When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

I don't know who's making the big decisions in your company, but (s)he is a ******* idiot. In the span of about one year you went from the best ISP in town to one of the worst. Time to move.
