@RogersHelps I called @RogersHelps' customer support, and the call dropped. 3x I called. I am now talking to someone, and he is telling me that there is nothing that can be done if service is poor. It amazes me that you've come so far.

@Rogers will be going on 12 hours with no internet (and tv, because the ******* TV is OVER THE INTERNET) And the closest time to get a tech is tomorrow after 6. Their solution was “oops, guess you won’t have service until then” #dobetter

@Rogers once again I felt scammed by you. One week ago I called about my services and overcharge in my last bill. The costumer service representative told me the bill amount will be fixed about 24hrs but one week later someone else told me a different version.
