    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

    @komgryphkru @RogersHelps In my 10+ years with them, they have never once volunteered a credit when theres been a major outage. So be prepared to pursue them for it... you'll eventually get one. Probably wont be fully happy with it, but you'll get it.

    @RogersHelps Service back after 12 hours. Important text that I know of has not yet come through. Was also waiting for others. Will they eventually come through or lost?

    @RogersHelps How can such an important service from an enormously powerful company be down for such a long time? A software update caused this? What if someone calls me offering a free trip to somewhere? They're probably never gonna call back. Seriously though, people need their appointments.

    @RogersHelps I lost out on a chance to register for my vaccine today due to the service outage. My cell number is needed for verification. I’m sure others have had worse emergency issues than this today, but I thought you should know of the impact this outage has had.

    @spindera19 @Rogers It's coming back online. Official story is "software update" from Ericsson. Pretty sad that they had a NATIONWIDE cellular outage most of the day. Pathetic.

    @RogersHelps cell is finally working but still can’t text. Would be nice if @Rogers would just break down and tell what is wrong with an actual time of repair.
