Getting @RogersHelps technician assistance to repair my @TekSavvyCSR cable Internet line reminds me why I left Rogers in the first place. The guy showed up unprepared, and now won't be back until Wednesday afternoon. More daily service dropouts until then, I guess.

@RogersHelps my tv says my wifi signal too weak and the guide may run slower. My internet also has huge ping spikes while I game online and drops connection several times a day. What could be the problem. Let’s assume I’m not a idiot and have already looked into the faq on Rogers

@otosalex @Rogers I'm with Bell in Quebec, I don't have the best speeds at all but I've never had any issues. It really sucks that there are so many issues especially when a lot of people are working from home these days...

@RogersHelps Your customer service is so bad that just to get an answer that is so simple on bulk cable services I was transferred 5 times the second time and 4 times the first time when I called twice in the last hour. Ridiculous! Please train your agents better!

@RogersHelps We purchased the NHL Live Subscription for $200+ last week and have been unable to login or access the subscription since. We would like to cancel our subscription and receive a refund. I have been unable to get ahold of a representative via phone or the chat feature

@RogersHelps Yes both channels that carry the game are having issues. No other channels are choppy. I'm resorting to using my app to watch the game now. As soon as something else is available in my area we are done with @rogers
