    @RogersHelps Roam like home is a scam. I stopped using it before midnight PT but apparently since it was already the next day in ET I got charged 12 dollars for 0.14 MB. We truly have one of the worst telecom industries in the developed world

    In case you were wondering,@Rogers, who sells you your cell phones and cell service, cannot have a manager call you. I was literally told that the online team don’t have phones and that my only recourse is to deal with them online or call and be put on hold again. #Rogers

    @RogersHelps this is ridiculous! i am a university student and i can’t even compete a test! i deserve a free month of data since that’s all i can use right now. I’m almost out of my data and i’m going to fail my test thanks to my internet never working.

    @RogersHelps just spent a over 1 hour on the phone to cancel 1 TV channel. Customer service couldn’t help (technical issues they stated) so instead of transferring me to IT they disconnected the call. Terrible service. Now on with IT but who knows if they can help.🙄😡

    @persuasionista @RogersHelps I'm thinking about moving from fido to bell. I'm on bell for internet and I'll never look back. I've also been with fido/Roger for 20years... is this the end of my last rogers service?
