    One week. 3 outages in a week with #shaw @Shawhelp. Had them out on multiple occasions but clearly issue isn't on my end. Trying to get work done and they're making my life very difficult right now. So frustrating.

    @Shawhelp seriously the whole town of Wawa has no internet and you keep telling everyone no outage...terrible service...why does this keep happening?

    @ShawInfo REMOTE CONTROL SUCKS. Telus has one that has a much better design and feel to it. Also .. why is it not possible to stop a recording part way through? You can with Telus but not with Shaw. Why?

    @Shawhelp WHY is there such a drastic increase in my bill and WHY can nothing be communicated with people. This is insane. Been a loyal customer for years
