@Videotron Three times in the last month you have needed to send a technician to my house to fix my internet and TV, and the same issues keep reoccurring. Internet has been AWOL since last night and TV signal weak. This is absolutely unac-*******-ceptable. Disgraceful. Do better.

Watched the game last night on SNE, and had access to it on the other Snet channels too of course I turned it off in the 3rd when they were down 4-1 in the 3rd but still. I switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

@Videotron @DjBlaster Interesting. We’ve dealt with Videotron maybe 3 times as potential customers and every time we’ve had agenda flat out refuse to speak English. Even when we get telemarketing calls, when I say I don’t speak French they just say “ok bye” and hang up. Always a bad experience.

@JustNoOne3001 @yellmapper Just went to Ottawa and picked up n66 and a fuckton of B7 on telus Like, 20mhz of 7, another 20mhz of 7, 20mhz of 2, 15mhz of 66, 30mhz of n66 according to service mode. I didn't even know band 66 was that wide, nevermind having Rogers and Vidéotron also using spectrum

Internet supposed to be incl in rent- agreement between me & Centurion. Centurion & Vidéotron have an agreement. Vidéotron technician installed my old router continuing service I'd canceled, refused to give me router re Centurion internet account. I had internet for 3 months. Vidéotron said no one was paying for it.
