    @fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

    Don't ever go to @Videotron. Worst customer service ever. They make a mistake and you still gotta pay for it.

    @JackCha59051190 Hi Jack! We are sorry for the situation, it is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. However as mentioned by MB before they are independently operated, because of this our managers at Videotron can not assist you, it is not for a lack of wanting to help. -sms

    @Siftah @TheRealRevK As I said, I was a student. Evening and weekend calls were never cheap! I know a few people who had "midnight lines", which was basically a time switch that turned the meter off between midnight and 6am. Then I got a Videotron cable line that did offer free local calls. Too late.

    Hi @fizz_ca / @Videotron, since Thursday all apple services like Apple TV, App Store, Apple Music, etc. have issue on your residential internet network only. Any ETA on when this will be fixed?
