It’s still choppy & the internet is also running a little slow when trying to watch the LiveTv app in iPads. All I see is you saying everything is resolved & working when it’s clearly not.

My cellular and home internet is restored BUT Ignite TV is freezing and lagging with error messages, as good as not watching. I followed all troubleshooting instructions in your support faq but no yield. May be still a signal issue from your end.

The ones we get are choppy & cut out constantly. Not sure how you think this is resolved!! Hope you are doing more than crediting one day of service. Going to take more to keep your customers.

In 2018 an employee was using consumer accts to funnel free phones out be to sold outside of Rogers. My acct had 18 phones funnelled through it. Had I not checked into an exorbitant bill, I’d never had known.
