    On god if you’re Canadian stay away from @RogersHelps. Go to Telus or Bell Every other provider is better, TRUST ME. By far the worst cellular provider

    @Rogers Going outages with out informing clients is totally not acceptable, all our kids are depending on your service and we are paying to get this service on time , unfortunately changing from Rogers to other net provider becomes a potential choice

    @RogersHelps fyi…when you are angry about a product you are paying for and not getting good quality product…trying to up sell the customer on more isn’t the way to go. Try helping to fix the problem for the customer that isn’t going to cost them more. We aren’t just $ signs

    Hi @Rogers I have been trying to reach out to customer care support and kept on waiting and even if get to reach someone they will make you reach who is unreachable. literally ur Wifi service sucks nd can't even go 2 any meetings😑 time for change @Sumanthumesh25

    Haven’t had any glitching since the initial two. This also could have been my own internet as @rogers is trash. No problems to report currently though!

    @RogersHelps Semantics. @Rogers charged an existing customer $30 for a setup that required no setup on their part. They should be transparent that this is an administration cost. A cost, by the way, that is hyper inflated and unwarranted. @bbb_us
