A tech came Friday & said no service at our street box & that maintenance crew was coming by end of day Friday. No one showed. That works out to about $13.50. I wasn't able to email or call any customers for 26 hrs. Maybe a class action is needed instead.

I need to unlock a phone and that department says its not a Rogers phone which is a lie. The phone is my moms who is a senior and needs it for safety reasons. Rogers is the most painful company to deal with.
