Bounced between customer service and tech support until internet reconnects. The full bill arrives on time, with no interruptions.

A tech came Friday & said no service at our street box & that maintenance crew was coming by end of day Friday. No one showed. Itโs Sunday and now @Rogers @rogershelp said they have no record of an order being putting in!?

I need to unlock a phone and that department says its not a Rogers phone which is a lie. The phone is my moms who is a senior and needs it for safety reasons. Rogers is the most painful company to deal with.
