    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

    In old days, it would be damn hard to hack someones personal computer, now for organisation like @Rogers, the likelihood they could get into private areas on things like your phone and TV set are very high.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers today got again overcharged bill for Sept.this is 3 consecutive month getting overbill.Contacted customer spprt every time spent alot time to solve the issue.but again getting overcharged bill.Not past credit processed yet.Stunned how roger is working.strange

    @RogersHelps I need someone to look into my internet service and tell me why I’m repeatedly losing service 50x a day . This has been an ongoing problem since I switched over. Much worse since the outage. I will be switching back to Bell shortly. Sick of it.
