Going on 60+ hours and @Rogers still won’t help me or turn my internet back on. Now I’m going into data overage because they keep telling me to DM them but won’t reply to my DMs. They better fix this and give me a credit on my bill because this is ridiculous now.

@RogersHelps your virtual assistant is awful. I changed services a while back, some charges were to be reversed. Didn’t happen. Does it always have to be a problem?

@RogersHelps Lipimoni from Vancouver is not very good sorry to say. Some system issues on her end……super painful. Trying to add @TvCrave and @rogers website is not able so Rogers Live Chat. Something should take 5 minutes TOOK waaaayyyy too long. She’s gone again…..
