@2muchcoffee4me @BretInVancouver @TELUS Yep. And it’s just poor client care. Because I’ve had issues since we got it. And I’ve tried but half the people I talk to don’t understand what I am saying. I don’t need to be told how wifi works. I need troubleshooting beyond google. They are so busy assuming I am confused.

I think next billing cycle I’ll withhold payment @TELUSsupport @TELUS. Make you wait until the funds are available (even though they are) like you make me wait on hold. Your level of customer service/tech support has dropped significantly these past few months. Unacceptable.

@rhythmteacher I’m with Telus for everything. Bundles. Service is ridiculous these days though. No matter what time of day o call in (odd time when I need to) on hold for an hour. Who the f**k has time and patience for that?

So @TELUS wifi is awful and now the LTE network is a nightmare on @telusmobility ? I’ve been with Telus since 1995 but this loyalty is over. Customer support can’t compensate for expensive ineffective service. It’s impacting my livelihood at this point.

Telus your PIK TV system sucks. I am watching a show and all of a sudden the TV goes blank. Then I have to wait until someone puts the plug back in. Then it slowly comes back on with a new menu and schedule. A schedule that is not even smooth but if you look forward it screws up
