manish midha (@midha_manish) reported@FreedomMobile You guys over charge your customers in the name of arbitrary charges and then your customer service doesn't even respond. ****** services
-
Scott (@NevinMcScott) reported- @FreedomMobile why am I being told "check back again tomorrow" and "it's probably a glitch and it'll fix itself" when I asked why I was double charged on my phone bill this month? That's disgraceful customer service from your team
-
Taylor (@mysticalsloths) reported@FreedomMobile Can you guys fix your site? It’s hella slow to make a payment. Also the speed of your network has gotten worse the last few weeks.
-

-
Keegan Seeburger (@CuratedCollect) reportedAfter 15 years we dropped @Rogers they offered no price match or customer retention. And wouldn’t even offer the same rate as their “new to Canada” offer… @FreedomMobile FTW exact same everything and bill is down $100 month
-
Sue T (@pieface2010) reported@FreedomMobile Do not take their Phone Protection plan. If you want to cancel they will not let you. Hello! I called your customer service a few months ago to cancel the phone protection plan. I thought they did it but they did not. Reimburse me $90.00 plus tax.
-
Not Op Cue (@NotOpCue) reported@FidoSolutions When I spoke to you rep on the phone he did not care about the price raise and when I said I was going to cancel he did not try to keep me. A company that has no respect for loyalty and paying every month on time does not deserve my business. @FreedomMobile offered me a great deal when I was leaving them years back, but I still said no cause the data was trash in some areas. @Rogers raised the price randomly on me several times, left them cause why pay $55 a month for something when you can get the same thing for $25 a month.

Frentraken (@Frentraken) reported@FreedomMobile Every and any attempt at interacting with ya'll suggests you're talking out your ***. You should feel bad.
