    @ShawInfo Worst assistance ever. “Some customers” Nationally May experience internet outages for 10+hr today. No streaming services, it seems. Zero way of contacting anyone except the lame virtual assistant that takes you in circles. Brutal!

    @Shawhelp is there any reason that I haven’t been able to keep a steady signal at my house in Airdrie the past week?? It’s been ridiculous, having to unplug the modem every couple hours and such and it barely works then

    @Shawhelp Paid for 80mbs, got 3mbs at the best of time. Shaw is terrible and lies about it's connection speeds

    @Shawhelp call week ago to ask to get cancellation fee waived. WiFi issues. Come home yesterday all my services were disconnected. Agent never told me had time line and never was I told that my service was going to get disconnected. Wow what service from @Shawhelp

    @ShawInfo your Gig+ Wi-Fi has slowed to a crawl in parts of Lower Mainland since May 27. Your team has acknowledged there are node issues. When will this be fixed and how are we compensated. #shawinternet
