@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

Major Telus outage in Northern BC, company blames a damaged cable. Includes, Burns Lake, Topley, Terrace, Prince George, Kitimat, Smithers.. E-Comm says in an emergency, call 9-1-1 in case service is restored. No service? Head to nearest ER/police/fire if able. @ckpgnews

@TELUSsupport Telus charges 50 dollar reconnection fees when your monthly plan is worth the same. Greedy corporation not considering people are trying hard to pay bills. Very rude customer service

@BenKlass If you spent any time dealing with Freedom you would know they ran as their own business. Some basic integration but Shaw was really a reseller of Freedoms network as a way to compete with Telus internet/wireless bundle. As far as spectrum, no way Rogers could retain any.
