    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    @AnousBirding @TELUS @koodo Yeah, we need to open up the big three to competition to drive down the prices, especially after the recent outages. There’s no incentive for them to improve.

    @TELUSsupport Telus online updates are useless. “Processed” for over a week. Wait on hold for 2+ hours only to get hung up on by loyalty department. This is how a customer of 20+ yrs gets treated.

    Does telus have good Internet plans? I know they never used to do Internet but I thought I saw some thing recently where they did start.

    Anyone else experience an hour of internet outage? Both my #telus phone and #bell fibre went down at around 212am. My phone service came back but not internet and lost all service again at 232am. What kind of “upgrades” do you think went on?

    @Cat_Louuu @Naomi_with_an_a I work for Telus so I know when any carriers are down or are having problems as those are competitors. They also don’t use the towers, that’s a misconception, it’s just the tower itself the hardware is on and we rent that. Has nothing to do with bell at all.

    @oldschmitty telus is ******* **** i had the worst customer service experience with their reps like 10 years ago. been on virgin since then and it's okay

    all right. best mobile customer service in Canada right now. I was with @TELUS for years and had great experience. Had to change & they connected me to @koodo and it’s horrible to find any way to actually talk to someone. I want to feel like I’m not throwing my $ away. And go!
