I finally gave up and went team blue because it took team red 8 months to find a competent tech support person to figure it out.

    @AldrenDaKeer @Rogers @RogersHelps Only thing I can say is ask them to cut your bill in half. Point at your data stream and say I pay for and use both up and down stream - they can look at your bandwidth usage history. Packet loss is a problem. It’s impacting your business so it should impact theirs too.

    Happy Fraud Prevention Month @Rogers . There was a Fraud that occured on my phone in Sep 2020 and your teams are still trying to solve that. This has led to numerous call centre follow ups, inaccurate billing and more importantly nightmare of a customer experience. How can I help

    @RogersHelps This company gouges us and 24 hours later the system is still down, the incompetence is astronomical and even after what they've done they refuse to give any credit on people's bills even if they use their phone for work

    @Rogers @RogersHelps This is going on 6+ hours now... That I know of. Not a single sale/contact/text has gone thru. How embarrassing for Rogers seeing as how their Canadian cell service is one of the most overpriced services IN THE WORLD! Over $100 a month to lose a whole Monday
