@AboutRogers @Rogers Still no service.A lost work day, multiple calls lasting over 2 hours.Used the online assistance which says my phone is the problem. Then today I was told my ticket was closed as service was complete. Now we have a tech for Tuesday as our internet still does not work.#Handstied

$250.00 a month @Rogers I think we deserve better service and an answer to my DM's. #rogersoutage

  • DavRoJo2013 Roger Davis (@DavRoJo2013) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Dear Tony Staffieri the outage was almost 48 hours - Not 24! No $s can compensate for the apparent incompetence that precipitated this #NationalOutage. As an almost 4 decades customer an apology falls short of ans appropriate remedy!

  • Denanlav Denise LaViolette (@Denanlav) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers Lessons learned. Hope for the best and plan for the worst! Always have a plan B. Keep cash on hand and think about having an old style land line. If your a business, keep a manual credit card machine on site. Technology can fail, being prepared can minimize the the problems.
