@RogersHelps an employee at a Rogers store told me putting my phone in airplane mode can sometimes fix problems. Is this true? Why? She didn't know why, just gave me that tip. I was having trouble listening to music apps when she told me to do that.

@Rogers Going outages with out informing clients is totally not acceptable, all our kids are depending on your service and we are paying to get this service on time , unfortunately changing from Rogers to other net provider becomes a potential choice

@RogersHelps We have no internet today ... seems there is an outage in our area - postal code ending with 2Z2. Is there an estimated timeline when service might be restored? I work from home so this is not what I need especially on a Friday. #InternetOutage

@RogersHelps Please do. Customer care is lacking to say the least. I went to Roger's after Bell to compare, I didn't want to switch. But, I was ignored, treated like I was bothering them, lied to about a phone I wanted, instead of simply checking inventory. Not to mention the attitude.
