  Odd. For the last hour, every channel on my television has volume except for the @CNN / @cnnbrk channel. Issue with @Shawhelp or CNN?

  @saphzsaphz @Shawhelp The first time it happened I was without local channels for 4 days. I was on the line with tech support for 2 hrs. I gave up and made an in home appt but it corrected itself the morning they were supposed to come. I don't want to spend 2 hrs on chat at this point. Thanks though

  @Shawhelp Just spent 1.5 hours on the phone with tech support just to be told that her shift is over so she will just send a tech. Unreal!
