    Seriously @Rogers.... Ever since the mass outage, my connection has not been stable or reliable. We are going on day 3 now with unreliable internet. What is going on at #Rogers? @Bell is starting to look really good right about now.

    @RogersHelps Download capabilities that allow streaming and viewing even basic websites is down. Other ISP cannot call rogers landlines. Leaves them with an unavailable notice. This hinders medical clinics or emergency contact lists if those are on other ISPs. Need an ETA now.

    @RogersHelps Convenient your billing system didn't go down as you had no problem sending me my bill yesterday but I still don't have functional tv service with no ETA for resolution

    @RogersHelps What will the compensation be per service and device? There are costs and inconveniences incurred beyond the fee per day. To retain customer loyalty, I hope this is considered
