This is the third time I’ve called in the last three days with extended wait time and shitty service. Can’t wait for @TELUS

It was never 5K and we knew they would have to run poles and cables. But Scott hounds this woman to get any info and she changes the price each time. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K
