    @RogersHelps What is included with the home phone service in the Ignite package? Impossible to find any info unless you have desktop computer. Cel phones are redirected to your rogers home page when trying to find info about IPTV.

    @NachosBracko @_rvg @RogersHelps I'm pretty sure it's a major outage because there is an outage in a lot of areas in Toronto as well since 12am last night.

  • msg2k Veritas (@msg2k) reported

    @JustMsRz @Blurg5 @Rogers @TELUS @Bell That'll never happen

  • splashdownca Bob Ash (@splashdownca) reported

    @RogersHelps @river171717 Sure. Now the whole system seems down.

  • NachosBracko Dean Nachos Bracko 🙈🙉🙊 (@NachosBracko) reported

    @_rvg @RogersHelps Thanks. It's understandable shit happens, can cancel meetings a and let them fix it. Why every customer service team approach is copy/paste DM us is baffling

  • Haus_of_Chaos Tara Lethbridge (@Haus_of_Chaos) reported

    @AdoptionMamma @Carla_Pereira2 @TELUS @FidoSolutions @TekSavvyCSR @Bell @Rogers @FreedomMobile Bell has for home internet, but not cell plans. They are allowing free roaming, but no one is travelling so that's not really much help.

  • dalejulian3 Stittsville Guy (@dalejulian3) reported

    @RogersHelps no internet service in Stittsville. Any ETA. I'm working from home and don't want to go to work to do my job.

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

    @Devin_Rabey @MobileSyrup @TELUS @Bell @RogersHelps One issue with regards to cellular is that cellular bandwidth is vastly more limited than broadband data. That surge in cellular data usage by lifting those data caps could cripple the networks.

  • G_Pandher Gary Pandher (@G_Pandher) reported

    @meanreus @527MaX @CarryTelecom Completely understand but @Rogers won't give me an update, I'm not their internet customer. The only one to do that is @CarryTelecom

  • KaminskiAdrian Adrian Kaminski (@KaminskiAdrian) reported

    @RogersHelps looks like the internet isn’t working in most of the GTA. Rogers sure knows how to charge premium prices but not provide premium service

  • JulieHoeflaak Julie (@JulieHoeflaak) reported

    @WaterCarol @RogersHelps 🤣yeah a gesture but not help. I know my bill will be well over $300-400 dollars. No tv no gaming face time with mom who has Alzheimer’s, aunt who can’t have visitors and is isolated. @RogersHelps needs to figure out a better plan.
