@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@garry_keller @Rogers Left Rogers for TV and internet 3 years ago because if service problems. Only have cell phones there since I don't want everything with one vendor.

Hey @Rogers do better at upgrading customers that have been with you 25 years. Appalling treatment at your Peterborough location. Fail at #customerexperience

@howllr @Rogers I feel your pain. Businesses that were already understaffed are much worse now. They blame the pandemic even though they've had months to increase staffing. I spent over 3 hrs on hold for BMO earlier this week. Dreadful customer service.

@TORHABSFAN @Rogers I had zero problems with the service but between the price always jumping up and all the drama around bell I’m happy with my switch. Plus I’m saving 77 dollars a month for two years.

@RogersHelps #Crave on demand - you have a problem for channel 309 in the Scarborough area - the sound volume drops about 60% when I go from a regular channel to an on demand film, tv show in the on demand menu. You might want to look into this.
