@RogersHelps Hi Rogers, fix your DNS servers they have been constantly going offline over the last couple of weeks. Frustrating when you use Ignite and cannot change your DNS settings to point at something more reliable 😉

@RogersHelps This is on the ignite TV app, not the Box. I can send screenshots as well. No....that always causes problems. My set top box is working fine, but can't watch on app. Not going to jinx it and risk losing my internet entirely. Thanks anyways.

@RogersHelps lost several cables channels tonight. Including CNN. Citytv. TSN and others. Just a blank screen. Rebooted box and did not fix issue. Looks like signal is low. Please check signal strength in Guelph ON area and will check again tomorrow.

@Rogers Very saddened to learn that my 36 years of Customer Service isn't good enough to be an employee after applying for a position. The generic letter you send out is a real insult, as well. I would rather not hear back to be honest. 💔💔💔💔 #crushed #hurt #36MeansNothing 😪
