  • NZPChasers NZP Chasers (@NZPChasers) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps random internet crashes are amazing wjen evryone works from home now...you would think this wouldn't be a problem in the biggest city in Canada...

  • crofts_kevin Kevin Crofts (@crofts_kevin) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I just can’t have any of my services fail at any time. I pay for them , they need to work with no explanation specifically during these times that we have to endure right now. @RogersHelps doesn’t help with the patronizing questions. Fix your end and I’ll pay on my end

  • yyzatc George (@yyzatc) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario

@RogersHelps Ok. It’s been 9 hours now without internet, cable and very slow LTE. We are paying a small fortune to have these services. The least you can do is provide them.

  • AlsoKnownAs_AA Algis Akstinas (@AlsoKnownAs_AA) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@gregobr @tower_Guy @Bryson_M @shruti_shekar @Bell @RogersHelps @NavdeepSBains Problem is that if you don't get a new 5G phone, you would still be paying for someone else who does. Maybe less so with the current financing model, but that is one of the problems with having meaningful competition only at the top end of the market.

  • yyzatc George (@yyzatc) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario

Ok @RogersHelps It’s been 9 hours now without internet, cable and very slow LTE. We are paying a small fortune to have these services. The least you can do is provide them.

  • 25th_Hour DV (@25th_Hour) reported from Toronto, Ontario

  • tboake2000 Terri Boake TL40x4🇨🇦 (@tboake2000) reported from Toronto, Ontario

So my @Rogers Ignite is down. Used my @Bell service to contact you. Got a COVID questionnaire even though your tech people won’t come inside anyway. Internet is essential in these times. I work from home and have to pay double as neither is reliable.

  • emdeeinTO EM Dougherty 🇨🇦 🍁 (@emdeeinTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps DMd you with an Ignite problem. Please check. TIA

  • Blooberboy Dante Obscurial Haversham (@Blooberboy) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Having an internet connection with @Rogers is pretty much like gambling. You will lose all your money and If you’re lucky you might win a week of uninterrupted service but the chances of that are pretty low.

  • tboake2000 Terri Boake TL40x4🇨🇦 (@tboake2000) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Never got a follow up email confirmation for my appointment. Stuck sitting waiting wondering if it will happen or I have to start all over again. 😡

  • JamesDalgarno_ James Dalgarno (@JamesDalgarno_) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Areathrasher @RogersHelps Just saw the email about service disruption in my area.

  • mattytoophatty Matty 🍁 (@mattytoophatty) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Internet is down yet again. Too many times over the last few weeks. :/ I know you always try to help on here, but really, we just want some consistent service, and not to have to keep asking for help. :(

@RogersHelps Be transparent. Why did it go down?

  • ilitecandles iLite Candles (@ilitecandles) reported

@girlwhospoke @RogersHelps Thankkkk you, I was waiting for someone to say it. I got paid yesterday and couldn’t get groceries for me or my service animal. I think we all want an explanation, some some bland message that says they are working on it. NO ****, you better be working on it!

  • JakubSZN Jakub (@JakubSZN) reported

Didn't even get to play r1 of fncs lol. **** you @Rogers ****** *** internet provider.

  • sindagarziz90 sinda (@sindagarziz90) reported

@RogersHelps @AboutRogers Canada has one of the most expensive communication and internet plans in the world, and an outage like this is not and option for you unless a natural disaster happen, you can lobby to be monopole and not allow people to have options to buy internet for as reasonable prices 1/2

  • Paul_R_Canada fal·li·ble. carry on.. 🇺🇦 #BodyAutonomy (@Paul_R_Canada) reported

@RogersHelps Online but delay in service ? Isn't that "not working still" in techy.....

  • JCStew1313 JCStew (@JCStew1313) reported

@R_CaTT @RogersHelps @Rogers $5 would be an improvement as it is calculated as the cost per month, divided by the time of the outage. So in my case, about $2.50. But they will increase rates, add a new service fee .. all to get it back, and more.

  • glacialtide Queen in the North (@glacialtide) reported

    …and it’s down again. Wtf @RogersHelps

  • oxfordhalifax Lorelei Burgess (@oxfordhalifax) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Still no cell service in Halifax. Shows that I’m connected but unable to make or receive a call.

  • bpickle93 bpickle (@bpickle93) reported

@Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps That's a very simple way to look at it but Rogers is a major ISP and people expect reliability. If your internet was down once a month for a year could they just reduce the bill by $3/month and expect everyone to think that's fair?

  • DEFI_RICH DEFI.RICH 🔌 (@DEFI_RICH) reported

@OGCryptoWizard Missed it due to @ROGERS telecommunication being down. I will be speaking to their manager today. I have to play it back WIZ 💪
