    Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

    @RogersHelps why the hell can't I speak with anyone to get downed Rogers lines fixed? Transferred multiple times and no one can help me because I'm not a customer. I'm just trying to report downed lines in my backyard ffs.

    The time to strike Canadian oligarchs like Telus and Rogers is now AMERICA!! All you’d have to offer is a $60 unlimited data within North America and you’d wipe Rogers and Telus off the map. Thus opening up the internet scheme they run. I don’t even care if the coverage is that great, I can’t even get 5g service on the plains of Sask with @Rogers dog **** service.     @Comwave @RogersHelps Huge fail… Old service disconnected before new modem arrived/ connected. Bed-bound mom’s only source of entertainment is tv. Can’t tether from phone becos Im going to the office to get work done that I expected do from home. No help from Comwave. Brutal.

    @RogersHelps This does not help. I am the account holder who visited the store myself with all the identification still, the store executive was telling me that the so called system is saying verification declined without even verifying anything.

    @wealthmoose When @Rogers didn't pick up the phone the CRTC said they couldn't do anything, they cannot force a mobile phone service provider to provide a support contact that actually answers... but apparently they can impose taxes. What a clown show.
