Also, my bill has gone up twice in the last year, with the lack of consistent service and no customer service help I demand a reduction in my bill

I was told Roger's only sells the products and the 1 year warranty is to be honored by Samsung. So, i went to Samsung and said they will not fix or replace hardware.
