    So @Videotron tech support no longer 24/7 but now only from 9am? Wow, it’s just like living back in France. Got to take time out of work to get anything done.

    @Videotron @DjBlaster Interesting. We’ve dealt with Videotron maybe 3 times as potential customers and every time we’ve had agenda flat out refuse to speak English. Even when we get telemarketing calls, when I say I don’t speak French they just say “ok bye” and hang up. Always a bad experience.

    @fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

    @Videotron hello can I cancel my basic tv package and just add channels. I have tsn and I would like to add rogers sportsnet and do not watch any of the channels on the basic tv package. My question is cam I have the 2 sports channels without the basic tv package?

    @Videotron Yooooo guys I need some help here. My account shows a credit of $465 after I accidentally overpaid you in August, and still kept paying monthly anyway. Agent says he sees $75 credit only. My customer centre says $465. Seriously all I want is Helix and ya'll givin me HEADACHES.

    Sorry guys, not sure I can stream today. I am having issues with my PS4 controller. I swear, I think I am jinxed. Last Friday was issues with Videotron's internet. I am so disappointed.
