@RogersHelps @Debba1c Rogers is the worst telecom service provider, bad internet connectivity and high charges for all the services..!! 😡🤬 It’s better to move to Bell at least they deliver what they promise.

  • Edermilan Ederson Milan (@Edermilan) reported

@RogersHelps has not solved our internet issues completely. For instance, some features like gaming are not working. On the other hand, using my mobile internet, I can play. Additionally, gaming videos on YouTube are not playing when connected to @RogersHelps #nointernet

@RogersHelps, almost 48 hours without internet in Stouffville, yet you claim "that our services have been restored" and "We let you down yesterday" as if this was a thing of the past! What gives?! Feeling marginalized and not a happy customer!

  • sbojj2 Steve (@sbojj2) reported

@RogersHelps @rogers Service is still down!!!. It's been a whole 2 days. Based on your website status close to 100% of the service is up. BUT, both my internet accounts are down at 2 different addresses and a number of my neighbours still don't have any internet.

@vote4robgill @Rogers What a joke. All Rogers customers should stop their service. If you are in a contract i wouldn't renew with them.

@vote4robgill @Rogers Just call them and tell them you're going to cancel so they pass you to retention team . Honestly an outage for this likes of time is unacceptable. Find a better provider
