@205mph @RogersHelps @_phos3 I was told you have to call Rogers in order to receive the compensation so if that's the case good luck calling in. I just got my service back and running and I been calling non stop and waiting. Lines are stupid busy🤬😭

@Rogers Rogers broadband is the worst broadband connection I have ever used. My broadband constantly goes offline and I have to use mobile data. I have contacted Rogers customer care numerous times but the problem still persists.

With Rogers I rarely ever have to call Tech Service/Customer Service, maybe 5 times in last 10 years for my business phone. My personal one....
