usually have the opposite complaint about service but hot spotted my laptop (20+ hours) this weekend in Vegas and gotta give @Rogers a s/o for the unwavering connection, **** didn’t spot working once

@RogersHelps WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! I have been promised 5 times by your managers to received a call back to fix a billing issue created by your system. Nobody ever called back, and when I call the wait time is always over 2 hours! Embarrassing!

My woes continue with NHL LIVE. I have a case open, but the Canadian stream always has terrible quality, like, 360/480 and then I check the other stream (MSG in this instance) and it's like, 720p and way better. Every damn game. @RogersHelps @NHLTVSupport
