Hey @Rogers do better at upgrading customers that have been with you 25 years. Appalling treatment at your Peterborough location. Fail at #customerexperience

@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@nickdoh81 @CheriDiNovo @Rogers Cellphones are supposed to be able to connect to 911 even w/o service. There were media stories a few yrs back of police services complaining about nuisance 911 calls coming from deactivated phones that people had given to their kids to play with.

@StrategicThghts @Rogers @TransLink In the late 1990’s Rogers transferred their internet and TV customers to Shaw. In 2000 I switched my mobility service to Telus. 22 years later and Rogers is still a crummy company. #CRTC

@rogers outage shows exactly why you need guns, the moment you can’t call 911 who’s going to protect you? Also, crtc is a god damn scam of an organization setup to only serve the 3 or 4 powerful telecommunication companies while charging us 120 a month for a phone bill

The #rogersoutage is nothing less than an event. An eye-opening event. Companies like @Rogers cannot have a monopoly on wireless/wireline networks. We've got to let @JustinTrudeau @theJagmeetSingh know that this country cannot experience a large scale outage like this again.
