    @Rogers Rogers broadband is the worst broadband connection I have ever used. My broadband constantly goes offline and I have to use mobile data. I have contacted Rogers customer care numerous times but the problem still persists.

    So @RogersHelps sent us a new modem and our wifi worked for 0.5 seconds. In that 0.5 seconds, we upgraded the speed. They warned us that the connection would be temporarily gone while our wifi upgraded, but would eventually come back. Guess whose internet never came back?? 🥺

    I am very disappointed with @Rogers service, because I ordered a home wifi modem 5 days ago. They sent me a mail & mentioned 2or 3 days delivery time. But after 5 days modem has not shipped yet from warehouse even I haven’t received any confirmation email with tracking number👎.

    @Rogers No worries. Thanks Paul. The tech is here now. He said some of the ?spigots? are faulty so they have to split customers. He said Rogers needs to send maintenance to fix it for this building. 155 Thomas Slee Drive, Kitchener, ON N2P 0J8. Internets still down though.

    @Rogers Slow speeds are the least of the problem. We have only had internet working for about 30 mins since noon yesterday. I’ve now spoken to 8 people to get this resolved and it’s still not working. The first person said it was an area outage. Next person said it (1 of 2)
