    @rhythmteacher I’m with Telus for everything. Bundles. Service is ridiculous these days though. No matter what time of day o call in (odd time when I need to) on hold for an hour. Who the f**k has time and patience for that?

    I think next billing cycle I’ll withhold payment @TELUSsupport @TELUS. Make you wait until the funds are available (even though they are) like you make me wait on hold. Your level of customer service/tech support has dropped significantly these past few months. Unacceptable.

    @carlz8 @TELUS Oh that happened to me. Then it wasn’t canceled. Then it was a 6 week endeavour where they couldn’t get their system to cancel.

    @2muchcoffee4me @BretInVancouver @TELUS Yep. And it’s just poor client care. Because I’ve had issues since we got it. And I’ve tried but half the people I talk to don’t understand what I am saying. I don’t need to be told how wifi works. I need troubleshooting beyond google. They are so busy assuming I am confused.

    I just wanted a phone. A simple ******* phone that could be used to make calls. In 3 days we’ve racked up an extra $20 because she took her phone outside I guess. WHAT ******** TELUS. That’s not what the woman sold me.

    @Catelli2Oh Or a Telus customer, who is the big telco out here. I don’t seem to be affected, however, so we must not be reliant on Bell this far west. Plus, there’s a massive pipeline down the west coast of North America anyway.

    @ericnuttall Eric Nuttall has had some very bad luck with the virus screwing up almost the whole energy side. I like his picks and info, i started to accumulate a few energy plays , bought Suncor, Enerplus and took a chance on baytex. Mostly i like Telus, Bank of Nova Scotia

    @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Can confirm the Telus optic fiber router I have had stability issues that were not resolved by a reboot and was only temporarily resolved by a full reset. Additionally one of 2 wifi boosters sold by Telus failed on setup, the promised replacement has yet to arrived months later.

    @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Apparently if Telus acknowledges a service disruption CRTC rules say they can’t charge for the outage period. Unfortunately, most problems are magically fixed with the comment “problem cleared while under investigation.”

    Has anyone ever talked to someone about billing at @TELUSsupport? There is no phone number I can find to talk to a person. I now keep getting routed to Koodo as I'm in transition from Telus. Someone help!!!!
