@Rogers day three of having to use a bell mobile internet stick to work at home because your router thinks it's some shitty server for the second time in a week. I just got finished Roger's live chat with no solve and being told it will take about 48 hours to review not even fix.

@RogersHelps Your company is a joke and your employees need training. I’ve now been transferred 3 different times for 3 bullshit reasons by your agents saying they can’t cancel a service. The last agent even laughed when I requested to speak to a manager.

A thread: I've been having quite possibly the worst experience trying to set up internet in my new house with @Rogers. Their customer service has been bar none the worst I've had to deal with AND IM NOT EVEN SET UP WITH THEM YET.

Hard to choose my favourite part of @RogersHelps customer "service": listening to a high-pitched string rendition of "Shut Up and Dance" for 30 minutes straight; or finally getting through to an agent and being told they can't help me, only to drop my call as they transfer it.
