That was a huge lie. 3 times last season Habs games blacked out on a Saturday. This deal sucks cause see more American teams than Canadian teams on TV

By the 3rd day I call back and order not processed. Another hour of my time and we schedule an install. Only to find out servers down and I have to reschedule again.

I need to unlock a phone and that department says its not a Rogers phone which is a lie. The phone is my moms who is a senior and needs it for safety reasons. They are now cutting channels, such as HGTV without notice and indirectly forcing me to get back to the previous plan. I am cancelling this SHIT as soon as I have another internet provider installed.

Bounced between customer service and tech support until internet reconnects. The full bill arrives on time, with no interruptions.
