    Thank you Mystery @RogersHelps call agent from Barrie so @Bell_Support told my 80yo mom to come on down to switch from #rogers to #Bell staff told us they can't do it. Tried calling bell 7 times from the store. Hang ups wrong transfers. Wasted 5 hr. All it took was 2 call Rogers

    Just got an email from the CEO of @Rogers saying their whole system was down on Friday due to a technical glitch & he's going to credit me for Friday. That works out to about $13.50. I wasn't able to email or call any customers for 26 hrs. Maybe a class action is needed instead.

    @Rogers You should be giving me a big discount I don't have mobile with you but I had to call again today and had spend way too much time on the phone AGAIN now my wifi is spotty I have zero tv because now we're trying a new box YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE I may be canceling it

    Called customer SVC just now and after 3 handoff I finally get the specialized Ignite tech support. Dude says to reboot modem and hangs up on me. Nice. Rethinking this decision. @Rogers

    Got email from @Rogers CEO w many promises BUT service is unacceptable. Constant interruptions 2-3x/day at any & all hours of the day. Bounced between customer service and tech support until internet reconnects. The full bill arrives on time, with no interruptions.

    @RogersHelps Eligible but after saving details to return to later (1) I cannot locate those details and (2) consistently given a Welcome Back Existing Customer pick-a-phone page when selecting the verification code email link. I'm not a wireless customer yet, just internet/TV/home phone.

    @RogersHelps weโ€™ve had no internet since Weds at 10am. A tech came Friday & said no service at our street box & that maintenance crew was coming by end of day Friday. No one showed. Itโ€™s Sunday and now @Rogers @rogershelp said they have no record of an order being putting in!?

    Ok @RogersHelps Itโ€™s been 9 hours now without internet, cable and very slow LTE. We are paying a small fortune to have these services. The least you can do is provide them.

    @TheMacDonell4 @RogersHelps Same here out in Whitby! My oldest was in the middle of his online midterm and we had to shut everything else off songs could finish with some connectivity! Worst decision we ever did was change to Ignite with Rogers!!!!

    @RogersHelps Internet has been down in Bowmanville for going on 4 hours now. No notifications, response from online portal assistance other than to be passed between departments. Any word on a fix? All the neighbours with Bell Fibe are ok....

    @RogersHelps @MaretJaks Not just women though. I had a Rogers rep come to my house and start complimenting me in a way that women typically don't complaint "older men" (she was in her 20's). Very awkward. VERY awkward. But I guess whatever gets you the sale.
