@Shawhelp We just left Shaw because we had unresolved internet issues. Your agent verified that we’d actually overpaid our last bill and a cheque is en route. Somehow you sent our account to collections for your mistake and are calling us non stop!

@Shawhelp this has been bothering me for couple months now have bluecurve TV & in the guide the time top right says for example 1158 AM but remote voice command shows time will say 12:00 noon & tv show has started, so guide is out 2 mins late. Any fix?

If you are using @Shawinfo Shaw Cable & get a phone call saying they are updating your Shaw cable box remotely, it is a scam. Hang up.

@Shawhelp We promptly contacted an agent. You then verified again that you owe us $$. We were promised no more calls. Yet calls are still coming. I cannot believe this is how you treat good past customers.
