@AnousBirding @TELUS @koodo Yeah, we need to open up the big three to competition to drive down the prices, especially after the recent outages. There’s no incentive for them to improve.

@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

@TELUS as 4-year long customer fiber home internet service, I have been disconnected since Tuesday, with promises of restoring my connectivity since Wednesday Noon. My connection has still not been restored at Friday noon. 1/6

@TELUS, so it’s 2 dollars for a customer service call. This is my third call today because the website and the app don’t work. So my 3 hours of lost time is apparently worth about 65 cents an hour. No wonder a company that charges 150 bucks a month is profitable.

I have spoken to no less than 9 Telus service people this week. It is the same process every single time. It takes 1 hour for them to understand the issue and go through the chain, with same outcome each time. 3/6
