We’re getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6’ x 6’ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids. Rogers was not available at my new location so I had to switch to bell (over $300 more per month for less service than rogers) and my early termination of my 3 yr contract I ended up settling at a $900 penalty!
