I got through to and changed my account with @Bell_News within 10-mins. I’ve called @RogersHelps four times and gave up after 45-mins of hold times each. Rather than stupid deals, executive fights, and boasting speeds… maybe focus on your current clientele who are exhausted

Businesses were greatly affected, and that's millions of dollars lost because of the stupid telecom monopoly we have here in Canada. It's fine if it's just a few hours.
