@Videotron said this kind of thing happens (often?) & that the only option I have is to accept their “courtesy” of $75 and pay the rest otherwise i will receive late fees and eventually they will cut off my service and come get the equipment but that I would still have to pay.

@fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

@Videotron still charged me upfront $388+ tax with installation fees of $60 even though I chose to pay in $12 for 24 months. When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

@Videotron is this the customer experience you want for your clients? So if I don’t have the money to pay $400 that I wasn’t supposed to be charged upfront, then you cut off my service and still leave me with the bill? This is none sense.

I switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

@Videotron H3T Edouard montpetit no internet since Wednesday, no clear communication whatsoever, 90% that's plain lie, never going with Videotron again and also not recommending anyone to go with them. Even before this weather their service was **** with slow speed and they inc. the bill.

@Videotron NDG, H4A, Helix internet went down Wednesday 11:45PM (no power outage) and has been down ever since. Just in time for my long weekend when I'm stuck @ home with a sprained ankle on crutches. Thanks a lot. 90%? Literally everyone I know who's w/you guys is without wifi
