They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

Issa Sissoko (@IssaCheckmate) reported from Montréal, Quebec@Videotron said this kind of thing happens (often?) & that the only option I have is to accept their “courtesy” of $75 and pay the rest otherwise i will receive late fees and eventually they will cut off my service and come get the equipment but that I would still have to pay.
