They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

With that said, it shows you have an inferior structure compared to Bell and furthermore, unprepared to handle such an outage in a timely manner.
