@cbcmarketplace you should investigate @Rogers. They’re falsely advertising 1.5 Gbps and when customers upgrade, they have no internet because of “provisioning” issues with no estimate for fix.

internet is still down after four days. @RogersHelps cable network is ‘degraded’ in my area apparently, but the company refuses to help or provide information. My ISP @TekSavvyBuzz gets no information from them at all. Unacceptable service quality. #oligopoly @CRTCeng

If you want to have the worse telecom experience go with @Rogers. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS

@Bell worst customer service. My business internet down getting the runaround to get a Tec to the restaurant, have been told they will come on Monday but they can’t even find the work order. And refuse to send some immediately. Will be calling @RogersBiz first thing

@RogersHelps Home for 5 minutes and internet is out again???? In order to get a credit for services I did not receive but paid for, Rogers expects me to wait on the phone for an hour.25 years we have been customers and its been 6 months of outages with no help from Rogers.
