  @RogersHelps we got Ignite and it came with a new tv controller. Do you have one that is disability friendly? The new one is very hard to press the buttons on for people with joint or connective tissue issues. The old one was easy. We want the old type back. This sucks

  @RogersHelps Yes, and I finally got some help yesterday. After an hour and a half. That is 6.5hrs over 2mths waiting for help. This is NOT acceptable! I'm pretty sure the only reason my call got picked up is because I started swearing on hold.

  @dhewlett @Rogers I have big problems I have found here in Poland guy who can shapes shift etc and changing colour of eyes. I guess that Goulds and entire sci - fi saga is somehow true and this sick action about goulds too.
