Update - finally got ahold of @Bell_Support retention and I asked too many questions so they hung up on me. Not only do they make you feel bad and like an idiot for asking questions, but when you figure out their mischarge on your bill and question them, they hang up! 1/2

@AcanacInc @Dorky106 Actually tried to contact again. No such luck. As such, I contacted Bell and they had a technician on-site today. I have switched back over to @Bell and haven’t been with them in over a decade. I hope to be able to contact you later soon so I can cancel and get a refund.

Our @Bell internet went down this AM, and now we have to wait for two days for a technician to call us to schedule a time to come yo our home… that turnaround time is too long! 😡
