  @freedomsupport You need service in more places because every time I go to a city up north or out of town it says “nationwide” or “no service” and that is a huge inconvenience when I left your competitor @Rogers because you offered a cheaper/affordable plan

Guy finally picks up with kids screaming and dogs barking in the background, then hangs up. Now I’m locked out of my own account. You can post about spam algorithms at 1am.   @Rogers Too bad you folks never pick up the phone! Tried to get a hold of Roger’s/Shaw for 3 days with wait times on hold of 2-3 hrs finally giving up each day! Cancelling services if I can ever get a hold of someone. Customer since 2005. So sad!!!

  As much as people are relying on AI for help for customer success. Anytime you ask a question AI is like sorry we can’t help. And people are reducing front line staff Case in point @Rogers. Took me 5 hours to get in touch with a human. I tried live chat and I just got moved around 3 times and I am still waiting. AI simply isn’t there yet. Hire more people and train them or at least train your AI better please
