@RogersHelps We already confirmed the cable outage in our area after calling your 1-800 number. Guess we just have to be patient. But patience only lasts so long.

  • ChefBoehmer
Chef Boehmer (@ChefBoehmer) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell worst customer service. My business internet down getting the runaround to get a Tec to the restaurant, have been told they will come on Monday but they can’t even find the work order. And refuse to send some immediately. Will be calling @RogersBiz first thing

  • summerofned1
Flipflops, golf and Browns (@summerofned1) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@RogersHelps so far an agent has disconnected my call and now on hold for over 30 minutes with customer service. How much is wrong with Rogers

  • TibursioHeals
Tibursio (@TibursioHeals) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers what kind of customer service is this? This just happened a while ago as I type this series of tweets here at Rogers 220 Yonge street inside Eaton Centre...

  • Comradnan
Adnanas 🐻 (@Comradnan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Canadian telecoms is great because: @RogersHelps forces me to change digital cable for their ignite cable. Then they end up charging me for both services. Then I have to call and be on hold for 19 minutes and counting for the privilege of only being charged for 1 service.

  • winnimartha
Martha Holmen (@winnimartha) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Can you tell me if there’s a service disruption in Scarborough? Trying to figure out if it’s on my end or yours.

  • AdamScottEnv
Adam Scott (@AdamScottEnv) reported from Toronto, Ontario

internet is still down after four days. @RogersHelps cable network is ‘degraded’ in my area apparently, but the company refuses to help or provide information. My ISP @TekSavvyBuzz gets no information from them at all. Unacceptable service quality. #oligopoly @CRTCeng

  • icandykriss

@VallartaZaki @Rogers @RogersHelps Same here I’ve been with no internet or tv since Tuesday cause there is no signal from my ignite box like wt!

  • tickylongue
    T. Longue (@tickylongue) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@cbcmarketplace you should investigate @Rogers. They’re falsely advertising 1.5 Gbps and when customers upgrade, they have no internet because of “provisioning” issues with no estimate for fix.

  • Dodda_Bull
Karthik ದೂಡ್ಡಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ (@Dodda_Bull) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Is @RogersHelps telephonic support working today? Waiting from 2 hours , don't know how many light-years more to wait

@Rogers : Internet box is down.. damn fix it!!!!

  • tyrelasaurus
    t. anon 👽 (@tyrelasaurus) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I could do with 100% less grovelling emails from @Rogers and instead just offer us all REASONABLY PRICED mobile plans. Have you considered this option for customer retention/damage control?

  • REWoman
ReWoman👠 (@REWoman) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @netflix_trader @Rogers Just a horrible experience … worst I can remember

  • paulpmori
    Paul Mori (@paulpmori) reported

Recently purchased the $90 Rogers Mobile Travel Pass for a trip to Italy. It picked up a network maybe 50% of the time. Most times I tethered to my friend's eSIMS Card. Save money - get an eSIMS card and avoid the frustrations. That was a waste of $90. Thanks @Rogers.

  • gmacofglebe
    Greg MacEachern (@gmacofglebe) reported

Outage page not loading according to Reddit (also me too) @RogersHelps

  • OllKorrect_eh
    D (@OllKorrect_eh) reported

@RogersHelps So you guys are acknowledging that you don’t hire Canadians? When most of your branding has always been that you guys hire Canadians - you’re looking at one small portion of the problem. When companies aren’t even hiring within the country itself, it makes citizens lose faith.

  • StormSilvawalk1
    Storm Silvawalker 🇨🇦 (@StormSilvawalk1) reported

@RogersHelps For me it's Connections > satellite networks If I follow Connection > Mobile Network >network operators I have to disable select automatically to view available. I don't see Rogers satellite there but maybe if I was back where I was yesterday? Do I need to switch myself?

  • CircularLogic89
    CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps Wireless plans and Wireless Home Phone plans are different services. They may both be 'mobile' services, but they are not the same nor interchangeable, hence the need to port the service over

  • Noeticwanderer
    TimeTraveleRuss (@Noeticwanderer) reported

@RogersHelps Calling again. I did end my account with Roger's last August... an account I had since 1987 when I got my first mobile phone. After 38 years of being a loyal Roger's customer I finally had enough and have transferred my number to a new service provider.

  • tuputocreador
    telasalfonso (@tuputocreador) reported

@Rogers your customer service is so confusing I've been on hold for more than 1 hour waiting for an agent to help me out, then I went to your website and the help chat says that you're talking with one person, but when they text you are three different names. How come?

  • ayoootollah
    Ayoootollah (@ayoootollah) reported

@tobi @Rogers have you tried switching the network to TSN4?

  • leswilliams2
    Les Williams (@leswilliams2) reported

Is there any company worse at customer service than @rogers ? I’m in a hospital and waited 2 hrs. to speak to a human before giving up.

  • mmahajan2019
    MM (@mmahajan2019) reported

@Rogers Your customer service has gone downhill and bricking the worst in Canada. I have been trying to place a move request but multiple 1 hour long calls and holds I am giving up. Looks like I need to go to someone else
