I do t know why it’s such an issue to have your router SN get saved to your account so it makes look like you have no internet onthe account. Funny it remembers you have an account when it comes to billing. FixIt

@Rogers my internet has been down for 48 hours. It went down the minute I switched my bundle. Raised so many tickets but no resolution. This is so frustrating and makes me think if I should continue with such a lousy customer service and support
