Scott Shannon (@Shanny684) reported from North Dumfries, Ontario@TELUSsupport Telus online updates are useless. “Processed” for over a week. Wait on hold for 2+ hours only to get hung up on by loyalty department. This is how a customer of 20+ yrs gets treated.
-
mazikeen (@amber122185) reported from Brantford, OntarioDoes telus have good Internet plans? I know they never used to do Internet but I thought I saw some thing recently where they did start.
-
Ryan Leys (@ryanleys2) reported from Cambridge, Ontario@AnousBirding @TELUS @koodo Yeah, we need to open up the big three to competition to drive down the prices, especially after the recent outages. There’s no incentive for them to improve.
-
Mike Spicer (@MikeSpicer12) reported from Brant, Ontario@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

Jason Thegreat (@Jason7hegreat) reported@Martyupnorth This is the whole reason I went with Telus a few years ago. Rogers kept increasing my bill by a significant amount every 6 months or so. Promotion ended, they say. I signed a contract, there was no promotion given. They fix the bill. 6 Months Later...
-
Knowpium (@knowpium) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport i pay 35 a month for my unlimited plan. in Canada. Telus just sucks.

Alex Stevens (@AlexSte49374492) reported@privacylawyer Where's Bell, Rogers, Telus, Eastlink and all the other internet service providers? Have any of them even said a peep?
-
Lee Redpath (@redman_mather) reported@field2fieldag @Bell_MTSHelps @Bell_MTS Doesn’t matter who you’re with, that stretch is a dead zone. I’m with public mobile which is owned by telus and that area is pretty poor

Duncan Magroin (Mug/Shot) (@yeg_sewer_rat) reported@Martyupnorth I have had Rogers, Bell and Telus ; they all have terrible customer service until you call to cancel, then they have plans that save you lots.
-
Mortoshi (@HDergler) reported@wongkarwasian most Canadian service providers collude to increase the level of service beyond what the average consumer needs so that can charge upward of $100 a month for something that should be extremely basic telus wants like $110 a month for 500mbps internet for instance, but most people would still be ok with 100mbps or less I'm many cases
-
Nikki (@Nikki98212136) reported@SaltyGeeg @feezy_does_it @AaronPettman Suddenly water doesn't matter when eco diesel experiments on sacred river will get approved with sinister funding to bought off reserves, and poor Telus needs expansion and water. BC forgot water is a human need? For greed.
-
Adrian Somers (@SomersYYJ) reported@TELUS Poor wifi performance. Speed tests not equating to advertised performance, glitching for even direct ethernet connection.
-
Colin Regan 🚀 (@engalicorn) reportedHuge Fail #Telus @TELUS @TELUSsupport International Easy Pass doesn't work in the United States. If my wife flew to Peru or Afghanistan she would be covered. She flys to Seattle and incurs $100 dollars in overages minutes after stepping off the plane.

Lincoln Ho | Yegventures | 何令恒 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported@Social_Moi @TELUSsupport Not sure why they couldn't help with Alberta accounts unless yours was somehow in the "old stack" but those were all migrated to the new system probably over a decade ago. I don't think there's any legislation requiring only Albertans open these files as TELUS Intl is around.
