I’m genuinely confused why I need to pay more money to obtain service after past debt was settled. I have the signed letter showing settlement. No agent can seem to provide me proof!

I've reset modem and tv box at least 5 times in 2 days. Bell Fibe didn't even break a sweat to get 50+ mbps. #unacceptable

Torontonian (@YYZ2YGK) reported@cogeco There is no patience from me Camille. Our service was working and is now out again. As I said in a previous post, I will be calling Cogeco tomorrow to see when my contract is up and promptly switching out. Cogeco service is amateurish at best.

One minute my speed is lightning, and then it’s gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm won’t work, but they refuse to do anything! Paid network specialist’s to come to the house and we still have no internet. Same with others on our street. Yet cogeco does nothing and offers nothing.
