@Shawhelp Used link provided by you to bypass all the BS, tried to explain like it said to do, timed out every time. Left explanation with Customer Service. Waiting 1 month now, no response. All day today, service has been cutting out. FED UP. Patience is useless. So is Shaw.

@Shawhelp, there's no service outage on the website but some of St Vital (MB) seems to be out. Restarting the gateway doesn't help. Anything going on that's not been reported yet?

Dear @Shawhelp why is it when adding channels via online no problem, but when requesting less channels via online you need me to contact you, its like jumping through fire? 😡

@Shawhelp your webmail servers are so out of date they won’t open on Google Chrome because it doesn’t trust megamailservers. Will this problem be fixed?

@Shawhelp we have been told multiple times it’s a problem on the line. We are getting nowhere with your help center. Last guy didn’t show up for the appointment. We’ve replaced all the gear as suggested and it cost us a lot of money and we still have terrible Internet connection.

Thank you to @ShawInfo I just talked to their support and explained my families situation and how we are not using their services at the moment while we wait for our new place. They waived our service fees for 15 days and that might not seem like much but it's a big deal to me
