    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I am still without home internet. Booked a technician to come. he called and said there is no point coming as my area is still part of the outage. He said it will take another day or two for things to come back!!!! And Rogers is telling the world that things are mostly back.

    @Kirsten_Hume @Rogers charged me roaming in the US and I didn’t even use my phone. When I asked for my money back I was laughed at!! Terrible provider

    @turniptruck77 @Kirsten_Hume @Rogers I learned that the hard way, too, except I didn't leave the country to find out.I was charged roaming when visiting Niagara Falls. I moved my account to Virgin after that, then left Virgin when it was bought by Bell. Now as a Freedom customer I'm faced with Roger's again. 😥

    @RogersHelps I live in Etobicoke. I have lost some channels since the outage, my 47, 73, 35, and all the on demand channels.

    @LMMcKenna @birgitomo @Rogers Our home phone, internet, TV are Rogrrs but cellphones are Telus. Will never have all services under 1 providers. Can't believe businesses don't diversify their providers too.

    Really hope that @Rogers get a law suit agains them. There mistake screwed up interqct across Canada. They need to be held highly accountable for there **** up!!!!
