I called to confirm. Told it’s now tmrw 5-8. Why did someone not call to communicate? Do I need to change providers? 😡

There is no number to call. All are disconnected.(taking people for fools you give them the number from the website and the number doesn't work) BAD Service in looking for another provider

Additionally, I have been on the line for 45 minutes and I am now getting a $5 credit — for 4 days of interrupted internet.

Seth (@NotApsty) reported@cogeco I have 1g/s in Smithville and my pc is hard wired and when I check my wifi speed I’m only getting 500-700 mbs and my ping is fidgety as hell. What gives? Why is the package 1g but not my wifi? Is the signal in this area lower? Are there issues in the area currently?
