    @nlatchx @Rogers Most of the contracts we sign, in the fine print, state otherwise. We had the same issue a couple of months ago with Cogeco internet crapping out.

    @RogersHelps This issue has been going on for 3/4 of a day, I don't think you're going fast enough to get it fixed. Everyone's bills should be reduced for this.
