Honestly, Telus sending me an email saying “you’re on the best network in town - way better than @ShawInfo/@FreedomMobile’s” makes me want to switch from Telus... attack ads, wtf?

So my experience with roaming with @FreedomMobile, why does throttling when roaming suck so much, the latency was really shitty, and in a city like Ottawa, service was really bad. Montreal was kinda okay, it worked and managed to get 200mb free.

  • danddrost
Bipolarhitchhiker (@danddrost) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@freedomsupport Your company has never resolved one issue for me over 5 years, always excuses, yet I pay my bill fully and on time every month. I have 2 lines and all I get is lousy service and bs offers

  • tracyglennYVR
Tracy ترايسي (@tracyglennYVR) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

I will never make the mistake of going with a lower cost cell provider again. 3 days and still my phone cannot receive calls. I've lost all faith in @FreedomMobile

  • FoodPorky

@freedomsupport Freedom sucks and I demand a refund on this month bill why do I pay $70 when I can't use my phone.

@FreedomMobile Went to Fido they took the time to explain everything, found the right provider for me, out of 3 carriers & went with Rogers, didn't need auto pay, got 100gb of data, better service, & walked out the store with a brand new Pixel 10 with no cost up front. That's how you do it.

  • LoveJeter02
    Mel🇨🇦 (@LoveJeter02) reported

@FreedomMobile what is going on with your network? One week Bell customers can't get calls through and today my Dad's phone didn't work all afternoon. Not good!!

  • testezlaf

  • R0J0MI123
    RJM123 (@R0J0MI123) reported from Shep's Subdivision, Ontario

@FreedomMobile I made no changes, and my bill just went up 25%. Tried calling, texting, online chat, and Whatsapp. Nobody answers at any of these options. How do I get help with my account?

  • cozmopoll
    Emmanuel (@cozmopoll) reported

@FreedomMobile instead of begging people to join your network improve your bloody reception in #Toronto west end #horrible

  • NotOpCue
    Not Op Cue (@NotOpCue) reported

@FidoSolutions When I spoke to you rep on the phone he did not care about the price raise and when I said I was going to cancel he did not try to keep me. A company that has no respect for loyalty and paying every month on time does not deserve my business. @FreedomMobile offered me a great deal when I was leaving them years back, but I still said no cause the data was trash in some areas. @Rogers raised the price randomly on me several times, left them cause why pay $55 a month for something when you can get the same thing for $25 a month.

  • Keithito
    Keith (@Keithito) reported

@FreedomMobile is there no way to actually contact support right now? Can't get a reply through any text platform and on hold for 40 minutes on the phone

  • TimFranko2

@FreedomMobile Hey, you guys need to get your act together & set up service in the Trail, Castlegar, Nelson, Rosland, & salmo area of BC ASAP. Why does this small region have no service yet there is coverage there? You guys have service in Grand Forks & in Creston. So?🤔?🤔?

  • mysticalsloths
    Taylor (@mysticalsloths) reported

@FreedomMobile Can you guys fix your site? It’s hella slow to make a payment. Also the speed of your network has gotten worse the last few weeks.

@FreedomMobile Hi, when will you support eSIM for Samsung watch? Not fair you support Apple but not Samsung.
