They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they donโt appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. I keep telling her whatโs the point if itโs below par service! Iโd rather pay for decent wifi!

The box isnโt working properly and he replaced it in 5 mins and left. Such a fricken hassle when the phone agents are clueless

I pay for 2 screens but our tv in the basement isnโt a smart tv with internet. It only worked down there bc Netflix had a channel on FIBE but now they donโt Iโm going to downgrade back to one screen

We call again and have to file another claim. Someone hacked our account and ordered a phone, using bells terms and authentication.
