    Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

    @RogersHelps why the hell can't I speak with anyone to get downed Rogers lines fixed? Transferred multiple times and no one can help me because I'm not a customer. I'm just trying to report downed lines in my backyard ffs.

    @RogersHelps Eric what are you telling me? That the agent didn’t provide me my 4 digit PIN? You clearly don’t even know what’s visible to them. They gave me my PIN#. Also, I got out of Rogers thankfully. You guys suck. So no… I won’t be connecting with the bumbling support team anymore.

    @RogersHelps since 12pm with no internet, it says the network outage in my area is “in progress” every hour and never resolved but you guys don’t miss a minute to over charge for your horrible service.

    @Rogers having trouble getting pin codes to verify my E-Mail, checking to see if SMS is being blocked but can't find it in spam list. would be better if you still had the phone number easily available.

    @RogersHelps i also don’t understand why it takes me literal hours on hold (on the phone or online, doesn’t matter) to get a human representative, yet i get a reply on twitter within minutes? just cancel it for me here!
