@cogecohelps @cogeco Up your end of the “contract” by providing the service I have apparently been locked into. Additionally, I have been on the line for 45 minutes and I am now getting a $5 credit — for 4 days of interrupted internet.

@cogeco Have a problem here. Have cable access, but very few channels in my digital box and none with the adapter for the tv in my bedroom. On the box I get 49, 52, 205 and 426. Nothing else for the 20 or so channels I tried. Everything sort of died around 1 am

Hey @cogecohelps @cogeco. New customer here. Why was I promised/paying for 1 Gig internet speed when I'm barely getting 5 mbps? I've reset modem and tv box at least 5 times in 2 days. Bell Fibe didn't even break a sweat to get 50+ mbps. #unacceptable

@cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

@Bell I have just had the worst customer service experience trying to change my ridiculously high bill. Transferred twice, lastly, to the loyalty department. Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco
