    @Rogers today I had a phone interview with the top law firm in the country and because of your outage we could not follow through with it. Due to this, the firm decided to move on from me because I did not attend. I am expecting full compensation for this loss

    @RogersHelps No @rogers, not some, ALL. Will we be getting reimbursed and compensated for monies lost for a small business owner such as myself? What a joke I will be cancelling my service. At $170 plus a month this is unacceptable. It’s been HOURS.

    @GlobalCalgary @Rogers @Jill_Croteau Crazy, unable to communicate with my family!Found disrespectful that Rogers today sent me an email to thank me for the payment, and to let me know I was short $5, but nothing mentioned about the outage, how long will last, found out on Twitter. Now with all the pandemic!

    .@RogersHelps it's really hard to try to buy a car while having no service. The outage isn't intermittent, it's massive, and constant. I love how I'm gonna find some new fees on my next bill, to pay you for fixing your service. Nevermind getting a compensation. #rogersdown
