    @RogersHelps Both the xfinity app and browser, safari & chrome…been w Shaw for over 20yrs, easy when only 2 choices but still a pain in the butt. Known issue for a month for 100s , no 1,000s according to Support Supervisor who phoned me this afternoon asking me to….Wait for 5-6 more days🤨

    @RogersHelps I helped them navigate their settings. They tried TelCel and AT&T. Texts are going back and forth fine. When I try to call them I get a message in Spanish followed by their voicemail. When they try to call me, prefixing with 001 or +1 they just get dead air. Help pls? Thx!

    If @Rogers cares about its customers, it will look into this. I've advocated on X before about the ineffectiveness of @RogersHelps, as its agents have the power--by virtue of being online--to ignore even civil customers who ask here for help. These agents s/b working the phones.

    @RogersHelps Can’t log into my Rogers/Shaw account since Feb 10, weekly calls end wth ‘someone will be in touch’ but they never do. Today was told account comprised due to too many attempts, duh.. that was me w your tech support. When I asked to speak w mgr and they refused to talk to me.
