    @RogersHelps I have been trying to resolve an issue since 2pm today. I need to unlock a phone and that department says its not a Rogers phone which is a lie. The phone is my moms who is a senior and needs it for safety reasons. Rogers is the most painful company to deal with.

    Paying for 500mbps ds but I’m 5 meters away from the router and my download speed is 204kbps (yes KB). Gotta love @rogers. And don’t bother calling for help, they’ll just try to sell you something

    @RogersHelps I think your internet is subpar. You charge way to much for numerous disconnections throughout the day. You suckered me into another year contract and charged me more for it. It’s no wonder I changed phone providers. Never again

    Hi @RogersHelps Jasan in support was fantastic in helping me provide feedback on the technician I just ordered out of my home. She was able to rebook another service call and to ensure he was not assigned to it. She needs a raise!

    @kahnkidz @AboutRogers @Rogers Mine is still not working, spent one hour on hold and the dude said nothing then he hung up. It was rather strange? What does that tell me? Switch to Bell after Rogers charged me hundred's of dollars just for my move.

    @PaulaJR34 @AboutRogers @Rogers Agreed. They're just posting this for damage control. Everyone I know that uses thir services, is still almost entirely down. Debit machines are still unresponsive city wide as well; so in my opinion, Rogers is fully full of sh*t!

    @RogersHelps can't get a hold of anyone. Ask Anna says not available and *611 says call again later. Messenger no response since 9:30am. Internet and ignite down again. Where can a customer notify anyone?!
