Hey @Rogers do better at upgrading customers that have been with you 25 years. Appalling treatment at your Peterborough location. Fail at #customerexperience

@garry_keller @Rogers Left Rogers for TV and internet 3 years ago because if service problems. Only have cell phones there since I don't want everything with one vendor.

@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@RogersHelps @charityjkeller @joshjimenez_ I feel like this is just an unannounced planned network upgrade. Rogers is calling it “network issue” so they don’t need to reimburse one-day service to all of their clients.

@wifis @Rogers It has been down since midnight. Literally the clock struck twelve and down went my cellular service and has been ever since. Coming up on 18 hours. And the company has STILL not put out any press release or updates via official channels & are ignoring media requests for comment.

Hello @rogers you can make up for your wildly inadequate service by acquiring Max Scherzer to pitch for the Toronto Blue Jays. Thanks 👍

@RogersHelps Do you have ETA? You should provide update every hour. What happened? How can all customers country wide be down at the same time. This is unacceptable! #rogers
