@richardzussman As a member of Telus Life Plus, I am jumping no queues. All medical procedures I receive are outside of Telus & are in the MSP “lottery” to receive health care. I don’t have a family Doctor so how can keeping me out of visiting emergency or walk in clinics hurt the system?

@BigNasty6oh4 I have telus for everything. Service is mostly OK. I find them easy to deal with, but I'm also assertive as **** ( without goimg full Karen on them) what keeps me with them though honestly is the massive discount we get through their deal with our building ( 40% discount)

Epic fail today @TELUSsupport @TELUS. Not only did my appointment for today get bungled but now your agents can’t even schedule a new one. This is horrible customer service. A lesson in how not to handle customers.

@TELUSsupport I seriously can’t remember how many times I’ve filled out your “Bring the TELUS PureFibre® network to my neighbourhood” form. TELUS marketers even call us to sell us PureFibre, only for us to have to explain to them that for some unexplainable reason @WestVanDistrict isn’t served

@TELUSsupport @WestVanDistrict As a longtime TELUS mobility x2, home security, Internet 50 x2 & Optik TV customer, I think it’s a fair question to ask why #PureFibre isn’t offered to @WestVanDistrict? After 4+ years of “coming soon”, I’m politely asking for a straightforward answer. Thank you

* @Koodo offers an incentive to switch from @PublicMobile. Both companies are owned by @TELUS. Gotta wonder if Telus simply shut down PublicMobile’s website functionality to drive customers to the higher cost Koodo. Any similar experiences?

@SnappingNeuron Never have I explicitly argued for it, but I would rather have a company buy out the “competition” (they weren’t really competition to me anyway, barely have coverage where I live at this current time), building better 5G, leading to Bell + Telus expanding things like their 5G..
-
Leo Popiel

@Rogers Monopolies are bad. You already team up with Telus and Bell to price gouge, I can only imagine what things would be like with shaw in your portfolio.

@JulieRohrYEG Good question. Shaw owns freedom mobile so it’s freedoms cell towers. I tried it and it only worked okay in the city, outside of Edmonton it was bad. Public mobile uses the Telus towers, has good prices and works well throughout AB.

@ianhanomansing @checkupcbc Healthy competition is not possible when telecom continues to be an oligarchy. It's bad enough as it is with only 4 major players: Bell, Telus, Rogers and Shaw. Allowing this number to reduce to 3 is absolutely the wrong way to go. Unless, that is, they are heavily regulated.
