  @RogersHelps Roger's needs to do better. Internet stopped working so I called and wait was too long but automated message said use AI Anna. I tried but didn't get anywhere, she is useless. Finally connected to chat support but was disconnected immediately due to high volumes.

  @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam
