First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. This particular problem, it's been nearly a month ... nothing done. Sadly, not an encouraging launch for your partnership with them. @Bell_Support has never responded.

After you've tried over and over, it tells you that you can schedule a call with a human. The first date and time available is at min. 3 days later.
