    Seriously regretting opting for a @Rogers internet service as it keeps getting disconnected. This is terrible #customerexperience especially since we work from home and pay ridiculous fees. Seriously considering changing my service in less than 15 days #rogers

    @RogersHelps That doesn't make sense. The same show on the same channel at the same time every day ie. the news sometimes has restart available sometimes doesn't. Can't be a content rights issue.

    This seems like an odd message to come from a police service, when @Rogers has tweeted no information about an outage themselves. Also, as a Rogers customer, I haven’t noticed any issue.

    I have doubted Rogers, I mean the Blue Jay's, Front office for handling the exits of some players that had our support but with what we have seen recently in our youngsters, I am willing to lay off a bit, just a bit, because their next move is getting @Rogers to Spend Money!

    Stay away from @BellMediaPR — hidden charges and monthly service amount just jumped with no warning. Unhelpful, curt employee when trying to renew our service over the phone. Cancelling immediately and going back to @Rogers. This is ridiculous.

    Don’t mind the GIANT cable line hanging in the middle of the pictures. Thanks to @Bell it appears that may be a permanent fixture with their service... has been for almost 6 MONTHS!! Back to @Rogers 👏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼

    Yet another fail by @Rogers. Woke up to find workers digging a trench in the front to run a line to the neighbour. No notice, no consideration. Rogers: “We’re not happy until the customer’s not happy.” Mission accomplished.

    @RogersHelps Over an hour wait to speak to a customer service rep. This is ridiculous. But no trouble upping our service charges even though it's clearly not going in to hiring enough employees to adequately run your business.

    @Bell_Support To put a bow on this, Bell is unwilling to provide a customer support phone number to long time investor or anybody actually, that won’t land in a country with **** fighting animals crowing/vocalizing in the background of the support call. @RogersHelps save me

    @RogersHelps @Rogers This has been ongoing since Feb 12. Several streets. Happens daily. No ignite tv internet or phone. Dozens of hours on chat/phone and techs at the house. You text saying the issue may be resolved as we were unable to pinpoint the cause of it. Now what?
