@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

@AnousBirding @TELUS @koodo Yeah, we need to open up the big three to competition to drive down the prices, especially after the recent outages. There’s no incentive for them to improve.

@TELUS spent two hours on the phone, constant transfers to other depts and people only to have the call dropped, and billing problem still not fixed. Been with your company for over 20 years and seriously considering switching carriers.

@GameBiologist @TELUS I had to argue with the admins to finally get PT status and I had to call immigration to see if that was even allowed. My supervisor didn't lift a finger to help. Didn't help me when I asked with my thesis work either, even in spite of my diagnosis, but then took away

@Rhiannon_Kirton @TELUS That's totally my bad - You mentioned your move weeks ago on here but I completely forgot. You might be able to book a room in a public library, esp if you're in a major city like Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, etc. (Even some of the small town libraries might have space?)

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Telus… is my contract cancelled? There is no support or call back or anything on my issue! What’s going on? If the phone is no available it’s your responsibility to give me those phone. I’ve paid already the taxes and everything for 4 phone.

Anyone out there using an antennae to get a better Internet signal to our Internet smart hub? Especially from @TELUS ? Our Internet has been beyond terrible for 2 days now. Bitching about it does not help, maybe an antennae will.
