    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    @TELUSsupport @PrasadYEG Telus ADT Support is the worst call centre I’ve have ever experienced. Call number prompts not acknowledged, agents wasting 5 minutes verifying identify only to find their system frozen and can’t schedule a dispatch call. Their call back service when on hold calls go to voicemail

    Some @TELUS Customer service call. Ok so get this... I said my name was Tamara Crystal and I just kind of magically ended up on the phone with the agent. I rambled delusionally & they transferred me to a closed department. Not very professional #Telus . Not very #Capitalism

    @TELUSsupport Hi. I chatted to someone at Telus yesterday who did a remote reboot but the problems persist today. The wifi keeps dropping with long periods of no internet connection. Can I please request a call back again??

    Hey @TELUS , your telemarketing contractors are using hospital phone numbers to get people to answer. Beyond bullshit, my next call is to customer service to cancel my phone and cable.

    @AboutRogers real shame this Shaw buyout was allowed to happen. Had Rogers as my 1st cell phone company and switched cuz service provided sucked major ***. Pretty sure I'm gonna have to switch to Telus now cuz of them.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport do not under ANY circumstances let your elderly relatives sign up for Internet or TV services from Telus. My 93 year old father has been lying in a hospital bed trying to cancel his service on hold transferred dept to dept for hours on end. 1/2
