@Shawhelp There has to be more urgent help available? My internet will be out for 40 hours by the time an agent will come to fix! That’s unacceptable. Two employment incomes depend on this as we work from home. This is ridiculous. I’m thinking about canceling at the end of my contract

Dewar gawd! can customer service @Rogers - @ShawInfo be any worse??? Last week had to call 3 different times and hold each time was over 65 minutes. Not to mention it took 5 tries to even get the hold music. Is anyone in @MarkJCarney office & his cabinet reviewing this pathetic excuse for a company. Seems like a classic case of bigger and no competition & little To no oversight results even worse service, selection & little To no help for customers when needed or to resolve situations

@Shawhelp my internet has been out for almost 3 hours now. I’ve tried to get ahold of support but it kept cutting out. I finally got through to someone and they’re making me wait until tomorrow to send someone out to fix. Please help!
