@205mph @RogersHelps @_phos3 I was told you have to call Rogers in order to receive the compensation so if that's the case good luck calling in. I just got my service back and running and I been calling non stop and waiting. Lines are stupid busy🤬😭

@RogersBiz you should be ashamed of yourselves, a $2.50 credit for a full day of service lost. Your customers lost money, we use your service for our business... so no business that day but only a $2.50 credit SMH do better

Dear @Rogers My home services is not working due to the modem need to be change which I can't get in the store I have to wait till tomorrow evening for a tech to come by .. why not have these equipment available at the stores

@RogersHelps I still struggle with incompetence of some of your associates as it relates to my concern. Ordered a phone.. did a credit check. Called to change the phone model (haven’t gotten the new phone yet).. told to cancel my order and complete a new credit check 1/2.

@Rogers @RogersHelps I need my data to work. So no data no work which means no money!!! I’m home since mrning waiting for the service to be back. I lost a lot of money by doing nothing. A compensation has to be made to the cx who were badly affected by this interruption. We do not need an apology 😐
