@ShawInfo we’ve been customers from the beginning. Had trouble w cable and Internet a month ago. Was ok. Now same problem again and the soonest a technician can come out is DEC 4? Totally unacceptable.

@meier_j @ShawBusiness @Shawhelp I am having the same issue. 2 month later and 3 routers and total rewiring and the finally said it might be their systems. They are going to look into it. You could have done that 2 month ago not to mention during the 7 calls with tech support
