@ShawInfo is honestly the worst company. I cancelled my shaw cause their service was garbage and they refused to fix my cable stating that "its your fault its saying bad gateway". So I cancelled and switched to telus.

@Shawhelp Thanks for responding Tom but I tried that “Live Chat” talking to a computer! Even the phone number that appears when I google your number is incorrect. Wth?? I finally got the 1-800 number and there I sat for hours. How archaic is this? Putting us on ignore has never worked. 😞

@Shawhelp i had a very slow speed of wifi last Monday. Today, at the same time, I am encountering the same issue of slow internet speed. Can you explain why we always have slow internet speed and often disconnection at this time and area?
