    @205mph @RogersHelps @_phos3 I was told you have to call Rogers in order to receive the compensation so if that's the case good luck calling in. I just got my service back and running and I been calling non stop and waiting. Lines are stupid busy🤬😭

    @RogersHelps I’ve been without service since 10:30 this morning. I’ve received emails stating that things are up and running but it’s still not working. This is unacceptable during these hard times when people need internet services for their work from home jobs.

    @RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for more than 10y's now and I never experienced this issue before. But this time it cost me Big time My phone is essential to my work and this outage has caused stand down order for me that means no work till I get my wireless services back. Not Happy at all

    Okay seriously @Rogers?!?! STILL no service whatsoever, and all you're offering is empty apologies? Time to switch providers it seems. Between the lack of reception at either of my residences, tons of dead zones in areas I frequent, and your abysmal customer service, I'm done.

    @RogersHelps My Dad is having life-altering surgery in another city today. We can’t be there due to COVID. I can’t even get in touch with my mom due to the outage. Beyond unacceptable.

    @RogersHelps Please consider providing free VoIP services to your customers in these times. Not having cell phone service can mean someone's life in an emergency.
