@Videotron @DjBlaster Interesting. We’ve dealt with Videotron maybe 3 times as potential customers and every time we’ve had agenda flat out refuse to speak English. Even when we get telemarketing calls, when I say I don’t speak French they just say “ok bye” and hang up. Always a bad experience.

Watched the game last night on SNE, and had access to it on the other Snet channels too of course I turned it off in the 3rd when they were down 4-1 in the 3rd but still. @Videotron Besides, I didn't because I wasn't aware of my limits till I received my bill. However, this month I did receive an alert regarding with my usage limits. So it wasn't a technical problem.

I switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

@senstalk_ What is the last inch provider? Bell Fibe? Rogers? VideoTron? Cell data? Honestly the signal is switched through so many possible networks it is hard to know where the bad network is? My current one is @Rogers CO-AX and it is 5 min delayed.
