nicolas bello (@nbellotoronto) reported from Toronto, Ontario@andrewmartonik Got a @SamsungCanada Galaxy A70 from @Rogers . Set it all up with apps etc BEFORE putting in the sim card. After I put in the Rogers sim it wiped the phone and installed a bunch of Rogers unwanted bloatware. Rogers sucks.

Called back to fix it and found then that they replaced my name overall on the account instead. I wonder how many more calls it will take.

Same for internet. It’s like a water pipe to service an apartment complex is a foot in diameter but not if everybody is always home and taking showers simultaneously. Get used to it.

Two entire area codes have been down since 2pm yesterday. No ETA on when the repair will be done. Hey, accidents happen. The timing sucks though.
