    @RogersHelps the fact you're literally willing to lose a customer because of you're stubbornness and unwillingness to meet a basic need of mine is ridiculous. I have my cell, internet and cable with you but if you can't just give me a paper bill, I'll take my business elsewhere.

    @RogersHelps you guys are terrible! I told you before I don't receive your email notifications for billing and I'm late once again. I honestly hate that you took paper billing away because it's really screwed me up. I'm calling @Bell about switching because I've had enough!

    @RogersHelps One hour on hold to try to get someone to figure this out. I hung up. I’m switching. Unreal. Worst #customerservice. Screwing a 15 year loyal client. A senior. Wow. Just unreal.

    @RogersHelps your internet connection is so glitchy in my area 😡 with people working from home these days you should really get your s*it together!! My neighbours and I have called to report problems many times with no resolution. I’ll be switching to another service provider.

    @Rogers frequent internet disconnection for the last few days at L5M. After calling customer service today, yes we know and we are working on it. One hour after i called, i received a call from rogers, informing that the issue is resolved. However, the internet is down till now

    @RogersHelps your internet stability is awful I think Rogers technicians have been on my street 60 plus times this year and it still unreliable. It’s off again what a surprise!!!

    @RogersHelps 3 calls. 4 hours wasted. Your DM service sucks too. 15 year senior who always pays her bills on time. Completely ignored. We are calling tomorrow to cancel. Paying last bill and we are done. Disgusting. Filing a complaint with @CRTCeng too. Shameful behaviour.
