@Rogers You should be giving me a big discount I don't have mobile with you but I had to call again today and had spend way too much time on the phone AGAIN now my wifi is spotty I have zero tv because now we're trying a new box YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE I may be canceling it

@Rogers Rogers should be more concerned about living up to your commercials your internet tv and cell are no where near the most reliable I don't know how many times I've had call about my signal and your customer service is crap they do not make things clear about packages

@RogersHelps I have been trying to resolve an issue since 2pm today. I need to unlock a phone and that department says its not a Rogers phone which is a lie. The phone is my moms who is a senior and needs it for safety reasons. Rogers is the most painful company to deal with.

Thank you Mystery @RogersHelps call agent from Barrie so @Bell_Support told my 80yo mom to come on down to switch from #rogers to #Bell staff told us they can't do it. Tried calling bell 7 times from the store. Hang ups wrong transfers. Wasted 5 hr. All it took was 2 call Rogers

@RogersHelps Rogers is d worst of all networks in Canada. It's outrageous tht whn u come dwn frm 300 Mbps to 75 Mbps,network connectivity is d worst of it's kind. whn u call d customer care, u are put on hold for hours. We just don't have the time to change to some other network.
