    Another hour online with @Shawhelp trying to solve a three week long wifi issue that a tech and his supervisor identified as “interference at the road box”. She reset the modem and bla bla bla. Worked great for an hour then boom 37kbps!!!! Just waiting for someone to care!! #help

    @Shawhelp It's been more than 1 month. I have been struggling with the Shaw internet. Not sure if you know ppl do work from home these days and it affects my job. How can I escalate this issue & if u r unable to fix pls let me know & void the contract. Isn't it that simple??

    @Shawhelp Hey Shaw, I got 4 mobile lines and on my first invoice you charged me $5/line not mentioned at time of signup and not mentioned on the contract you send me, not faire, no transparent, please help with this issue!
