  @ShamanaDreams @Bell We had one out the other week again and he told us this whole time we never actually had bell “fibre optics” it was the old wiring and a ****** old modem which is why it wouldn’t reach half the house and we kept getting “blackouts” of service

  @snughaven @Bell Bell screwed us over so they offered my mom a rate that no other company can beat she’s grandfathered in for life with this rate and doesn’t want to give it up. I keep telling her what’s the point if it’s below par service! I’d rather pay for decent wifi!

  @AdamReid_ @Bell @Bell_Support I used to work for a woman who was in charge of their customer service many yrs ago. Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

  @mom2_k_and_p @Bell @Netflix_CA It is. That has nothing to do with it. Netflix used to be available on BELL fibe and now it no longer is. It’s not an “account issue” I have a Samsung smart tv luckily it has a separate app for Netflix, figured it out

  Called Bell again and they say they’ll “escalate it” and “maybe” have it fixed later today. No guarantee, no urgency. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today.   @Bell Upon further review, because this repair involves a buried service wire, it must be completed by a specialized technician I'm unable to reschedule it sooner than the currently scheduled appointment on August 11. This is in response to a July 12 outage. Seriously??
