@RogersHelps Why is there no update posted about the outage in Toronto at the moment? You don’t seem to post much at all! What’s the point of this account?

  • chrisakadanafan Christopher Scott (@chrisakadanafan) reported

Hey @RogersHelps is it just me or are others having problems getting CNN? It keeps freezing on both boxes. Channels 32 and 31 too. Others seem fine.

  • VineDakota Dakota Vine (@VineDakota) reported

@RogersHelps Okay but I’m not going to DM you to open a new case when we can’t get a resolution on the other case. Person to person, what would you suggest?

  • 1Rhino Craig Wilson (@1Rhino) reported

@RogersHelps Two devices: Windows 10 laptop with Outlook 2019, and a mail app on my Google Pixel 2XL. Both have the same issue at the same time this morning.

  • thebureaucracy The Bureaucracy (@thebureaucracy) reported

Hey @RogersHelps have you tried not having a widespread internet outage?

  • _Jays4Days Jays4Days (@_Jays4Days) reported

@MikeLaclef @Rogers They should, but they won’t. It’s in the fine print that you get “up to” the speed .. no guarantees made so not liable for poor performance.

  • Albert69284935 Albert (@Albert69284935) reported

@Rogers I had Rogers and got used to sleepless nights until I switched over. Even with 3 days of continuous monitoring and changed modems didn't have a clue about their lousy service to me. Then wanted to increase price. Quit Rogers.

  • DefinetlyNotAn3 Dave (@DefinetlyNotAn3) reported

@Rogers why do I pay for ignite internet and can’t stream, FaceTime, or even open the internet with out having to disconnect every other device in the house. Pathetic how every Rogers internet package I’ve tried goes to **** after 2-3 months. Done with your **** service.

  • MikeLaclef Michael Laclef (@MikeLaclef) reported

@_Jays4Days @Rogers If that's the case then shouldn't this be a Rogers issue? If they can't support those speeds than they should be refunding me money shouldn't they? Sure sounds like it

  • cudugni flavio (@cudugni) reported

@Rogers I changed to Rogers ignite TV and internet today. WHAT A ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TO SET UP. What was suppose to take 10 minutes to set up took 5 hours and 5 hours with no internet. Just horrid.
