue was yesterday as the Canucks game didn’t work saying it was blacked out in our region which shouldn’t be the case since I live in Surrey. Many others had the same issue but Telus customers didn’t. We pay for a service and I was expecting to watch the game

@Shawhelp My e-mail seems to be broken. It was randomly saying my password was wrong, so I changed it on my profile. Now when I go to log in I get this "HTTP ERROR 400 account is not active:..." Before I changed my password, it just said it was incorrect...

My vehicle got broken into last night. No damage but they stole modems I was going to return to @ShawInfo today. I called them up to let them know and they were like "cool story pay $200 and file insurance claims to pay more that way. Only options" Thanks for caring shaw

A Shaw representative just hang up the phone call while I was waiting for the account record. I was billed for the service I cancelled and told to return the equipment but I still haven't received a shipping label... What a great service, Shaw... @ShawInfo @ShawInfo
