All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they donโt appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. BitcoinBiker (@crypto_xarlie) reportedHorrible experience with @Bell . Sign a deal on march 7 for a phone, plan and watch for a set price, have the contract and order details in my email. Phone and watch took more than 1 month to be delivered. Now, when I went to the store to pick up, the total bill that was supposed to be around $65 was showing around $120. The @Bell representative tried, but could not get the price that they sold me the products in the first place, saying it was a system error and that everything should go back to normal after finalizing the deal, but everything still the same and my billing still wrong. @Bell how you gonna solve this? I will only pay what I agreed to pay in the first place.

I am a senior and having a firestick is the best and cheapest way to go if Bell doesnโt want to help out !
