So, @RogersBiz disconnected medical clinic yesterday and > 24 hours later say no capacity to reconnect over the weekend, despite being advised of medical urgency. This is extent of @Rogers support for business in 2022.🙄 I wonder if @Rogers can be held liable for patient harm.

I called @Rogers today asking for something very simple. The representative put me on hold for 10 min to see if it was possible. After he returned he gave me a bunch of solutions that wouldn’t help my problem. And then said “there is nothing I can do for you…” #wasteofmytime 🙄

@Rogers @RogersHelps - we spend $125 a month on internet only and it keeps going down. It’s been down regularly the past 3 weeks and your solution is that we should spend an extra $15 / month to help improve stability of our service?! This is not an acceptable solution!
