I need to unlock a phone and that department says its not a Rogers phone which is a lie. The phone is my moms who is a senior and needs it for safety reasons. They are now cutting channels, such as HGTV without notice and indirectly forcing me to get back to the previous plan. I am cancelling this SHIT as soon as I have another internet provider installed.

I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home.
