    Don't ever go to @Videotron. Worst customer service ever. They make a mistake and you still gotta pay for it.

    If you decide to register your business and need a provider PLEASE DO NOT USE @Videotron They are the worst. Overpriced and their customer service is the worst. I’ve been on the line over 1h 30 and they keep transferring me like a ping pong ball! 🏓

    If you have a business please do NOT use @Videotron nor Vidéotron Affaire. They are the worst. I’ve been on the line for 1:20 being pass around like it’s a ********! All I’m trying to do is paid them and ask about my plan…that’s the worst part 🥲

    Anyone has a stream for the Laval Rocket game? Videotron won't let us connect to the website of rds and the link to change the password is just not working.

Recently, Rogers and Fido have already started cutting off working phones that were using its 3G networks, in what was deemed accidental. Rogers is also charging a $75 network fee if users continue to use 3G networks. "

    @Videotron Still have no land-line service. Since Wednesday. Can't even call 911. Older people have traditional landlines . *** can electricity be back and videotron not. Same towers and poles !!!!!

    @jeanphilippedr1 @pxw13 Videotron loses maybe a mill on the Als at worst but makes 100 mill profit otherwise all it does is reduce the tax they pay on the profit. I’m not losing sleep over that, ticats, stamps or MLSE. These accountants are more creative than Spielberg.
