@DrGurdeepParhar As a member of Telus Life Plus, I am jumping no queues. All medical procedures I receive are outside of Telus & are in the MSP “lottery” to receive health care. I don’t have a family Doctor so how can keeping me out of visiting emergency or walk in clinics hurt the system?

  • pyeinburnaby Grant Dawson (@pyeinburnaby) reported from Buckingham Heights, British Columbia

Waiting for #telus support to call me back. No internet. Any guesses on how long this will be? We are at 35minutes already

  • robmackaydunn Rob MacKay-Dunn 🇨🇦 (@robmackaydunn) reported from Westmount, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport @WestVanDistrict As a longtime TELUS mobility x2, home security, Internet 50 x2 & Optik TV customer, I think it’s a fair question to ask why #PureFibre isn’t offered to @WestVanDistrict? After 4+ years of “coming soon”, I’m politely asking for a straightforward answer. Thank you

  • JayGarfs Jason Michael (@JayGarfs) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@TELUS @TELUSsupport #piktv #telusplus can you please fix telus+ this is getting ridiculous

  • dyhiapadilla Dyhia Belhabib (@dyhiapadilla) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

When @TELUS charges you almost 200$ for a basic internet service every month. Anyone using starlink for home internet in Vancouver?

@MOOMANiBE Telus outage of some kind, it’s weirdly ‘mostly’ out but not fully ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • _hudsonny miranda hudson (@_hudsonny) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Who is better than @telus for home WiFi? Currently paying for the most expensive internet that is slow, intermittently down, and has the worst customer service.

  • realgabeangel gabrielle (@realgabeangel) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@FBI @CIA I have evidence that links Neteller and the management team into the PATHIC network (Rohit Joshi) into manipulation of data using Google servers (which ties in Google, Shaw, Rogers, Telus) and links @POTUS to improper legal misconduct by pardoning Jordan, an officer of

Why can’t I access my account @TELUSsupport? Broken links, can’t view/manage my account - this is not how you treat customers @TELUS.

  • Vancouverowls Vancouver Owls™️ (@Vancouverowls) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@WhitecapsFC Telus a company known for terrible customer service and whitecaps known for the exact same thing,a match made in heaven

  • robmackaydunn Rob MacKay-Dunn 🇨🇦 (@robmackaydunn) reported from Westmount, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport I seriously can’t remember how many times I’ve filled out your “Bring the TELUS PureFibre® network to my neighbourhood” form. TELUS marketers even call us to sell us PureFibre, only for us to have to explain to them that for some unexplainable reason @WestVanDistrict isn’t served

  • robmackaydunn Rob MacKay-Dunn 🇨🇦 (@robmackaydunn) reported from Westmount, British Columbia

Been hearing “coming soon” for 4+ years…is there an infrastructure issue with @TELUS & @WestVanDistrict?

  • pyeinburnaby Grant Dawson (@pyeinburnaby) reported from Buckingham Heights, British Columbia

@roguekiwi1 I feel your pain. It is now 3:45pm Saturday. I finally got through at 3pm today after starting at noon. They said the reboot of the system that they suspended in error would take 15minutes it has been 45 minutes and still nothing. 😡😡😡#telussucks #telus #terrible

@Telus, this #telus outage seems to be rather strategic. Somethings still work others don’t…

  • spawnsteryvr Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Epic fail today @TELUSsupport @TELUS. Not only did my appointment for today get bungled but now your agents can’t even schedule a new one. This is horrible customer service. A lesson in how not to handle customers.

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • HariSinghsoorma Hari Singh (@HariSinghsoorma) reported

@Quea_Ali @RyanGrieveAB Telus would be only choice. Telus isn't bad for home internet found them to be faster. Just got pissed at them because they gave me run around during move and switched to Shaw.

  • JustNordia N (@JustNordia) reported

I swear Telus is the worst been paying for high speed Internet for years turns out my condo needs a second line to make that happen yet they have been charging me for it. Smh

  • jsstaedtler Johann Sebastian Staedtler 🇨🇦 (@jsstaedtler) reported

Oh! Remember in 2008 when wireless spectrum was sold specifically to new providers to create competition? The only one that hasn't since been bought by Bell/Rogers/Telus is Freedom, owned by Shaw. Bell & Rogers will never get my money, so I guess I'd move to Telus by default.

  • acetum Sam Harper (@acetum) reported

Telus hits the nail on the head #crtc: "Botnets exist because they are able to target and exploit the security vulnerabilities found in end user devices. Network blocking is a reactive approach focused on botnets that are already deployed and present on end user devices."

  • BlackStangBC Stan Querin (@BlackStangBC) reported

@RmystiQue78 telus here i come.....i refuse to deal with rogers after i had issues with a cell phone contract many years ago

  • SpaceMutiny Laharl 'Furious Metals' Styles (@SpaceMutiny) reported

That's what EVERYBODY is fearing now that it will send a signal that will cause the 1st or the 3rd largest media owners/broadcaster to take their relationship past a partnership (The Winter Olympics in 2010 caused Telus & Bell to be in a partnership) into an outright buyout.

  • tedbarris Ted Barris (@tedbarris) reported

.@ebessner @loughtred @sportsnag They think we have short memories, that we forgot about the layoffs, promises of more service, lower prices. The Big Four telecoms, Rogers, Shaw, Bell & Telus, about to become three, remind Barris Beat of another merger we stopped just in time.

  • KevinKlerk246 Kevin Klerk (@KevinKlerk246) reported

@TELUSsupport The second time we just dealt with a Telus support member. Both times we were the victims of poor connectivity based on oxidized copper. Instead of getting our full amount if bandwidth we were getting half.

  • shillischill shill (@shillischill) reported

@TELUS "Wired is the future!" "No wait, we now have wireless broadband!" "Okay **** it, let's use wires"

  • rmazar Rochelle (@rmazar) reported

The Telus tech who replaced my modem with one that lets you name and select both the 2.4ghz network AND the 5g network got to enjoy my She-Ra-based network naming and password system.
