Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

@Rogers your customer service is getting worse. This issue was escalated. Since then 3 people have “taken over” and I’ve had to repeat things each time. Disgusting. Who is the highest person I can speak to?

@Rogers your service is the opposite of stress-free. i will be switching at the nearest chance. i raised concerns many times since months and never ended up with a resolved issue. your representatives have no knowledge of real support. i advise everyone around me against your service.
