@RogersHelps fyi…when you are angry about a product you are paying for and not getting good quality product…trying to up sell the customer on more isn’t the way to go. Try helping to fix the problem for the customer that isn’t going to cost them more. We aren’t just $ signs

@RogersHelps an employee at a Rogers store told me putting my phone in airplane mode can sometimes fix problems. Is this true? Why? She didn't know why, just gave me that tip. I was having trouble listening to music apps when she told me to do that.

@RogersHelps We don't ask for much but a certain level of actual service. Down in the middle of the day twice in 3 days. This isn't acceptable. $5.00 credits don't fix this. Burning my cellphone data to be able to work is going to be how you lose me a customer.

Hey @RogersHelps @TELUSsupport and the others. It’s 2022 and Toronto is world class city. The fact that we don’t have continuous cell service on the @TTChelps when every other city does on their subways is an embarrassment to our apparent “best in class” cell networks.
