And the frustration with @Rogers continues. Called to change the user name on one number on my account. Found that they did it with a typo. Called back to fix it and found then that they replaced my name overall on the account instead. I wonder how many more calls it will take.

Having an internet connection with @Rogers is pretty much like gambling. You will lose all your money and If you’re lucky you might win a week of uninterrupted service but the chances of that are pretty low.

@RogersHelps weird intermittent outage in M4K: first TV all black; then internet went out, TV okay. Rebooting AC modem fixed data briefly, then off again. TV on, 3rd party VOIP on, but data off now.

@Rogers disconnected my cable, internet & phone at midnight. I called & they said its cus I'm going to another provider!!! I had complained about my internet being so bad and said I needed it fixed or I'm leaving. They cut me off before I had a chance too. Pathetic. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Email is not working. It asks you to re enter the password. It takes you to rogers member centre, I enter my email, then I enter my password it says it doesn’t recognize it. I went to forgot password, but then it says something went wrong on our end.

WiFi not working all morning, I called and was transferred many times, they told me it seems that my account doesn't exist, then they accidentally disconnected the call. Calling the billing number just gets a busy signal. I'm on hold again, 2.5 hours now. @RogersHelps @Rogers DM.

@RogersHelps I’ve had internet issues (disconnections from all devices) march 7 was bad, unusable, march 8 was good again until about 8pm. Today, not working. I got a text stating outages but it’s not listed in your pinned outage thread
