Issa Sissoko (@IssaCheckmate) reported from Montréal, QuebecI switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

As for Videotron, it's not national & is too dominant in QC already.

As I said, Quebecor's track record-in wireless, broadcasting & newspaper publishing--outside QC is poor. That should play a key role in the review, imo.
