Jeremy Tsoi (@ChopperTsoi) reported@RogersHelps As you can tell, I don't come on here very often. My phone was doing all sorts of things it shouldn't have been. The issues seem to have been resolved but with my luck as soon as my year warranty is up it will completely die. Not much to be done at this point

Jon Russell (@jonruss58570719) reported@RogersHelps This was solved today by the Rogers team - and with awesome service. I would suggest a greater number of tech reps between 9pm and midnight - I spent 2.5 hrs waiting and got nothing.
