The service SUCKS with 100% of Rogers employees, just imagine what it's going to be like when 50% are left??πππ I swore I'd never renew, but did, because Rogers made THAT, very easy...lesson learned when this contract runs out.. ROGERS SUCKS...they know it. Our area is reported to be operating at 50%..too many customers not enough infrastructure..full charge every month.

Alison (π¨π¦) π π» (@ggreeneyes1975) reported@RogersHelps I did that on my first call that took almost 3hrs. Then it was escalated on Sunday and there was a case number. All I know is right now, I am not paying my bill until this is resolved. BTW I am a 25yr customer.
