.@RogersHelps Just spent 3 hours trying to upgrade husband's phone. Rep couldn't get new phone to "connect" - meanwhile, watched other people walking out with their new phones (different rep). Then told there was a "problem with the system" - um, how were the other folks...1/3

@RogersHelps I’m still frustrated. I’m told one thing by customer care last night and rep at the store says different. Including 2 tweets, plus speaking in person, 2 on the phone and on hold for another, it’s a total of 14.
