@RogersHelps why the hell can't I speak with anyone to get downed Rogers lines fixed? Transferred multiple times and no one can help me because I'm not a customer. I'm just trying to report downed lines in my backyard ffs.

Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

@Rogers I'm okay keeping this in the public eye, can't imagine why you're not. I spoke to a call centre in Moncton this AM, was advised a same day service call was likely as we reside in mid-town Toronto. Was also told an area problem didn't exist. Lucky us! Alas nobody has shown.

PSA @RogersBiz customers check your download and upload speeds by putting “Rogers speed test” in your browser. They are ripping you off. You aren’t getting the speed you pay for. Cancel and go to a real company. @RogersHelps is horrible too #internet #isp #rogerssucks

@RogersHelps I can't deal with explaining to your techs the problem and its history for the 20th time. They should know all the facts. I don't want them in my house again; the problem isn't there. It's like you wipe your tech's memories everytime you send them out. It's a waste of my time.
