@JustinTrudeau @bcpremier Please ask the corporates help out like Shaw/Telus internet bills and cell phone bills. Icbc insurance and home insurance that goes over thousands dollars. No bills until the CV19 is over. We trying to use our savings on foods and rent/mortgage.

Conversation. She sounded very uncertain of the said program/ promotion. Fast forward 2wks after, NO FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL @TELUS @TELUSsupport crappy service! Just got off the phone with another customer rep. In all fairness, he was apologetic and kind. Still, No resolution.

@TELUSsupport I did not realize that y'all replied to this. 13 @telus reps later they had my confirm a second piece of ID and baba-bing bada-boom, it was fixed just like that. But the crazy part was me having to explain my "issue" to every single rep that I was transferred to.

Hey @TELUS We @FreeOfViolence need 65 phones for a facility for folx who are recovering from #COVIDー19. Refurbished is cool, just need to be able to contact family & friends for comfort as will be in isolation, & will make contacting staff easier, if they need help.

Literally actually can’t believe that @TELUS is doing less than bare minimum right now to support customers in this crisis. Literally every other provider is waiving cell phone data overages and you’re like “we know you can’t travel so we are waiving roaming fees”. Do better.

Dealt with Shaw for forty yrs and thought would give Telus a try on a new service. BIG MISTAKE ! Mon. I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

I change my internet provider Telus to Shaw on the 15 Feb 2020. Shaw said we fill a form and send it on the 24 Feb 2020, but the Telus said there is no request from Shaw. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS . Please talk to each other guys I need a solution. It is your miscommunication.

Currently $95/m for 3Gbs of data, like wtf.😳 It’s like MURDER to me. I need to upgrade but don’t have the patience to call & negotiate.

@WayneFougere I got Bluecurve and got the deal, even as an existing customer. Shaw has been reliable for my tv and internet for years. I had TELUS Internet when I first moved back to Vancouver and found it unreliable. Haven’t had any problems with Shaw.

Hey @TELUS We need 60 phones for a temporary facility for folx who are Recovering from COVID. Refurbished is fine, they just need to be able to contact families and friends for comfort (they will be in isolation), and staff if they need help. 🙏

I switched to CanCom after getting tired of the Shaw/Telus game. $30/mo for internet. No regrets.

@TELUSsupport I have a new activation with Telus, contract starts from 02 Nov but the billing cycle shows from 29th Oct. On top of that, I donot even have the sim card and device, but still being charged for the service and device. Also very very long wait times on the phone.
