@RogersHelps an employee at a Rogers store told me putting my phone in airplane mode can sometimes fix problems. Is this true? Why? She didn't know why, just gave me that tip. I was having trouble listening to music apps when she told me to do that.

@RogersHelps Lipimoni from Vancouver is not very good sorry to say. Some system issues on her end……super painful. Trying to add @TvCrave and @rogers website is not able so Rogers Live Chat. Something should take 5 minutes TOOK waaaayyyy too long. She’s gone again…..

@rogers is the least reliable network😐 Think it’s about time to switch with all these outages. This is absolutely ridiculous. We can’t even go one month without interruption. I live with one, if i’m lucky, two bars of service. I get switched to rogers extended constantly.
