@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS If you have went to blue curve watch the quality of the feed. They will have you running up and down stairs hooking and unhooking the box, blue curve is terrible compared to Gateway. The gateway remote sucked but a least there wasn't pixelation all the time especially sportsnet

@vote4robgill @TELUS My experience with TELUS is they will offer a "great" deal to entice you to become a customer and before long you'll get notification that the rates are going up. Was constantly on the phone with Loyalty. They ended up suggesting I move to their subsidiary company Koodo Mobile.

I'm currently on a call with Telus customer support and the guy I'm talking to has such a... not a robotic, but such a comically clear and concise voice that I wasn't sure if I were talking to a human for the first few seconds.
