  @Shawhelp Our Internet is terrible, really bad. Been especially bad all week with next to no connection every morning. Ookla finally pushes through after about 10 minutes, tells me I'm connected via Telus. So why are we paying for Shaw?

  @jenniferelle_ @ShawInfo Shaw has been a pretty good company to deal with. Hoping the Rogers deal to buy them doesn't happen cause their customer service will fall apart and of course your internet will be dropped all the time. Rogers- we're not happy till you're not happy.

  @Shawhelp promised me a new box August 19. I know because I got the return label. Guess what? Never sent it. Hopefully it will come now that I spent another 40 minutes online.

  @Shawhelp i have a 300mbps package but doing a speedtest all day, i barely get 10mbps. I work from home and i hjavent been able to log in to my work servers because its so slow
