@RogersHelps Based on my own experience and the numerous msgs I've see here on Twitter, there seems an internet outage. What is the ETA to fix it? And no I wont DM your bot to provide my info.

  • _raystackz187
Wolf of Bay Street (@_raystackz187) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps worst customer service, I am never going with rogers ever again

  • Comradnan
Adnanas 🐻 (@Comradnan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Canadian telecoms is great because: @RogersHelps forces me to change digital cable for their ignite cable. Then they end up charging me for both services. Then I have to call and be on hold for 19 minutes and counting for the privilege of only being charged for 1 service.

  • PerryS33
Perry Schwartz (@PerryS33) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

@TSN_Sports @RogersHelps why does the Leafs broadcast on TSN keep freezing up on Rogers Ignite? No other channel is an issue so it’s not a wifi or box reset issue.

  • simplychowdhury
S Chowdhury (@simplychowdhury) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@RogersHelps what gives your service sucks pls compensate for full month

  • apoorvagopalan
    അപൂർവ 🏳️‍🌈 (@apoorvagopalan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers : Internet box is down.. damn fix it!!!!

  • MarkOrlan
Mark Orlan (@MarkOrlan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps @brettjjohnn Same issues we keep having with @Rogers. Internet has been down so many times over the past week, I sound like a broken record. Sadly, when you’re a monopoly your customers are taken for granted; even your most loyal ones.

  • laurensouch
Lauren Souch (@laurensouch) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps your business account reps transferred me to ignite after they couldn’t help over an hour ago… I’m trying to change my package and sort out a billing issue but this seems wildly long to be on hold? But I don’t want to hang up and lose my spot if it’s just busy…

  • SamagraShukla
Samagra Shukla (@SamagraShukla) reported from The Beaches, Ontario

We have been having repeated internet connectivity issues in Orton park Scarborough for the past 3 weeks @Rogers what kind of service is this? Is there an end to this? Multiple follow ups and no resolution. It does not help my work from home situation.

  • REWoman
ReWoman👠 (@REWoman) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I have never seen such ridiculous customer service as @Rogers 🤯🤯🤯

  • ajpeebles
Andrew Peebles (@ajpeebles) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I just hung up after being on hold for an hour and a half. Did you not have a call back service?

  • joe_lafortune
Joe LaFortune (@joe_lafortune) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Hey, @RogersHelps, please fix your digital channels on Ignite. Two days now they are unwatchable, hanging up every few seconds. I’ve been patient. Now it’s time for you guys to fix it!

  • AdamScottEnv
Adam Scott (@AdamScottEnv) reported from Toronto, Ontario

internet is still down after four days. @RogersHelps cable network is ‘degraded’ in my area apparently, but the company refuses to help or provide information. My ISP @TekSavvyBuzz gets no information from them at all. Unacceptable service quality. #oligopoly @CRTCeng

  • mavhaz
Keith Hazelle (@mavhaz) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@RogersHelps Our internet, home phone and tv services in Mississauga have been down over 14 hours. We were last updated 530pm yesterday. This is ridiculous

  • TheLawofWork
David J. Doorey🇨🇦 (@TheLawofWork) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers could spend the equivalent of the GDP of the USA on ads claiming it cares about service. But I still won’t believe it until a friendly human being answers the phone on the third ring when I call and immediately solves my problem. Good luck with that.

  • macellonesangel
Angel Macellones (@macellonesangel) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@simonjagassar @RogersHelps Same issues with me.

  • datachick
Karen Lopez (@datachick) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Supermathie @wd5acr @Rogers I thought about it. I was able to unlink the account, but that account still is allowed to use my email address. And they are the email address provider and still don’t see this as anything they can fix for me.

  • simcoe7
Kelly McDonough (@simcoe7) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps no service again tonight! Hasn’t been right since the big outage! So tired of paying huge Rogers bills to come home to buffering or nothing!

  • mishd27
Mish (@mishd27) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps phone/internet down in the south Etobicoke area. Any ETA on when it will be fixed

  • johnv_eth
johnv☀️ (@johnv_eth) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@elonmusk @bizonfuteee Actually much better than my local tv/internet provider @Rogers Have missed most of the match due to terrible Ignite service and have been hanging here on my phone.

Rogers Issues Reports

  • Brevity_ii
    Patrick Kernaghan(He/Him) (@Brevity_ii) reported

@OILanatude @Rogers Cancel them. There are WAY better and cheaper mobile options out there. Rogers has the WORST customer service in Canada.

  • SteveJackman
    Stephen Jackman (@SteveJackman) reported

How in the world did the @CRTCeng allow @Rogers to buy Shaw??? You’re supposed to protect Canadians it’s your only mandate. The service quality is down the shitter in BC on Rogers(Shaw) Internet. Frequent volume changes on upstream and downstream signals. Automated AI support bots that don’t do **** for anyone. There had to be some back room bribes to allow this farcical deal go through.

  • JacquiKJanes
    Jacqui (@JacquiKJanes) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Interesting since @Rogers says none of its call centres are outside of Canada - Rogers Communications states that its customer service call centres are 100% based in Canada.

  • JWatson42
    Mertecracker (@JWatson42) reported

@RogersHelps I have requested to be contacted to resolve an issue by email, but you are continuing to try calling a number that is no longer in service. How can I talk to a human without being able to call from a Rogers SIM? Chat is unable to resolve.

  • CognizantBeing
    ConsciousCreation Inspired CH. (@CognizantBeing) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers We need to start refusing to use business that give our information away to international call centre people. Than we wonder why our information in compromised. Even our banks are doing this....it needs to stop. We need complain as we are not getting customer service as we should.

  • cal920c
    Calvin Ing (@cal920c) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers When I called bell, unless it was an after hours call. It was usually from a Canadian call center. Same with Air Canada. When I called at 2:00 am though, I did get an Indian call center, but thankfully my problem got solved.

  • thewanderingtr1
    Monerostar (@thewanderingtr1) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Cancelled everything connected to Rogers. Done paying for the Leafs, Raptors and Jays salaries all while having to watch gay ****, price increases and more. Now I run Starlink so my idealogies can at align somewhat with what I pay for.

  • RKBalsara
    R K Balsara (@RKBalsara) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Some of the best technical support folks in the world today are from India. Check out Zoho support or Microsoft 365 support. Try Bell or Rogers, they are a nightmare.

  • Sky__16__
    Ds (@Sky__16__) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps 5.5 hours outage while I work from home = real income loss (~$250). Final resolution from Rogers Communications = $2 credit. This doesn’t reflect the real impact.

  • bigweeels
    PattyD_fore (@bigweeels) reported

@RogersHelps AI asst. would ask for my name and then ask for me to spell my name and then would ask me to try again and it was never successful. I’d transfer to a CSR and the call would just drop after a msg saying there’s a “high volume of calls at the moment, call back later.”
