    Dear @ShawInfo This is day 3 of me having my internet go down mid afternoon Once again I am using my Telus 5G phone account for work and kinda wondering why I pay you guys $130 a month Had all my wiring redone recently as well as a shiny new modem This is getting old Thanks

    @xeviuss @ShawInfo It took months for them to fix mine. Got a large rebate on it too. Had to run my own router with the modem in bridge mode

    @Shawhelp The entirety of our business day has been severely affected by this outage. Itโ€™s unfortunate that, at 4:40 PM, there is still no resolution and our internet and phone lines are still down.
