    @RogersHelps According to other users feedback on here I am not the only one experiencing issue with my ignite tv. Itโ€™s still freezing every so often. Iโ€™ve tried unplugging the box multiple times today & itโ€™s still happening. Issue is on your end, not mine.

    @Rogers Customers service is is 1/10. Get modem for internate not able to setup, already wasted morethan 2 hours in helpline to connect with live tech support. Wrost experience of my life

    @RogersHelps not sure what is going on with customer service at Roger's BUT my other half was put on hold for half an hour then disconnected. Second time 46 mins on hold disconnected. Both times they said BRB. Time to look into it Rogers.

    @Bell_Support you guys are just terrible. Iโ€™m looking to open a new account and after two hours in a bell store and 55 minutes on the phone with 5 different people Iโ€™m still not done. They keep transferring me to the wrong department. Iโ€™m going to @rogers much better company!

    @RogersHelps DMโ€™d you my a/c#. My cellular and home internet is restored BUT Ignite TV is freezing and lagging with error messages, as good as not watching. I followed all troubleshooting instructions in your support faq but no yield. May be still a signal issue from your end.

    @RogersHelps your customer support is horrible. Spent parts of 2 days on hold & bouncing between depts & received zero answer, promised someone would call back - no one did Called today & was told I could get equipment myself only to be told I canโ€™t because I am a customer

    @Rogers all Iโ€™m trying to do is add service at a different address. Iโ€™m now on hold with my 4th person today because the previous 3 have screwed it up. I can no longer wait on hold any longer and the modem is being delivered to an address with no one there

    I called Rogers on June 22 to cancel my internet effective July 2. Rogers sent me a gateway return label on June 23 and confirmed receipt on July 13. On July 15, I was billed again and told there was no cancellation request on file. Always get written confirmation. @Rogers

    @RogersHelps Iโ€™m still on hold as Iโ€™m typing this. The WiFi is bad at the front of the house even though we have the router right in the middle of our house. My Google camera is constantly losing connection and my daughter is always looking for a different place in the house for WiFi Pods?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I have been trying for two days to get through to you. After 2 1/2 hours on hold to be told to hang up, and this morning each time saying to call back, not even put on hold. How do you do business if no one can access your company? This is unacceptable

    @RogersHelps Wifi connection issues (one level condo no more than 25 ft from modem) live tv freezes, its mainly recorded or paused tv is the issue.

    @canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng try Bell, then Telus etc. They are relentless. If anyone ever calls claiming to be a company (utilities, bank etc), never call back the number they give you. Look at your bill or card & call that number. 2/2
