    @cogecohelps @cogeco did an amazing job getting out here so quick. They went over absolutely everything and finally found the problem. It’s now working better then ever. Thanks to JODI at customer service and my tech who will remain anonymous, AMAZING WORK!

    Major @cogecohelps service outage reported in St. Catharines (including mine). Power outages also reported in some areas. No ETA from Cogeco but they are aware of the problem.

    @cogeco Had service appt last night 5-8. No show. I called, was told it was rebooked for tonight 5-8. Rec’d verification call for TONIGHT. I called to confirm. Told it’s now tmrw 5-8. Why did someone not call to communicate? Do I need to change providers? 😡

    @cogeco I got tech support by phone and they promise service will be restored by 2:30. I hope so because my job requires internet acesss.

    @cogeco Thanks for the reply. I won’t bother calling tech support & waiting forever. Still no tweet yet about the outage. These tools help reduce the number of calls, use them.

    @cogeco Is cogeco busy? We report our 2 lines since yesterday and they tell us today from 8 am to 5 pm we would have someone checking the problem. Well it’s past 5 and nobody came to help us. Do you have too much work?

    Please be advised that our internet and cable television is currently out at the Walker Family YMCA. Cogeco is aware of the issue, although they anticipate they will not be able to restore service until tomorrow. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    People warned me about @cogeco told me I would be promised a great bundle offer but be billed the regular price. Sure enough. Got my first bill yesterday and there’s no promotion on it. Trust has already been broken.

    @cogeco Cogeco sucks I had my lines replaced with a temporary hanging line was told it would be reburied on a scheduled date that date came and went and nothing was done but it was filed as completed

    @adr yeah that would solve the problem with non-Bell/Rogers/Cogeco ISPs where you have to get one of *their* technicians to set things up, which predictably causes delays and "mistakes"

    @cogecohelps Still out… @Cogeco outages website indicated would be repaired by 2:15pm…nope. Now saying repairs for 1:15am Friday???. 24hrs outage is ridiculous. I expect a credit to my account for all services. Rogers must be loving this as my cell data continues to be chewed up.

    @SSCtv can’t tell you how much I dislike that you put silver screen programming instead of telling us the actual line up. I don’t want it to be a surprise what’s on cuz then we don’t even know when a new program is about to start? WTH? @cogeco can you fix the listing.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Internet latency is still terrible. You say it's up but I can't even get a ping response from Google DNS. Tracerts are just nothing past the ISP.
