  • 1lilQtpie Laura (@1lilQtpie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I am having issues with one of my Rogers boxes. It is the older box. I trying unplugging it for a few minutes but still experiencing freezing in my programs.

  • ANaughtan Amanda Mac Naughtan (@ANaughtan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps ignite is sketchy again...guildwood area of toronto. Your map says no issues. Ongoing here, always lines strung thru trees instead of underground where they belong! Get your act together guys, we all pay way too freaking much for this crap to happen on a daily basis.

  • coulls (ノ°Д°)ノ︵ sןןnoɔ (@coulls) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Still no reply from @RogersHelps after 21 hours. Can’t even suggest that ppl start changing their Rogers password as that may not help here. #cybersecurity

  • sheldonbk Sheldon Kerzner (@sheldonbk) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I replied to a message from the prior issue and haven't heard from that person yet but I only sent the email Friday.

  • ConsumerSOS Seán O’Shea (@ConsumerSOS) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@tweetsforteetz @dmac_79 @RogersHelps Sorry, but the account is in my wife’s different sir name. And I don’t typically pull up my job in my customer service intersections. I’ve done enough bad Rogers stories in my career. I also believe in crediting good/great service where I find it.

  • sheldonbk Sheldon Kerzner (@sheldonbk) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I hope so. I was a very happy loyal customer until I tried to upgrade my TV/Internet/Home Phone and smartphone in the last month. Perhaps tell chat reps & first line responders to stop pretending they're retentions and offer the best deals.

  • sheldonbk Sheldon Kerzner (@sheldonbk) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Ani1u7 @Rogers @Bell @TELUS I have a sharing plan that's grandfathered so extra lines are cheap. We never go over 10GB combined but I like the cushion. I always bought phones outright but not last time and now flagships are crazy$. Approx $100/mo w/add ons (voice to text vcmail, etc).

  • ConsumerSOS Seán O’Shea (@ConsumerSOS) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@tweetsforteetz @dmac_79 @RogersHelps And almost every rep has discretion. Almost. Meaning if a consumer is a jerk—game over. Be respectful: chances of great service improve. My experience.

  • dsincla Daniel Sinclair (@dsincla) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps hello, it appears the internet is down in our area

  • SherriStocks Pepper Redcastle (@SherriStocks) reported from Whitby, Ontario

@TOareaFan @TELUS @Bell @Rogers Yah. Now instead of making a shit tonne of money, they’re only making a butt load of money!

  • Renaldo27819502 Renaldo (@Renaldo27819502) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers Dazn is okay for me, who paid those stupid rates is beyond me. YouTube, Disney plus, Netflix does everything cable use to do for me. It's control cable without commercials.

  • ANaughtan Amanda Mac Naughtan (@ANaughtan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps services down in guildwood area of toronto. Please confirm.

  • gruz1n96 Michael (@gruz1n96) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Anyone else having issues watching the leafs game with @Rogers honestly this is so annoying. Rogers should just give me tickets to games to prevent me being pissed off about the service.

  • gmansilla GM (@gmansilla) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @RogersHelps internet down. Again. :(

  • MarkOrlan Mark Orlan (@MarkOrlan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I think the HBR article explains it well. Clearly, being proactive with your loyal customers about promos or opportunities to reduce plan fees is not in your best interests. It will eat into your profits. So, after all these years, Rogers continues to deliver customer frustration

  • ConsumerSOS Seán O’Shea (@ConsumerSOS) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@dmac_79 @RogersHelps I have generally good fortune with customer service reps everywhere. Polite persistence is sometimes the reason. Or just luck.

  • ConsumerSOS Seán O’Shea (@ConsumerSOS) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Because there’s lots of good service @RogersHelps too: I got through to Rogers tech help on phone in 2 minutes. Agents were great. I needed (to pay for) a new PVR. The two reps at the King Street East store were smart, thorough, fast and friendly. One’s also a viewer. Thanks!

  • sheldonbk Sheldon Kerzner (@sheldonbk) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I exchanged email messages with someone about another bad experience recently.

  • sugarbabez Julie (@sugarbabez) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps so I receive a text stating that SHM has fixed my problem with my app, but yeah it still doesn’t work, they leave a live chat link for support and of course no one is working. Been dealing with this December and it’s quite frustrating!!

  • i6Hitman Roger Roecken (@i6Hitman) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I hate going over my @Rogers data cap, the unlimited speed is just too slow. It should be a minimum of 1mbps not 512kbps... #brutalloadingspeeds

@RogersHelps Y’know what Rogers, you take as loooong as you want to fix the networks; think about it! The longer you take, the more customers you lose! 🤭 your choice! Quality or quantity, but you can’t have both

  • S_MyKitchenLove Samantha (@S_MyKitchenLove) reported

@Rogers is your network down in North Vancouver?!

  • DRD_Tim Tim (@DRD_Tim) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps Where's the transparency and accountability here? You haven't even told your users what the problem is, an ETA for restored service, or reassured that customers will be credited for lost service/productivity.

  • jasoncoldwell Jason Coldwell (@jasoncoldwell) reported

@RogersHelps Are we going to get a reduced bill as we can't use phones outside of our homes? It has been over 12 hours and still no resolution.

  • Ricogg3 Rico_gg (@Ricogg3) reported

@RogersHelps @PeelPolice @yashbrahmbhatt How is anyone supposed to receive a notification about the outage if you know, they don't have a connection because of the outage??

  • Colettedi1226 Colette DiBernardo (@Colettedi1226) reported

@RogersHelps Seriously Rogers. This is absolutely unacceptable! What’s the issue? What happened? And be f$#* truthful for once. 🤬

  • ErikssonEatsAss Loui Eriksson (@ErikssonEatsAss) reported

    @RogersHelps Fix it quicker you ******* clowns🤡🤡🤡
