    The change to Infinite plans are pretty terrible for those of us with multiple lines and bonus data on ShareEverything. After many loyal years I will be leaving @Rogers

    @RogersHelps Accounts? The gist: My bulk agreement got upgraded to Ignite, but instead of being treated as a long time existing customer (guessing), my phone number wasn’t “ported” over correctly. I have an open ticket that’s been updated by 5 different reps.

    @RogersHelps 2.5 h last night to cancel TV service at the end of the month. Now I can’t even watch tv. Spent 1.5 h on chat still doesn’t work and service can’t give me refund. This is ridiculous!

    I don’t understand how @Rogers is actually allowed to bill their customers… Their service cuts out weekly for multiple hours on end.. It’s actually a joke that we have to pay for this garbage

    @RogersHelps @iamacraftymama You never answer your DMs unfortunately and we have to wait for hours on the phone until we reach a customer service rep- that’s assuming that we don’t get transferred to a different department at a risk of loosing the call! I have sent u a DM- let’s see if u ll respond .

    @RogersHelps I wasn’t trying to be snarky — but, it’s an honest question. I’ll try to rephrase: I’ve spoken with 2 customer support reps (helpful/nice), but my account problem needs to be dealt with someone with specific expertise. Have I been shunted to an unattended line or is this normal?

    @RogersHelps my nextbox is not working again. I've tried rebooting. It randomly shuts off and reboots itself.
