I change my internet provider Telus to Shaw on the 15 Feb 2020. Shaw said we fill a form and send it on the 24 Feb 2020, but the Telus said there is no request from Shaw. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS . Please talk to each other guys I need a solution. It is your miscommunication.

@JustinTrudeau @bcpremier Please ask the corporates help out like Shaw/Telus internet bills and cell phone bills. Icbc insurance and home insurance that goes over thousands dollars. No bills until the CV19 is over. We trying to use our savings on foods and rent/mortgage.

Literally actually can’t believe that @TELUS is doing less than bare minimum right now to support customers in this crisis. Literally every other provider is waiving cell phone data overages and you’re like “we know you can’t travel so we are waiving roaming fees”. Do better.

@WayneFougere I got Bluecurve and got the deal, even as an existing customer. Shaw has been reliable for my tv and internet for years. I had TELUS Internet when I first moved back to Vancouver and found it unreliable. Haven’t had any problems with Shaw.

Hey @TELUS We need 60 phones for a temporary facility for folx who are Recovering from COVID. Refurbished is fine, they just need to be able to contact families and friends for comfort (they will be in isolation), and staff if they need help. 🙏

@StampieRuns This is my 2nd and last iPhone. Had an 8+ a few years ago and sold it after 4 months. Got a good deal on an 11 a few months ago on clearance thru Telus, so I signed a contract to pay for it over two years. Will stick with it through that, bit never again. Have never liked iOS.

@Shawhelp No, it was working just fine throughout the entire game previously. Just started cutting out during the pregame. I even had one of your guys out last week to “fix” a slower than normal download speed. Apparently it did nothing. Telus fibre optic is looking better and better.

@JamesJohnsonYYC Me and my wife moved to suburbs and our new house didn’t have an underground Shaw line. Their idea to fix it was to put in an above ground line that people could drive over. We switched to Telus and it’s been amazing.
