Telus Issues Reports Near Brighouse, British Columbia

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Brighouse and nearby locations:

  • golfercruz CC (@golfercruz) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@imAnewbie @RogersHelps Rogers Internet is horrible. Great prices and deals but the service falls flat compared to Bell or Telus.

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@AureliaCotta @TELUSsupport Lol. I can’t see any messages from Telus support apparently.

  • StoryStory_Jo Jo Dworschak (@StoryStory_Jo) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Mutineer8961 @TELUS Definitely Telus! Not bad diy

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

I just wanted a phone. A simple ******* phone that could be used to make calls. In 3 days we’ve racked up an extra $20 because she took her phone outside I guess. WHAT ******** TELUS. That’s not what the woman sold me.

  • whourDaDa Oladada (@whourDaDa) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

One of @TELUS representatives lied to get me to sign to a 2 year deal now I will have to pay 1000 to cancel your service.

  • IanAMartin 📷 𝙸𝚊𝚗 𝙰𝚕𝚎𝚡𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛 𝙼𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚒𝚗 🎸 (@IanAMartin) reported from Mount Pleasant, British Columbia

@Catelli2Oh Or a Telus customer, who is the big telco out here. I don’t seem to be affected, however, so we must not be reliant on Bell this far west. Plus, there’s a massive pipeline down the west coast of North America anyway.

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@BeerGeekSmit @TELUS For sure. I just didn’t think about that and was not told that step. My bad I guess but seems an easy thing to mention when I explicitly say “so it just works as a phone - no data capabilities, right?”

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@MammaBearAli @TELUSsupport What a ******* lie. They lied to me. I’ve been with Telus for like 21 years and all our service is with them and I need out but they know the alternates are also trash.

  • spawnsteryvr Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Sitting around wondering what it will take for @TELUSsupport @TELUS to get back to me. To fix my email. To clean up the mess they made. Hmmm...

  • SnBVancouver Salmon n'Bannock (@SnBVancouver) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUS @TELUSsupport #Fail... so fed up with you .. cannot even reach anyone to cancel my services ..😡😡😡😡😡😡Telus is killing my business

  • mykeymause Moke (@mykeymause) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Honestly, Telus sending me an email saying “you’re on the best network in town - way better than @ShawInfo/@FreedomMobile’s” makes me want to switch from Telus... attack ads, wtf?

  • spawnsteryvr Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport @TELUS if no one gets back to me with a solution to the problem you created soon, I will not pay my next bill. See how you like that. That or I’ll cancel all my TV, cell phone, internet and you’ll lose an extremely loyal customer. Customer not satisfied.

  • athayde_br Bruno Athayde 🇨🇦 🇧🇷 🏳️‍🌈 (@athayde_br) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport terrible service! Terrible support! Terrible customer care! Everything just so disappointing! Internet doesn’t work, tech doesn’t show up, customer care does nothing for the customer... Thanks @TELUS for the poor service.

  • spawnsteryvr Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport your instructions on configuring Outlook post migration aren’t very good. I’d like my Telus email to@come through there and not Google. Followed your instructions and when I input my Telus address, says “email address already added”. Doesn’t help. 1/2

  • Junayyyy Mary June Margarico (@Junayyyy) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

    @TELUS sucks.

  • BlueCedarAngel #IndianStatus531 (@BlueCedarAngel) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@RogersHelps After being with Rogers, about 30 years, since Rogers landed on uunceded Coast Salish Territory, I'm Switching to @TELUS ASAP.. When you treat me badly, sorry and aid works. When you profile my kid and treat us like criminals, you can go to hell with your loved one's 😚

  • CiaraHempseed Ciara Hempseed (@CiaraHempseed) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I actually had to use that Telus Babylon app to get some perscriptions for this migraine Send help

  • spawnsteryvr Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Your service has gone downhill in a big way @TELUSsupport @TELUS. These wait times are horrendous.

  • moersch AHF AllHardwoodfloor (@moersch) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@runsfrombear @TELUS I never cared for tell us the have never been concerned with internet security or mobile security

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@2muchcoffee4me @BretInVancouver @TELUS Yep. And it’s just poor client care. Because I’ve had issues since we got it. And I’ve tried but half the people I talk to don’t understand what I am saying. I don’t need to be told how wifi works. I need troubleshooting beyond google. They are so busy assuming I am confused.

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • laurenzbaars laurenz baars (@laurenzbaars) reported

@TELUSsupport Tried to reach out to @telus, but I guess they prefer to hide if there is trouble.

  • mghnn_jn Meghann McMurray (@mghnn_jn) reported

Hey @TELUS I highly recommend training your call centre how to graciously accept when someone does not want to talk to them and politely declines; maybe to say goodbye instead of hanging up when you’re halfway through a word. This happens EVERY time and I find it incredibly rude

  • WhessGR Geena Whess (@WhessGR) reported

@TELUSsupport wish we had more alternative solutions for internet companies. Telus internet sucks ***, I’m sick and tired of having to reboot modem. We do everything they ask, good for a week and starts having ****** connection. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  • carrieannforbes 🇨🇦Carrie 🇨🇦Sometimes I am Snarky 😷🧼🏡 (@carrieannforbes) reported

@TELUS so you made me wait home all day and you no show! Thanks so much and since you have the monopoly here in the west I guess I am just **** out of luck hey ffs one really unhappy customer soon to be an ex customer

  • AuthorNico Nico Murray (@AuthorNico) reported

@EliseVelaz9 There was the “tired of paying telus hundreds” and “larger faster train travel network” and “ could afford a house” and “ 70c for a loaf of bread” thats been a huge perk. But the not fear of dying in traffic: huge.

  • NoyzboyzP Noyzboyz Performance (@NoyzboyzP) reported

@TELUSsupport Issue about repairing physical damage is understandable, with a very light drop the screen shatters. The real issue with the almost new Note 20 Samsung voids all warranty if there is any scratch or damage, switching to Apple for good. Telus needs to support what they sell.

  • ahchonglah AhChong 🏳️‍🌈 (@ahchonglah) reported

She said "I swear Im super happy to have her here with me but I can see Im not blind. I nampak yg dia tak happy. Asyik nk marah..we did talk, but she denied it." so guys.. I guess. Be honest with your love one. Communicate secara jelas & telus. Oh my poor lil sis. Hm.

  • TimberBoJack ARTimberBoJack (@TimberBoJack) reported

@TorontoStar Maybe a better bailout from the province and if everyone had given everyone a damn break. Banks. CC companies. Outrageous cell phone rates @telus — maybe, just maybe we could have all showed compassion. Too late. @fordnation

  • 19jtoews timmy (@19jtoews) reported

Literally changing providers for my personal line and home account because Telus business has the worst ******* customer service on the planet

  • Onekreation Karma (@Onekreation) reported

Can’t believe #Telus increased my phone plan again and this time without notice and without giving something in return. I’ve been a loyal customer for 19 years! #wow I’m disappointed never thought I would be this upset! #IsItTimeToSwitch
