I need to unlock a phone and that department says its not a Rogers phone which is a lie. The phone is my moms who is a senior and needs it for safety reasons. Rogers is the most painful company to deal with.

Bounced between customer service and tech support until internet reconnects. The full bill arrives on time, with no interruptions.

It’s Sunday and now @Rogers @rogershelp said they have no record of an order being putting in!?
