    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    @WhistlerBlckcmb @TELUS Couldn't travel from the UK due to covid restrictions at the time. Did the 'epic coverage' that came with the 'epic pass' give me any cover? Did it bollocks!! Will never book with any vail resort again. $1000 pissed away.. Beware of booking with these thieves!!! 😡😡😡

    Telus Support instructed us to disconnect the wrong cable Sunday, and now with no services I struggle to work from home to figure out how to process payroll for 4 companies. @TELUS says not to worry that someone will be here on Tuesday and if it is our issues we pay $150. Crappy!

    The Telus file: [The "Roman"] application is based on numerous errors of fact and misstatements of law. [T]hese errors leads to the conclusion that no action is required from the #CRTC in respect of any issue raised in the Application. The application should be dismissed.

    @ItJoshS @TELUSsupport Well, just received an alert that #TELUS Optik TV, home and internet services will be down for maintenance from 1:00 AM to late tomorrow morning. It's been down other times as well. Don't for one minute think that TELUS is better than Shaw!

    @Telus Why is it that when i choose upgrades or packages online telus ,Price changes or offer disappears when im asked to login? Why are New customers getting a better deal than existing customers? Makes no sense. Im not on any plan or term anymore....Very odd
