They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

They transfered his videotron debt into my name. I received a 400$ debt. I never agreed to take over his account? I only wanted to close his and open one

For my home internet we changed to VT's Helix network and that seemed to fix the issues (It was the same price and we got faster DL speeds). We're still having problems at work though.

PKP wrecked house when I was with them and caused me many problems. had to backpay 6 months for which I had already paid and then wait for refund (because of screwup in billing system PKP ordered installed before it was ready.
