    @Shawhelp the outage link you showed is for Calgary. I am in Vancouver, and it went out as rams game was ending also. Isn’t coming back on. Also an outage here???

    @Shawhelp Thanks Grace, but this happened yesterday as well. The upgrade we did a couple years ago, feels like a downgrade with consistent service, and the problems we have encountered. The bells and whistles are not as good as before.
