@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@Shawhelp my internet has been down since yesterday afternoon due to a cut cable somewhere in NW Calgary. It has supposedly been fixed yet still no internet. Tried calling twice. Not resolved. Have to wait almost a week for a technician to come fix your modem🤨

@shawhelp I did not cancel my account and I’m being billed for cancellation and device return. I’ve already filed a CCTS complaint against Rogers and will do so for Shaw if this is not reversed.

@Shawhelp I have billing issue for last month....I was charged 70$ for autopayment failure...Though I paid total due on the same day. Shared details in DM. Please have someone look at this earliest. I am a customer of past 3 years. I will disconnect my service right away if I didnt proper response.

Good chat with @Shawhelp today when we reported the Rogers/Shaw login portal was not working. At last check web site was “down for maintenance ”.

@Shawhelp I already called in! As I said, I’ve been on hold for a long time and finally got through. Someone is coming to fix tomorrow evening but it’s not quick enough. Please send help faster. I was told it’s an isolated incident so there should be resources to send techs faster!

@ShawInfo what is going on with your customer support?! i called and waited to talk to billing for over 2 hours only to have the IVR eventually tell me there was just too many people waiting and then hung up on me. so i went to chat instead and there's 132 people ahead of me!
