    @kboyd05 Good luck. Took 1.5 hrs to deal with @TELUS yesterday to deal with an over billing issue. On any given day, Telus is possibly the worst company in Canada to deal with. Bureaucratic, unresponsive, inept, and that’s just the start.

    @steeletalk I found out via media...I am so very upset as we have been asking to be included and “radio silence” and then “boom” media drops this important info? We don’t have unlimited staffing and people like @TELUS to help us man the phones...why no notice to supposed front liners ! Sigh

    I get that there's a new version of the Pik TV app for Android and you are excited for the to update, @TELUS. But unless it's absolutely necessary, forcing me to upgrade or quit when I launch the app is the worst experience!

    @CBCStephenQuinn just last week I had another awful call with @TELUS over the the 50% hike in my monthly home services bill. Loyalty discounts just don’t exist in the #telecom sector and they REALLY should.

    @keithbaldrey Good for @Telus to remedy the issue with the call centres and finding ppl to man the phones. Just curious why Telus can’t respond to actual customer concerns that quickly & remedy issues that arise. Funny how that works.

    @keithbaldrey If youve ever had to deal with @Telus you’d know this fiasco is par for the course. On a good day Telus is in a tight battle for one of the worst customer service, unresponsive, bureaucratic co’s in the country, on a bad day you get what happened.

    @Bzubyk We all know it’s drivel damage control written by a PR hack. What it didn’t say was how they were going to remedy to situation. Probably because that cost $ & everyone knows @Telus is loathe to spend $ on much but virtue signalling PR campaigns.

The govt should’ve known how bad Telus was before allowing them to undertake the task. It’s no wonder it failed. Relying on Telus is abysmal organization

    MST time? 7:48 in YVR-8:48 MST? @TELUSsupport your website say’s 9pm MST voicemail said you’re closed. (Called earlier &got estimated 90min wait time) However... I may be wrong with the times? Being charged for ADT and @telus SmartHome-need help sorting out please!

    @Shawhelp cannot wait till my Shaw term is up so I never have to pay these fucki g ***** another cent for their garbage wifi. No wifi for the last WEEK and no reason why. This is constant and somehow $20 more than telus per month? ********. Im switching to tells ******* asap.

    @samelaanderson Koodo uses the same network/towers as Telus so shouldnt be affected. I would imagine the other providers are similar

    @TELUS 2 hours on hold and call rep finally answers. Nice guy in bad spot. Did his best. Advised me account was not handled as requested back in December. It never ends with you!

    Man Telus is so so disappointing. I've been a loyal customer for 15+ years and twice they've changed my plan to something more expensive without even telling me. It's time to switch – what provider will be better? I use well under 5GB of data/month.

    I have never used @TELUS wireless before. Just got a Telus phone and omg the reception is horrible. I cannot hear what people are saying most of the time. I am using a Rogers phone to get help from Telus, this is how bad. Anyone else has had Telus?
