    @Bell_Support Beyond Frustrated!!! I keep having problems with my 4K box! It will freeze & then everything goes blurry. Even had the 4K box replaced with new one & still same issues! I canโ€™t go 1 day without this happening. Now tonight, itโ€™s been blurry all night, WHY?? #angry

    Hey @bell, when I receive a text AND email confirmation about a instillation TODAY and u don't show up, only to have it in ur system as scheduled for another day YET NOONE CALLS ME TO NOTIFY the change....thx for ur excellent customer service and screwing up my Say morning

    @mom2_k_and_p @Bell @Netflix_CA It is. That has nothing to do with it. Netflix used to be available on BELL fibe and now it no longer is. Itโ€™s not an โ€œaccount issueโ€ I have a Samsung smart tv luckily it has a separate app for Netflix, figured it out

    @ShamanaDreams @Bell Even the in person guy was like ya there was NOTHING you could have done on your own on your end to fix this. The box isnโ€™t working properly and he replaced it in 5 mins and left. Such a fricken hassle when the phone agents are clueless

    @JohnnyR45382020 @Bell Livid, I called the support number they were able to restart the modem on their end and after about 30-40mins the connection came back. Their service is subpar for all the boasting they do

    @Withloveamber1 @Bell Is it a router problem for slow streaming services on the tv too? Half the time Netflix and Amazon and other steaming services freeze or take forever to load? Bell continually tells us their modem isnโ€™t strong enough for our house ๐Ÿค”

Itโ€™s not my problem that your sales people are misleading everyone. Long story short weโ€™re grandfathered into a set price that wonโ€™t ever change with unlimited wifi data

    @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk you have pathetic sales reps. I spoke to a sales rep mentioning Iโ€™m coming from another service provider and he didnโ€™t even let me finish and talking in between. Very rude behaviour. Asking me to be with the current service provider.

    Really disappointed with @Bell_MTS @Bell service. Since January 29th, Iโ€™ve been unable to create a profile for my Bell Mobility account, and multiple support interactions later still no resolution. No one has been able to identify the issue. This shouldnโ€™t be this hard. @Bell
