@keithbaldrey If youve ever had to deal with @Telus you’d know this fiasco is par for the course. On a good day Telus is in a tight battle for one of the worst customer service, unresponsive, bureaucratic co’s in the country, on a bad day you get what happened.

@steeletalk I found out via media...I am so very upset as we have been asking to be included and “radio silence” and then “boom” media drops this important info? We don’t have unlimited staffing and people like @TELUS to help us man the phones...why no notice to supposed front liners ! Sigh

MST time? 7:48 in YVR-8:48 MST? @TELUSsupport your website say’s 9pm MST voicemail said you’re closed. (Called earlier &got estimated 90min wait time) However... I may be wrong with the times? Being charged for ADT and @telus SmartHome-need help sorting out please!

@Bzubyk We all know it’s drivel damage control written by a PR hack. What it didn’t say was how they were going to remedy to situation. Probably because that cost $ & everyone knows @Telus is loathe to spend $ on much but virtue signalling PR campaigns.

@kboyd05 Good luck. Took 1.5 hrs to deal with @TELUS yesterday to deal with an over billing issue. On any given day, Telus is possibly the worst company in Canada to deal with. Bureaucratic, unresponsive, inept, and that’s just the start.

I used to think @TELUS was a cut above bell and Rogers, but have come to learn, they’re no different. Business support now routes through Central America, with the only available support options being ones that are written on their script. Outrageous, but unsurprising.

@WillardFoxton It’s the worst. I’ve been trying to cancel a phone with @TELUS for weeks. Even went to the store but couldn’t cancel in person. The one time the callback option worked they just put me on hold when they called back. I eventually gave up again and hung up. Still have 3 #s w/ them.

I have been a @TELUS client since the Clearnet days. In all that time, what did I ever receive for my loyalty? Not a damn thing. Oh I got the loyalty discount… after I threatened to cancel. Now they jack my bill up $7 just because. Telus 2022 Q3 profit? 551 million. Done.
