-
George (@yyzatc) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario@fordnation Ok. It’s been 9 hours now without internet, cable and very slow LTE. We are paying a small fortune to have these services. Maybe start with @rogers first

-
Rick Austin🇨🇦 (@ChessStudio) reported@RogersHelps Your own outrage map says there is a service disruption that will be resolved in an hour. It's been saying that all day. It's now 1:15 am and there's still no service and it still says the service will be restored in an hour....
-
Scott (@ScottPolhamus) reported@RogersHelps For one of the largest companies in Canada I’m shocked at the service tbh. Sometimes I think bell and rogers take too much advantage of their government protected monopoly
-
Max Adams (@MasTaherazar) reported@Rogers always great to wait 45 mins to speak to a human and have them hang up
-
NickL (@nickl007) reported@RogersHelps Could be but sounds like you are saying that is considered acceptable service for the #1 network in Canada for which we pay very high monthly fees for.
-
danishh (@thereal_danishh) reported@RogersHelps cable Internet and mobile data down in South Ottawa. Outage map shows nothing. Thankfully my work phone is Bell so I can send this message. Any ETA on service resumption?
-
Dman (@mcmanus17) reported@RogersHelps why do our services keep going completely down??? 3rd time in the last 6 days.
-
Sic @ Warmer Sun (@WarmerSun) reported@wealthmoose When @Rogers didn't pick up the phone the CRTC said they couldn't do anything, they cannot force a mobile phone service provider to provide a support contact that actually answers... but apparently they can impose taxes. What a clown show.
-
Bill St. Arnaud (@BillStarnaud) reported@RogersHelps It’s almost impossible to get through to wireless tech support. Twitter is much more responsive. I guess I will have to switch to Starlink - too bad. Rogers was great for a while
-
Kevin Wright (@KevinADWright) reported@RogersHelps @tobi My iPhone Air was unable to tether, I tried all the normal troubleshooting steps. Then I confirmed it was a Rogers issue by going near the border and tethering on the US networks just fine. What fixed Rogers for me was setting apn: mobile.apn
-
Mike Assad (@mikeassad77) reported@tobi @Rogers That’s been bugging me for a while. I gave up trying to contact support. What a joke of a company.
