If you want to have the worse telecom experience go with @Rogers. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS

Hey @RogersHelps. What percentage of your customers classifies as a “vast majority”. Because everyone I know from Oshawa to London still doesn’t have stable TV service! Channels go in and out and you can’t get through to support via live chat or phone.

@sweetkeet @Rogers I stopped counting when I got to 31 of my channels "unavailable" since Friday afternoon. And 2 specialty channels I pay an extra $5.99 a month for have been hit and miss since Saturday. Rogers online chat wasn't able to diagnose the problem. Sending a tech on Wednesday.

@CP24 @Rogers @RogersHelps I’m in Durham. My service has not been 100% since Friday and currently it’s intermittent at best. I tried to watch an hour show and the tv went black more times than I can count. This needs to be resolved asap! I
