@RogersHelps we’ve had no internet since Weds at 10am. A tech came Friday & said no service at our street box & that maintenance crew was coming by end of day Friday. No one showed. It’s Sunday and now @Rogers @rogershelp said they have no record of an order being putting in!?

  • Thumper2205
Corinne (@Thumper2205) reported from Oshawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps Spotty Tv and no internet. Tried rebooting multiple times, still nothing, yet the system says everything is fine, connected and there are no outages in my area. I'm losing the equivalent of three work days because of this. Please help.

  • ItalianHabsMike
Mike 🍺🍺🇮🇹🍕🍦 (@ItalianHabsMike) reported from Oshawa, Ontario

@dean_burner @EllersDad @NHL @Rogers Didnt they say that we wouldn't have this issue for Canadian teams when deal first started. That was a huge lie. 3 times last season Habs games blacked out on a Saturday. This deal sucks cause see more American teams than Canadian teams on TV

  • PineappleDigit
Pineapple Digital (@PineappleDigit) reported from Whitby, Ontario

@RogersHelps hello it is almost 48 hours since internet and cellular data is down. You guys suck and better fix it soon as you loose customers. Using Bell internet now at my neighbor!

  • BobRodkin
Vagabond Soul (@BobRodkin) reported from Oshawa, Ontario

Finally did. After going at @RogersHelps the past couple years for terrible RocketHub service and costs, we finally pulled the plug on our home internet. Just couldn’t justify $200+/month for slow, spotty service.

  • VTwinKruzer
Phil (@VTwinKruzer) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario

@RogersHelps Please explain to me why every 3 - 4 months, I check my mail on my phone before I go to sleep, just to find when I awake, that for some reason my @rogers account needs my password to sign in, & then says the password is wrong!? I am again locked out of my Rogers acct

  • _Lenito
Lenito (@_Lenito) reported from Whitby, Ontario

@Paris__G @RogersHelps I missed first half cuz my crap ignite has been nothing but problems. Once this playoffs is done @Rogers has lost me... To top it off tech came into my home and stole a game from my kids

@KevinVuongTO @RogersHelps God I will never touch any of Apple's overpriced, over hyped gear! My watch is Garmin, my phone Samsung! Hooked up to Strava, Runkeeper, so I have two apps to track runs/bikes with! Whichs also helps with run events track my participation through either app! Top of the day to you

  • theoldtechie
The Old Techie (@theoldtechie) reported from Oshawa, Ontario

  • yyzatc
George (@yyzatc) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario

@fordnation Ok. It’s been 9 hours now without internet, cable and very slow LTE. We are paying a small fortune to have these services. Maybe start with @rogers first

  • ajaxgolfer
Roland Schlichting (@ajaxgolfer) reported from Ajax, Ontario

@RogersHelps question. If I have ignite internet and want to watch the tv using ignite smartstream, do I have to be an ignite tv customer?

  • alwaysbeforever
foreveryoung 🇨🇦 (@alwaysbeforever) reported from Ajax, Ontario

@RogersHelps watching Selma which I paid for and half way through I get told the on demand service isn’t working. Good thing I know the ending.

  • EVAsKarma
eva (she/her) (@EVAsKarma) reported from Whitby, Ontario

Got email from @Rogers CEO w many promises BUT service is unacceptable. Constant interruptions 2-3x/day at any & all hours of the day. Bounced between customer service and tech support until internet reconnects. The full bill arrives on time, with no interruptions.

  • momof3greatboyz
Denise Robinson (@momof3greatboyz) reported from Whitby, Ontario

@TheMacDonell4 @RogersHelps Same here out in Whitby! My oldest was in the middle of his online midterm and we had to shut everything else off songs could finish with some connectivity! Worst decision we ever did was change to Ignite with Rogers!!!!

  • doughill58
🇨🇦 Doug Hill 🇨🇦 (@doughill58) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario

@JacquiDelaney @Rogers Rogers will credit me for one day's lost service but how about the thousands in lost business even though they admitted it was their fault? I never thought I would switch to Bell but I'm likely going to make the switch as time consuming that will be.

  • MicheleRobinso5
Michele Robinson (@MicheleRobinso5) reported from Ajax, Ontario

@AboutRogers @RogersBiz No they are not!!! I still have no cell phone service

  • MattDeLuco
    Matt DeLuco (@MattDeLuco) reported

@Rogers $80 to add an Apple Watch to my plan is beyond unreasonable. Do you incur some cost to add the watch, like some kind of technical licensing to add devices to the network, or are you just gouging customers?

  • AilaniDarshan
    DARSHAN AILANI (@AilaniDarshan) reported

@RogersHelps Team, please let me know if someone can help in resolving this issue. I have sent a DM and waiting for response.

  • Jimbb5022
    High_5_Brady (@Jimbb5022) reported

@RogersHelps … the highest level of customer support and executive escalation. Instead of feeling heard or valued as a customer, I have been left feeling ignored and dismissed.

  • JoeByron87
    Joe Byron (@JoeByron87) reported

@MapleLeafs @Rogers **** right off, this **** is so rigged

  • hofmiller_
    nooneofsignificance (@hofmiller_) reported

@RogersHelps Why is the internet cable service down at 3:06 am every morning in Thornhill. Please investigate, and reply back with facts.

  • mikeszeller
    Mike Szeller (@mikeszeller) reported

@MacDoug1 @Rogers Yup I get it. The idea would be to use Rogers for Internet and cancel your Bell Internet OR get Bell Fibe TV and cancel your Roger Ignite TV. You cannot mix and match. Both Bell and Rogers TV services require thier Internet service. Both essentially stream now, on their network.

  • ap210
    AP (@ap210) reported

@Rogers two hours of waiting for online support. When I got to front of line, the chat was abruptly ended. Customer since 2000 and fed up. Last call I waited 2.5 hours on hold for an agent and he didn’t resolve problem even though he said he did. Please help or I’m done!
