    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

    @DavidG001100 @franticmonkey @RogersHelps Its the principle David, if 15 million customers make them refund a few bucks, it adds up so they feel it. If everybody just sucks it up what reason does rogers have to improve?

    @Rogers despite the message the problems have been resolved, I am still having trouble with two of my lines. Both will not allow me to roam on other network which I rely on as their is large gaps in service in the area o work and live. Is this a known issue?

    @aridler @RogersHelps @Rogers Rogers applied an update from Ericsson to a part of their network, but the update caused the problem. Maybe, before dumping on Rogers, you should have waited to get the full picture. By the way, EVERYONE'S health is at risk right now, you whiner. Unacceptable. Do better.
