Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

@RogersHelps why the hell can't I speak with anyone to get downed Rogers lines fixed? Transferred multiple times and no one can help me because I'm not a customer. I'm just trying to report downed lines in my backyard ffs.

Hey @TELUS why does the power outage affect your customers more than @Rogers and @FreedomMobile ? Same area, similar reception because of the tower being shared between you two. I have all 3 in my house and only Telus lines are struggling.

@RogersHelps @JimPittman What sense does it make to send someone to that link for more information when the restoration time is still listed as TBD when the outage has been going on since 8:30pm last night. 18+ hours into an outage and zero transparency on what the issue is.
