@Shawhelp, the signal for most channels in North Vancouver is pretty bad. Some satelitte channels (eg CNN, Knowledge) ok but locals & Seattle unwatchable. Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?

@Shawhelp The big issue is the original box I got from #ShawCable when I renewed my contract in September was the wrong box and not supporting channels for the package I have. Then shaw sends refurbished box for the replacement of the original so technically I never had a new one..

@Shawhelp you’re help isn’t very helpful. A part you supplied malfunctioned and I have to pay to replace it. A service you say you provide doesn’t work and customer service gives me the runaround…. Telus is starting to look like a good option right now.

@Shawhelp Good afternoon! It’s cold here in Vancouver, we’re expecting another snowstorm, we’re off and it’s a perfect day for catching up on programs we weren’t able to watch the last couple of months. And Shaw is down again, yet the outages site says there are none.
