@UnderHisEye6 @RogersHelps 💯 agreed! We are expected to pay high rates and on time regardless of our situation but when **** hits the fan for them, they are like oops looks like it’s all fixed now sorry but no one ever gets anything in return

@Badshah_h @RogersHelps Agreed!! Some of us need our cell phone for work. My day is also thrown due to this! We are expected to pay high rates and on time regardless our situation but when **** hits the fan for them....they are more like oops it’s all fixed now sorry. 😡

My wife’s cell service is through @Bell, our home Internet is through Bell, also - my cell service is through @Rogers @RogersHelps ...I’m the only one with no service today, and have a contract renewal coming up soon.

Get your act together @Rogers Having to pay for phone service and not being able to make a call is not right! I pay for service and when I need to make a call, I can’t? How can this last all morning?? I need service!!!!

@RogersHelps @phil_jacobson It is not intermittent and all 5 of our small company phones have been down since early this morning. Relying on wifi that is not with Rogers thankfully but what a mess and huge inconvenience. WHEN WILK IT BE RESTORED???
