My problem, @RogersHelps, is I was told by the service rep who came to my home that I actually need to speak with an actual human being about my two issues but it seems impossible.   @RogersHelps Got booted from a support call after over an hour on hold. My mobile data stopped working halfway through the day. Now I’m on hold for the second time because I never got a callback like I was told I would.

  @Rogers has done it again. Lost another load of emails - sent to byte heaven by Rogers. They don't answer the phone. Some BS about being too busy. No one can help recover my emails if they don't even know how to pick up a phone and speak in to it.

  @JamesonCanada @Berniceness @Rogers I know lots of companies who do it. I did IT Tech with one company who decided to outsource to Manila. They had record profits while it caused significant customer friction and cultural shifts within the firm.
