-
Paul Alberstat (@alberstat) reported@Rogers Hey Rogers. Do you consider a customer trying to talk to technical support waiting on hold for more than 45 minutes acceptable especially when it has to do with the poor performance of your network? No one should have to wait for an hour or more to get an issue resolved!
-
Boris Slobodin (@bslobodin) reported@kovyrin @RogersHelps oh lord, yea. i switched 3 lines and 2 apple watches to bell few months ago after i couldn't get anyone to fix cellular on a replacement apple watch. literally hours and store visit wasted. awful service. non existent support.

Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported@RogersHelps It takes hours to get through tech support and days to get someone out. It just happened randomly and I’ve seen before when the outage detector says no outage when there is one.

-
Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported@RogersHelps your outage detector says there is none in my area (Kitchener, ON), but we’re very much without internet. Need to do work here and cannot.
-
Bun (@dogsaremyjam) reportedHey @Rogers I’ve been on hold with CS for 45 mins, after waiting on hold 30 mins to finally get through to someone and have them hang up on me (by accident) and not call me back. Can someone help me?! I have next to no service/reception constantly and don’t know what to do
-
David Kehoe (@davidk101) reported@RogersHelps Roger’s service not working in Saskatoon?
-
Sir Ahole🇨🇦🇮🇪🏴🏴 (@aarsenault72) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers Teksavvy has hreat customer service, but almost never need to call em. Maybe once in almost 2 decades. Had Teksavvy for maybe 12 or 14 years, then had to switch back to Bell for fibre ( before Bell was forced to share infrastructure), because Teksavvy was being crushed with slower speeds. I despise Bell. Their customer service is even worse then Rogers. I switched to Rogers cable high-speed because I just couldn't take Bell anymore. Rogers sucked as well. Finally, Teksavvy secured a high speed Fibre network a few years ago and I switched back.
