@PhilBaileyRLP @Rogers Yeah **** happens I agree. But due to the massive scale and extraordinarily long timeframe of this one, the company needs to put a face out there to address this. They are the largest mobile operator in Canada and the lack of updates and information is alarming.

@0hSheanBreeze @ChuttonTwitch @RogersHelps Whatever the reason for the extended outage, Rogers/Fido should compensate consumers with a significant Bill Credit as it has cost a lot of people money, being unable to use their cellphones for so long. If I don't see resonable credit on next bill, will change provider for sure.
