    @RogersHelps your customer support is horrible. Spent parts of 2 days on hold & bouncing between depts & received zero answer, promised someone would call back - no one did Called today & was told I could get equipment myself only to be told I can’t because I am a customer

    internet is still down after four days. @RogersHelps cable network is ‘degraded’ in my area apparently, but the company refuses to help or provide information. My ISP @TekSavvyBuzz gets no information from them at all. Unacceptable service quality. #oligopoly @CRTCeng

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I can access mail via rogers on my iphone mac ipad just not thru member centre. Says password incorrect but its correct. I dont want to reset or forgot pswd then have issues with mail ipad mac.

    @RogersHelps To add to this, we’re in a heatwave, & cus the internet has been down, we haven’t been able to configure our smart thermostat. Not only couldn’t I WFH but our house is hot asf too. You’re quick to charge extra fees, yet your support and service are terrible

    @Rogers we moved out more than a week ago and they said our new home doesn’t have Roger’s. We are trying to reach you for a week for days and hours waiting on the line and no one answers? Even chat help says call again. What kind of service is that? We want to cancel our subs
