@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@Rogers you have the worst service. Been calling your business agents all afternoon trying to reconnect after my call was disconnected. Although your agent said she would call me back. Its been 45mins with nothing and when I try calling back I get a chirp on the line(?).

@Rogers is BY FAR one of the worst companies to deal with as a customer! They are just difficult and most CS reps don't even seem interested to help. Managers included! @RogersHelps use to be helpful but now they're also just the same as their phone CS.

@Rogers We buy phones that support 5G but if 5G is not available, what's the purpose? Almost 2 months I bought the 12 pro, have not seen 5G anytime. When will it be available in Mtl est? A city like Montreal , has barely any 5G, which we paid full price for phone.
