  • RobMontreal The Original Barcham (@RobMontreal) reported

@Puck_Tough I've been a Bell customer my entire life and have never received anything less than excellent service from them. I received such terrible service from Videotron that I decided to live without cable for over 10 years until Bell finally came out with their Fibe service.

  • Ottawaroofer scotty (@Ottawaroofer) reported

@M4FM4N @Videotron I’m not even that nice- I open the door just to tell them to **** off 😇 I get the #BELL guys here tho

  • AlloccaMirella Lipstick & Heels (@AlloccaMirella) reported

@BasilicataV @BasemBoshra @Videotron That’s why I switched to Bell. Videotron kept going up and my internet kept going down.

  • BasilicataV Val (@BasilicataV) reported

@BasemBoshra 👏🙌🏻You took the words right out of my mouth! It’s for previous improvements to their internet service apparently, but my internet has never been so unreliable as it has been this past year! @Videotron

  • johnefrancis 🇨🇦johnefrancis🇨🇦 (@johnefrancis) reported

@Videotron I've been with @TekSavvyBuzz for many years, have received both price cuts and a number of service improvements. They just gave them to me without me asking. I like that. That creates loyalty.

  • PromisedMePie Krupo 🇨🇦 (@PromisedMePie) reported

@johnefrancis @Videotron Yup, I got a retention call from Bell while a Rogers tech was on site installing the new service for a fraction of the prior price They were offering $10 where we were saving $50+

  • thinner1973 David White (@thinner1973) reported

@johnefrancis @Videotron They called on the day I was moving my services and said they could now beat the competition price. I tried for over a month to get the pricing reduced with no luck. They told me I should have asked for customer retention. Um no.

  • johnefrancis 🇨🇦johnefrancis🇨🇦 (@johnefrancis) reported

Rogers called me back after moving my mobile account to a far better deal at @Videotron. If Rogers wanted to retain me, they should've cut my rates or improved my service while I was still their customer.

  • EricTist Bomijangall (@EricTist) reported

@Videotron So bell ring my doorbell today proposing me to switch, but don’t worry I’m never going back

  • nevalent Nick Valentino (@nevalent) reported

@CudmoreColin My worst case scenario: all the issues with Lebreton are sorted and Melnyk agrees to sell the team. Then, he turns around and sells it to Videotron and the team moves to Quebec for the 2019-20 season. Melnyk gets his money and totally screws the city of Ottawa in the process.
