    @RogersHelps I’ve been without service since 10:30 this morning. I’ve received emails stating that things are up and running but it’s still not working. This is unacceptable during these hard times when people need internet services for their work from home jobs.

    Hi , @PatForanCTVNews . I need your help! Rogers @RogersHelps had promised me a new bill of $59.88 for 12 months for cable/internet. They have since charged me $105.08, and even though they acknowledge what I've been promised and agreed to they refuse to honour the price. Help!

    @RogersHelps when is the outage in Mississauga- Lorne Park area going to be resolved? 4 hours and counting! Pay a fortune for Ignite and can’t rely on being able to work from home! #Rogers #outage

    @RogersHelps why the hell can't I speak with anyone to get downed Rogers lines fixed? Transferred multiple times and no one can help me because I'm not a customer. I'm just trying to report downed lines in my backyard ffs.

    Canada has highest cell phone rates in the world. Rogers/Shaw merger will exacerbate the situation. Previous Shaw plan: $35 US/Mexico roaming incl. +$45/month pkg int’l roaming. New Rogers plan: $65 Canada/US. $12/day int’l roaming. Do better @Rogers, @shawinfo. CRTC – fix this.

    @rogers @RogersHelps do better! 2 days this week without internet - no explanation and no ETA. When you announced that you acquired Shaw, you provided assurances that this will be good for consumers… you can’t even keep your own network live
