@TELUSsupport Telus online updates are useless. “Processed” for over a week. Wait on hold for 2+ hours only to get hung up on by loyalty department. This is how a customer of 20+ yrs gets treated.

@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

@AnousBirding @TELUS @koodo Yeah, we need to open up the big three to competition to drive down the prices, especially after the recent outages. There’s no incentive for them to improve.

@TELUS I had no service, then reset my network settings, and now I have service. However it keeps going between 3G and LTE, or no service? Are there network issues for mobile phones?

@TELUSsupport Switched from Rogers because of their network wide failure. Starting to feel like that was a bad decision. No phone service right now with Telus.

@ScarletBjornson I'm with Fido and I thought they used Telus but I haven't had any problems. 🤞
