  • sparksfly2000 Kyle (@sparksfly2000) reported from Galway-Cavendish and Harvey, Ontario

    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

  • kevynocallaghan Kevin OCallaghan (@kevynocallaghan) reported from Township of Selwyn, Ontario

    Hey @Rogers do better at upgrading customers that have been with you 25 years. Appalling treatment at your Peterborough location. Fail at #customerexperience

  • Ingemar4910 Lars Nordgren (@Ingemar4910) reported from Douro-Dummer, Ontario

    @garry_keller @Rogers Left Rogers for TV and internet 3 years ago because if service problems. Only have cell phones there since I don't want everything with one vendor.

    But that BREAKS an awful lot of EXISTING device configurations @Rogers. You want to offer a new feature, great. Good for you! But to break things, at scale, by default is a very poor decision.

  • gordongolf John Gordon (@gordongolf) reported from Midland, Ontario

    @Franklin_Brad @Rogers Damn dial-up.

  • hanz8669 Alexander Schnurr (@hanz8669) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @RogersHelps Thank you I will. I actually don’t mind this slowed down 512kbps data speed but since it resets tomorrow and the max speed data expires tomorrow because my data resets tomorrow imma blow it all tomorrow. All 3GB of it. 😂. It shouldn’t be too hard since I’ve already used 17GB

  • janreece janreece (@janreece) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @RogersHelps @rachelovejohnny Same problem here

  • briank_im Brian Kim (@briank_im) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    .@RogersHelps my service goes down far too often. Happening again this morning. Even if it's temporary it's very disruptive to someone who works from home

  • progers71 progers71 (@progers71) reported from Markham, Ontario

    @SimonOstler 💯. Have called @RogersHelps to inquire about deactivating voice. Crazy bad.

  • mscott71 Mike Scott (@mscott71) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @RogersHelps Yes. And now I wait another two days for the next appointment because neither you nor they place any priority on customer service.

  • hanz8669 Alexander Schnurr (@hanz8669) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @RogersHelps I guess I’m going to have to just guess how much data I’ve used until y’all employer’s servers are back up and running. I’m honestly so confused because my school @CentennialEDU and @Google don’t have this much service interruptions while doing server maintenance.

  • EddieTheCyw Eddie (@EddieTheCyw) reported from Brampton, Ontario

    @RogersHelps no internet in my home. Once again your service is being questioned

  • mscott71 Mike Scott (@mscott71) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @RogersHelps I am your mobile customer. But I wont be for much longer specifically because of this indecent.
