    @RogersHelps Hopefully ROGERS will do something for all their Customers this outage has affected. Hope no one out there has an emergency or anything important in which they need to rely on a service they pay for... I will call you later ROGERS to get a credit on my bill!

    @RogersHelps I guess the fact that there is no estimation of how long the system will be down is not a good sign. You need to revisit your crisis plan and approach.
