    @TELUSsupport Telus online updates are useless. “Processed” for over a week. Wait on hold for 2+ hours only to get hung up on by loyalty department. This is how a customer of 20+ yrs gets treated.

    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    @AnousBirding @TELUS @koodo Yeah, we need to open up the big three to competition to drive down the prices, especially after the recent outages. There’s no incentive for them to improve.

    @jedgar my bad, i had a preconceived notion with Telus be my the one to build a data center. It’s like hearing T-Mobile building AWS or AT&T building GCP. What’s the reliability of Telus data center like?

    Who gives a **** if these AI slop factories use /less/ water? I care that billions are being chucked into a private corporate profit statement. If Telus wants to build data centres let them take the risk. If the government needs data centres, build and own them.

    @gyucoffees Hi Gi, although we don’t have visibility into recruitment here, TELUS would never request sensitive documents, like educational certificates, through unsecured emails or ask you to reply to an unverified sender.     @TELUS I haven’t been advised anything. The customer service rep I spoke to couldn’t answer anything. Mind you I ordered this phone on April 30.
