I keep getting error messages with my telus account but it’s an Apple problem? How am I supposed to get my email then??

BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaI’ve been with @TELUS since they were Clearnet in 1995 and I’ve always enjoyed them but there is literally nothing they could do to redeem themselves from the year of garbage internet which they charged us $200 to “fix” making bricked unusable internet.

But my strata won’t let fibre and Telus makes the other service useless so you’ll upgrade and we couldn’t run the business so we had to switch. Pretty sure that’s not solved so no going back.

Every time they say they made a note. Then are annoyed. Repeat.

I turned down a job with this same team in 2019 because they wanted people in the office 5 days/week then.

I find them easy to deal with, but I'm also assertive as **** ( without goimg full Karen on them) what keeps me with them though honestly is the massive discount we get through their deal with our building ( 40% discount)

I knew a guy there who was a network engineer at Telus and wore shorts on casual Friday EVERY week of the year, because his new boss once said “at least this shorts nonsense will end in winter” in earshot of the guy.

They work in postal offices, Service Ontario, Service Canada, private security companies, communication companies (Rogers, Telus, Bell, etc).... They are everywhere.

The company's only crime was stupidity to hire a bunch of foreigners. The same TFWs moonlighted making spam calls and fraud calls.
