Have you been to a @Rogers store lately? Before entering I had to scan QR code for my turn to enter, show ID, and was then asked to pull down my mask and look at the camera. WTF? I also wasn’t allowed to open the door on my own. All of this to return a modem.

Hi @RogersHelps. This internet outage is really cramping my style. It’s been over 12 hours. I signed up for updates on the ticket (C172067290) but haven’t heard anything yet. I hope this issue is being looked into with a degree of urgency. It’s preventing me from being productive

Update - 7:28 no word back from Rogers help. Good thing my 3G cell phone plan with @PublicMobile is cheap and allows me to watch my @rogers tv app on my phone! Go @MapleLeafs

@Bell The continued journey to find good internet returns #Mississauga @steve_cornwell Internet with Bell has been down all morning. I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.

@RogersHelps hello, I live at 8 O'Shea Cres. In North York and have a serious issue with low hanging Rogers cable over my driveway and our neighbour's as well. We have service trucks that won't enter our driveway because of this. Please send a service team to rectify this. Thanks

The 4k feed on @Rogers has been unwatchable for months. Constantly stuttering, freezing and lurching. No amount of reboots changes this. It's awful.

@RogersHelps We are experiencing issues since Monday, April 25. Today has been the worst. No wifi since 7 hours! Our phone data is exhausted coz we’ve been using our hotspot. Customer service needs to be better. Those guys can’t even answer properly.
