    @ShawInfo I’ve had Shaw pixilation/freezing since March. The issue continues despite many calls and 2 tech visits. Every time I call tech support they have no notes about my previous calls and we start over. TV service is still unwatchable. How can I get what I’m paying for?😐

    Gotta love when @ShawInfo internet just goes down at 3 am while you’re just trying to live your life without any mention of maintenance anywhere. Pretty huge pain in the *** and very sketchy that they make you re-sign a contract to simply upgrade your modem to a better one.

    @Shawhelp Internet down for the 3rd time in 4 days. Over 10 accumulated hours and increasing of no service at all. The fix your techinican does each time takes 5 minutes, but you make me wait 4 days?????

    @Bell_MTS @daveshorr @Shawhelp This is the 3rd week of an ongoing saga. Am I being unreasonable? I guess that is my question. I am paying to wi-fi and internet service. Is it unreasonable to expect it to work?

    @Shawhelp Your prices have gone up and your service and quality have gone down. I'm fed up, and when I can't even speak to someone until 7 AM when 25000 of my co-workers are WFH, you lose. I'm done defending you. /2
