getting help from @RogersHelps @Rogers for my home TV/internet is proving impossible. Can't get through to anyone on the phone; in-store reps completely abdicating any responsibility! Might be faster to switch to Bell rather than receive support!

@Rogers thanks for cut off our internet without any notice for the whole day Saturday. No msg, no heads up, no connection notice, nothing. When I call the help line, it tells me to reboot my modem. **** happens, just wondering if your **** happens toooooooo much?

A Rogers “committed to reliable service” commercial came on the tv and yet here we are without internet again for an entire day. Hey @Rogers why not create an outage page and provide updates. 🙄
