They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Their telephone help line is useless. Don’t even bother. Use their online chat.

That was after showing up at a Rogers store where they make you buzz an intercom , "move in front of the camera" ask you what you want then tell you to call CS that they can't help. Lol
