@AnousBirding @TELUS @koodo Yeah, we need to open up the big three to competition to drive down the prices, especially after the recent outages. There’s no incentive for them to improve.

@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

@raeintheworld @TELUSsupport Telus screwed me over twice trying to get it installed. Twice I tried to give them my business & they dropped the ball by just not showing up. First time they cancelled the appt the day before, but didn't bother to notify me as I took day off work. Terrible customer service.

Anyone else experiencing their cable down in #yyj? I tried to watch the news this morning. Nothing. And I just got home from work and it’s still down. Think about cutting my cable and just sticking with my subscriptions. Sign from the universe? @telus @TELUSsupport

Also, I am being charged for not using the service from November as I had to urgently go out of country. Also, now telus is charging 1.5% for payment by credit card which is outrageous and feels like getting looted by system. Please resolve this issue asap.

SERVICE RESTORED (Warburton): We've replaced the failed Telus gear with some of ours and they are dispatching replacement equipment which should arrive tomorrow. So far the backbone link is working great and we're back at 100%.

Wow. I can’t believe I’ve called Telus over and over again over the past year. Hours spent on the phone and been assured I’d see my credits and bill to what it should be. Every time I’m let down.. been with them since day one - yes #BCTEL! @TELUS @TELUSsupport. Loyalty is tough.
