@snughaven @Bell Bell screwed us over so they offered my mom a rate that no other company can beat she’s grandfathered in for life with this rate and doesn’t want to give it up. I keep telling her what’s the point if it’s below par service! I’d rather pay for decent wifi!

I’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

Sounds like it might be a bigger issue though. Just tell them you're doing the trouble shooting, and then they'll be like "we'll send a tech"
