Amy Lanigan (@AmyMaree90) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
@timberFox1123 I'm with Telus and having the same issue. I can't even run a speed test with the Telus app cause the internet capability is apparently non-existent.
-
Jim Gordon (@jimgordontv) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
@TELUSsupport This has been a disgraceful (and for me, expensive), technical episode #telus and as a 25 year loyal customer who has cell, home phone, internet and tv with you, I will be looking at whether I continue with you!!
-
Steven Schelling (@StevenINK) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
@gazzer49 @TELUSsupport @TELUS I’ve given up, Gary. Moving to a Gmail server and maybe changing my home service.
-
Jim Gordon (@jimgordontv) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
@TELUSsupport I am 2 hours from "Outage Day 3" here in Vancouver, emails coming in, brief windows of being able to reply. For the 4th time in the last 24 hours, please update!!! #telus
-
Shawn Sviridov (@galleryss) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
@AllyBertamini @BarbSchmidt4 @TELUSsupport @DebraPurdyKong - As someone who works in related technology field, I can imagine Telus is putting a momentous effort in. These failures can be so complex that restoration can take longer than even the IT techs expected. Telus for sure working hard with no sleep on this issue.👍

After months of being unable to find Sons of Anarchy on any streaming service in Canada including FXnow... @TELUS has finally blessed me with all 7 seasons on demand with FXnow. Now I dont have to suffer through all the scratched disks at the library
-
Margieville (@Margieville) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia
I'm in the 2nd day, heading into the 3rd with no email service which means all the documents I need & memories which are being shared with me for this weekend's race aren't accessible. You're one of the largest telecom companies @TELUS get your crap together and fix this!
-
Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
Email down and out in Vancouver.....again. Thanks for nothing #Telus.
-
Scott Stevens (@scuttlebuttdad) reported from Delta, British Columbia
@telusmobility Telus is currently bidding on a RFP for my company’s mobile contract for 220 line which I oversee. I’m not impressed by your teams customer service. I would of preferred “Our call centre made a mistake by telling you to come here, but let us ship it for you”.
-
Michelle Bancroft (@banger19) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
@TELUSsupport Any word on when this outage will be resolved. Difficult to conduct business and connect with people without email. #telus #compensation
-
Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
@pacificbird @TELUSsupport Yeah been getting those too. Email is very sporadic. What might not send right away, ends up going a couple of minutes later. I checked the outage page and Telus is still experiencing issues. Supposed to be resolved sometime around 1 P.M. PST.
-
ChristopheRichardson (@RichardsonYVR) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
Crazy ... Nonsensical ... arrived for non-life threatening but ‘E’ medical appointment referral AND @TELUS is DOWN ( again ) ... chaos ... interesting how we take technology for granted ...
-
Margieville (@Margieville) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia
Over the past couple of days I've experienced the best & worst of customer service & support. @lululemon has killed it yet again with their planning for @SeaWheeze - great customer support. My experiece with my @telus webmail & @TELUSsupport has been quite the opposite.
-
Shahraz Kassam (@Shamindiamonds) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia
25 hours without internet, tv or home phone! Come on @TELUS you need to improve your repair service. Can’t leave your customers in the dark for so long. Our whole neighborhood is without service since 10:30pm Wednesday night.
-
Luis Giraldo (@luisgiraldo) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
I think I’ll move all my IT company mobiles to Rogers. That’d *actually* be faster than getting a call answered by @TELUS client “care” to fix a plan change they screwed up.
-
Ron Sine (@RSine57) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia
@TELUSsupport still 36 and still counting hours with no email. No answers as to why either. Poor job for everyone associated with #TELUS Do Better
-
Stuart Dickson (@stuball6251) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia
@MelissaLMRogers @jstweedie Post a sign ShiftWorker Absolutely No Canvassing or Solicitation Used to work shift work, if some one ignored sign it was sometimes worth it to give them hell (and see who/what they were hawking) Telus and Shaw cable salesmen were the worst.
-
Jim Gordon (@jimgordontv) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
@TELUSsupport Im a 25 year #telus customer and have everything with you guys. This ongoing outage problem on a work day is inexcusable!! You've cost me a day's wages!!!
-
Amy Lanigan (@AmyMaree90) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
Wtf is up with my internet @TELUS
-
Kelsey Webb (@KelseyWebbratz) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia
Got home at 3am after a long shift only to find that I have no internet and no TV. Luckily @TELUS has 24/7 tech support! Gotta say that their phone operator Christian was the most pleasant voice I've ever heard @TELUSsupport! Too bad my Fibre problems can't be fixed remotely.

@Charley2021 If it was a virus there antivirus in the servers would of caught it I’m a security network security specialist certified and all yes I left that game for a reason but no virus it was completely hacked due to there incompetence level once again Telus, bell,Shaw, cogeco let’s go

Jay R (@JayR29924216) reported
@avijustin Help me understand how Telus services shut down because of a Rogers outage?????????
-
Norm Hogan⚖️💉⌛🇨🇦❤️🏳️🌈☮️ (@NormanWHoganCDA) reported
When I was young we had BCTel AGT SaskTel etc. Then Telus from BCTEL and AGT. The mobile industry was in very hands to begin with. These huge outages are a result of few national networks.. all your eggs in one basket.. isn't connectivity an essential service these days?
-
Zorander 🇬🇷 🇨🇦 (@GorionZ) reported
@manofbird Telus here trying to convince sister to switch over just told here she will not have service for several more days
-
Elijah Winter (@Elijah_Winter1) reported
@The280Times @AboutRogers need to have home phones that will WORK when Rogers goes down. Landlines no longer work when your Rogers, Bell, Telus etc service goes down. We need dedicated landlines that are separate from the internet/cable again.
-
Shirley Partridge (@ShirleyPartrid7) reported
@PierrePoilievre The gatekeepers again. In this case the gatekeepers are the billionS it would cost to build a new network infrastructure seperate from Rogers/Bell/Telus networks. Are you proposing to spend billionS to build this new infrastructure? I didn't think so. Empty on details as usual
-
Mark Hickie (@MPHickie) reported from London, Ontario
@Jayd_Ink As an YYC Shaw & Telus customer in Ontario visiting family, I’m as happy with Rogers as I am with Air Canada right now. Our flight down here was canceled twice, rebooked & then modified 3 times alone. No compensation at all. And now this from Rogers! A ridiculous service debacle!
-
YourAvgJord (@SimsReaper) reported
@MarcLevesqueEco @VivianBercovici You are describing “service providers” but not the infrastructure networks. Telus/ Bell and Roger’s are the TWO different infrastructure network owners. Other providers can “rent” bandwidth and resell it, but do not own the infrastructure.

Carol Filinski 🇺🇦 (@CFilinski) reported
@CTVNews We don’t have any service in our home. Glad my phone is @telus
