    @mom2_k_and_p @Bell @Netflix_CA It is. That has nothing to do with it. Netflix used to be available on BELL fibe and now it no longer is. Itโ€™s not an โ€œaccount issueโ€ I have a Samsung smart tv luckily it has a separate app for Netflix, figured it out

    @AdamReid_ @Bell @Bell_Support I used to work for a woman who was in charge of their customer service many yrs ago. Her mantra was that she didnโ€™t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

    @Bell_Support Beyond Frustrated!!! I keep having problems with my 4K box! It will freeze & then everything goes blurry. Even had the 4K box replaced with new one & still same issues! I canโ€™t go 1 day without this happening. Now tonight, itโ€™s been blurry all night, WHY?? #angry

    Hey @bell, when I receive a text AND email confirmation about a instillation TODAY and u don't show up, only to have it in ur system as scheduled for another day YET NOONE CALLS ME TO NOTIFY the change....thx for ur excellent customer service and screwing up my Say morning

    @snughaven @Bell Bell screwed us over so they offered my mom a rate that no other company can beat sheโ€™s grandfathered in for life with this rate and doesnโ€™t want to give it up. I keep telling her whatโ€™s the point if itโ€™s below par service! Iโ€™d rather pay for decent wifi!

    @JohnnyR45382020 @Bell Last week for example our wifi and cable which are both connected went out Friday morning at 8. We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didnโ€™t send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box

    On our bill as being โ€œnot returnedโ€ and every month my mother has to call in and get the charges taken off, and surprise surprise every single month that charge is put back ON the bill! @Bell your customer service is abhorrent

    Dear @Bell, You sent me an offer, for the past three days Iโ€™ve been trying to transfer two mobile lines to your service. Unfortunately, your support people has been unable to complete the task. The service quality and language skills have been very disappointing. It hurts you.

    @RyanCartiers @Bell @Virgin I have the same problem Ryan. Spam calls daily. I have a phone that blocks 200 spam numbers. It's full..I am on the do not call list, it doesn't work. Several numbers display local numbers, but are spam. Bell does nothing
