  @kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

  @RogersHelps Got booted from a support call after over an hour on hold. My mobile data stopped working halfway through the day. Now I’m on hold for the second time because I never got a callback like I was told I would.

  @Rogers I opted for a temporary suspension of service for a month as I’m not in the country and now you’re charging me for the suspension AND MY whole bill? Why is there even a temporary suspension option if that is the case. Your chatbots are useless. You can’t be reached.

  @RogersHelps Hopefully by the same time I should be rid of shaw. With the speed that they gave me at 3495 that was slow the one that gave me at 1495 was even slower. For 9 years I had exactly the same speed from tell us through a phone line that was five times faster than the garbage

  Has anyone else under @Rogers or Shaw wifi been having trouble with their internet connection the last several days?? I've tried all the troubleshooting they mentioned and none of it has helped with the internet connection going in and out!! Fix your internet connection @Rogers
