Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

Happens everywhere, & all companies need to do a better job when hiring front facing employees. Their bad day shouldn't be your bad day. My last visit to Best Buy was horrendous, not just Bell.
