@AnousBirding @TELUS @koodo Yeah, we need to open up the big three to competition to drive down the prices, especially after the recent outages. There’s no incentive for them to improve.

@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

As long as the public continue to support; Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Costco, At&t, Telus Rogers, Shaw, Banks any and all criminal organizations. The longer this will continue, the stronger their hold on us is. We need to cut them off!

@TELUSsupport So the ENTIRE FAMILY is expected to use our cel phone data FOR A WEEK while we wait for Telus to come fix faulty equipment? I'm sure Telus will give us a break on our Internet and cell phone bill in the mean time, won't they? (rhetorical question)
