    @The_IT_Nerd @Rogers That really, really sucks! Not that this is a solution for everyone and not that this ought to be necessary but the bright side is that with things like libraries and coffee shops open again it isn’t necessarily a total day ruiner (vs during the height of lockdowns)

    @RogersHelps I understand blackouts. What I'm saying is the PVR guide always says Blackout for viewers in Ottawa when a Sens game is actually on. Yet it lists Toronto games as on when they are blacked out. The guide is Toronto-centric and this needs to be fixed.

    @Rogers Worst customer service ever. Reserved a device on the app which they charged me for. I called to cancel, got transferred to multiple departments, spent 3 hours on the phone with these folks trying to get my money refunded and they couldn’t.And the end they hang up my call

    @RogersHelps Yes. Works fine on apple TV box. Just the ignite box is coming up with an error message. It didn't stay up long enough to get the whole thing but it said APPS with a series of numbers beside it. Also said "looks like we're having trouble, if this persists reboot box"
