I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.

Installation guy shows up and say the fibre is in technically on the street but not at my house and I can’t get it until later this year. So I’m stuck with coax! WTF
