@Rogers is there a cable outage in the Victoria Park/Kingston Road area of Toronto? Internet is working but no cable and Rogers website is down. Ignite TV tells me the issue is on your end. Occasionally I can pull up the guide but can’t access any channels.

@rogers increased my bill by $100 monthly, so I cancelled my home internet and TV ... churn numbers must be good this month because I didn’t even get a call from the retention department begging me to come back! lol Anybody have any experiences, good or bad, with TekSavvy?

@mattgurney I cancelled my cable & internet last week after being a customer for over 20 years. I’ve attempted to cancel in-contract cell service and gotten calls from retention begging me to reconsider. This time? Nothing. I guess @RogersHelps churn numbers are good this quarter :)

@RogersHelps Cellular phone calls have been not connecting and when they do there is static or an echo. Cellular internet has been terrible especially in Ayr, ON. I have not seen either of the phones on my account connect to 5G since July 8th. When will service be restored?

@pandersen @AlsoKnownAs_AA @Rogers I think its a feature that not many people are aware of and don't ask for. But apparently not many handsets support this either! Maybe we piggy back on stir/shaken and sign our own outgoing calls as individuals?
