@tdsin1974 @Shawhelp It’s a blue sky issue. When the blue sky button is pressed to talk to it then ut freezes. The only way then to use the remote is to unplug the box. 🙁

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Does it do that on every single TV or just one? Also when you say you need to 'unplug the box' is that just the little box or have you tried to cold reboot the main router? I find mine gets laggy at times and voice command/pvr sucks I have to hard reboot the main box.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Next Time We Get An Unauthorized Telus Person On Our Doorstep There Is Going To Be Issues! I have said time after time we are with @ShawInfo ! Had a Telus worker practically force her way in with my grammom with dementia! Kindly **** OFF!
