They sent me a mail & mentioned 2or 3 days delivery time. But after 5 days modem has not shipped yet from warehouse even I haven’t received any confirmation email with tracking number👎.

But 25% reduction in two years isn’t enough. By then the big three should easily be able to deliver far better. Let competition in from the US carriers and we will see far better rates

But this is the culture of Rogers under Edward Rogers and his beancounter CEO who don’t have the character and class to treat their stakeholders right.

Never did, was 3mos ago. I have called support 7 more times, waited, call hangs up. Today cut my phone off. I can’t see bill. Not good
