@RogersHelps We signed up for Ignite Internet and TV a week ago. We still are not able to add our 29 flex channels we are paying for. Numerous calls and tickets and no solution. Its “an account issue” so just paying for 29 channels that cant be added?!

@RogersHelps my rogers box has in and out of working for the past month. Usually a reset helps. My bill is ridiculous and inquiry was started 3 weeks ago. I can’t upgrade to ignite because of the inquiry... Id like to watch the tv that Im overpaying for and cannot! Help!
