    So @Videotron tech support no longer 24/7 but now only from 9am? Wow, it’s just like living back in France. Got to take time out of work to get anything done.

    @Videotron @DjBlaster Interesting. We’ve dealt with Videotron maybe 3 times as potential customers and every time we’ve had agenda flat out refuse to speak English. Even when we get telemarketing calls, when I say I don’t speak French they just say “ok bye” and hang up. Always a bad experience.

    @fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

    @Bell dont go with five, your fibe is the worst it goes down everyday plus it freezes , everyone i knwo that has videotron this does not happen

    @cnunezimages Let's hope so much that all the Videotron technicians will manage to fix up everything all throughout Quebec and as promptly as possible hopefully for all of our people to get back to their proper lives that do not makes too much sense right now.
