Now they’re going ahead, with the intention of removing the ***** next. The designed a bad bin, and now they’re giving up on maintaining it.

I have had Call Privacy active on my line for ages and now, suddenly, it has stopped working and all Jesse at tech can offer is “use *11 again”. No logs, no investigation. Apparently 8 blocked telemarketing calls in a row isn’t excessive.

Not a huge fan, but accidentally found out if you DM them on FB Messenger, they’re really quick to reply and can resolve most issues. Has made my life way easier, and no longer ever wait on hold. Maybe similar thing for Bell - or switch!
