    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

    @RogersHelps @charityjkeller @joshjimenez_ I feel like this is just an unannounced planned network upgrade. Rogers is calling it “network issue” so they don’t need to reimburse one-day service to all of their clients.

    @wifis @Rogers It has been down since midnight. Literally the clock struck twelve and down went my cellular service and has been ever since. Coming up on 18 hours.     I activated a prepaid account from a different provider. That was my solution to #rogersdown Hopefully @Rogers will reimburse me the $100 hassle.
